Abstract

Persaingan semakin ketat di pasar global, perusahaan-perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Salah satu aspek yang menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan adalah motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan di PT Trijaya Pratama Futures . Data dianalisis dari perspektif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kinerja perusahaan yang sejalan dengan penurunan pendapatan sebesar 30% dari tahun 2021 ke 2022. Faktor utama yang ditemukan adalah ketidaktelitian karyawan dalam menjelaskan produk kepada investor dan kurangnya tindakan meyakinkan kepada investor. Evaluasi kinerja karyawan menjadi fokus utama dalam menangani permasalahan ini. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berperan penting dalam menentukan kinerja perusahaan. Faktorfaktor motivasi seperti pengakuan atas prestasi, peluang pengembangan karir, dan budaya kerja mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat konsep bahwa motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan saling terkait erat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memperhatikan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan, akibatnya, kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

The assessment of science process skills (SPS) in chemistry learning is important because it allows teachers to evaluate how far students are able to apply science process skills in chemistry. This research is a Systematic Literature Review using PRISMA (The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). The aims of this research is to understand the implementation of science process skills assessment in chemistry learning in Indonesia. The result shows that the implementation of SPS assessment in chemistry learning in Indonesia has been suitable with the purposes and principles of SPS assessment, however some indicators of SPS need improvement. The implementation of SPS assessment in chemistry learning should be integrated through contextual learning that involves students actively.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic organizations in strengthening the sharia economy in the Riau Islands from the perspective of economic, social and cultural aspects. This research method uses qualitative research methods through case studies. The research results show that Islamic organizations have a very important role in strengthening the sharia economy in the Riau Islands region through studying economic, social and cultural perspectives. Islamic organizations are also involved in supervising regional financial management, which seeks to ensure transparency, accountability and efficient use of public budgets as well as providing financial management training and guidance to local communities, so as to increase the capacity to manage regional finances independently. This research provides a better understanding of the role of Islamic mass organizations in the Riau Islands from an economic, social and cultural perspective. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become a basis for local governments and Islamic organizations to increase efforts to implement sharia economics in the Riau Islands region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital expenditure, financial risk and sales growth on company value in energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a population of 76 companies and 8 energy companies were obtained as samples with an observation period of 5 years. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and from the websites of each company. The data analysis method used is quantitative data using panel data regression analysis using the E-views 12 tool. This study shows that Capital Expenditure, Financial Risk and Sales Growth have a simultaneous effect on Company Value. The results of this study indicate that Capital Expenditure partially does not affect company value, but Financial Risk and Sales Growth partially affect company value.

Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive study on the freshwater macroinvertebrates and its habitat preferences in Bilah River, the largest riverin the Northern Sumatra. The riverside is characterized by the presence of anthropogenic and industrial activities which may alter the macroinvertebrate assemblage and biodiversity. Five months of investigation on 10 sampling stations from December 2016 to October 2017 was conducted based on the river flow in Bilah River. Principal component analysis indicated a decrease in trophic status from upstream to downstream of the river. A total of 27 taxa were recorded, with the most abundant group were members of Odonata, Gastropoda, and Decapoda. The highest density of macroinvertebrate was observed from station 1 (160 ind m-2), while the lowest density was observed from station 9 (38.64 ind m-2). Based on species distribution and similarity, two groups of habitats may be distinctively recognized based on the Bray-curtis similarity coefficient. Group 1 consisted of station 1, 2, 3 and 4 while group 2 consisted of station 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Based on the diversity indices as ecological parameters, the habitat condition in Bilah River is categorized from low to moderately polluted. Spatial patterns in both environmental conditions affecting the macroinvertebrate assemblage was observed using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) revealed the preferences from each macroinvertebrate species towards environmental conditions.
