Abstract

Although digitalisation and social media have changed the advertising landscape, television remains one of the traditionally effective communication platforms to reach a wide audience. As a medium that offers high visibility and significant impact, television plays an important role in communication strategies, especially in the context of promotional advertising. This research aims to identify and analyse the communication management strategies implemented by iNews TV Makassar in managing promotional advertisements. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study collected data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to describe the practices and dynamics that occur. The main findings show that the main strategy implemented by iNews TV Makassar is effective advertisement management, which involves intensive cooperation with clients to ensure that they keep choosing iNews TV Makassar as their advertising platform. Quality of service is the main focus, with an emphasis on fulfilling the needs and wants of ad users as well as accuracy in delivering messages to match the expectations of ad agents. This research reveals the importance of good relationship management with ad users and service customisation to achieve optimal client satisfaction, which in turn contributes to the success of advertising promotion at iNews TV Makassar.Keywords: Communication Management Strategy, Promotional Advertising, iNews Tv Makassar

Abstract

Effective learning is learning that is able to condition students to have motivation and enthusiasm for learning, one of the obligations of educators is to use the media in learning activities. Among the media in question is audio visual media. But in reality the learning system at MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue that teachers still have minimal use of audio visual media for Fiqh learning material. The formulation of the problem in this study were: 1) What is the implementation of learning by using Audio Visual Media on Jurisprudence in class IX in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue? 2) How do you improve student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue after using audio visual media? This research was a classroom action research. Data was collected through observation and tests, the object of this research was students of class IXMTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue, amounting to 15 students. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the first cycle and second cycle. At the first cycle stage the results of observations of student activities have a percentage of 65% and in the second cycle increased by 19% and have been very effective at 84%. While for student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average final test was 78.7 with a percentage of classical completeness of 70%. After a reflection of the implementation of the action, in the second cycle the average final test increased by 85.8 with the percentage of classical completeness of 93%. The results of research conducted by researchers prove that there is an increase in learning outcomes of students in participating in Fiqh learning through the use of audio-visual media.

Abstract

Management rights are a form of authority granted by the state to certain parties to manage land. This authority is part of the state's power over land, which is partially transferred to the holder of management rights. Land that can be managed through this right can come from state land or customary land. One of the authorities of Management Rights over state land is the Land Bank, while the Customary Law Community Unity/KMHA provides Management Rights over customary land. Customary Land is a regional property right that is under the governance of the customary law community, whose existence continues to exist but is not bound by certain land rights. These lands can be given Cultivation Rights, Building Rights, and Usage Rights to third parties who cooperate based on the Land Utilization Agreement. Management Rights over state land by the Land Bank have been regulated in the Job Creation Law. However, Management Rights over customary land have not been further regulated after the administration and registration of customary land. This can weaken the existence of KMHA and its customary land because the nature of Management Rights is the right of control from the state so that the land has the status of state land to cooperate with third parties. This research is a normative research, using a legislative and conceptual approach, then analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that: Land Banks based on government functions can act as; Dynamizers, Facilitators, and Capacitors in assisting KMHA in managing Customary Land Management Rights. Through land development activities, Land Banks can carry out the function of managing customary land assets. These activities are designed to increase the utilization and use of land that can meet the needs of life and business activities in terms of economics, social, and physical. Thus, Land Banks can later cooperate with third parties to support investment. The mission of the land bank is to secure the availability of land without sacrificing customary land rights for the benefit of the Customary Law Community.

Abstract

This study investigates the critical relationship between industrial sector growth, provincial minimum wage (UMP) levels, and labor absorption within the processing industry of South Sulawesi Province from 2010 to 2018. The research was guided by the objective to empirically determine the extent to which industrial expansion and wage policies influence job creation in this key economic sector. Utilizing quantitative methods, a time-series analysis was conducted employing multiple linear regression on secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of South Sulawesi. The analysis included rigorous testing for classical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity to ensure the reliability of the findings. The primary results indicate a significant positive influence of industrial sector growth on labor absorption, confirming its role as a crucial driver of employment. However, the study found that the provincial minimum wage did not have a statistically significant impact on labor absorption during the period, despite a negative coefficient. The findings underscore the importance of fostering industrial growth as a strategy for job creation in regions like South Sulawesi, while highlighting the need for carefully calibrated wage policies that align with economic productivity to support sustainable employment. This research contributes empirical evidence specific to a developing regional context, informing both academic understanding and policy development in labor market dynamics.

Abstract

Dalam pembinaan hafalan surah pendek doa dan adab harian di TK/TPA Kelurahan Samaenre Kecematan Sinjai Tengah, menggunakan metode hafalan dua kategori yaitu metode taqqhi dan takrir Adapun hasil pembinaannyaa di TK/TPA Kelurahan Samaenre Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah memberikan hasil yang sangat luar biasa dimana para santri sangat antusis dan memberi peningkatan pada hafalan mereka juga terkait dengan adab harian yang sangat banyak diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, ini merupakan penilaian yang luar biasa karena hasilnya di luar dugaan dan apa yang dipikirkan dan masyarakat juga sangat antusias terhadap pembelajaran di TK/TPA khususnya orag tua para santri.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dengan observasi yang menunjukkan kurangnya minat belajar peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung, ada beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi minat belajar peserta didik menurun di antaranya kurangnya perhatian yang diberikan pendidik saat proses belajar mengajar, kemudian model atau metode pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Padahal pada dasarnya proses belajar mengajar sepatutnya mengakibatkan adanya komunikasi dua arah atau dengan kata lain siswa seharusnya aktif dalam pembelajaran agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan efektif. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini di antaranya; (1) Menambah pemahaman serta mampu melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar guna menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Balangnipa, (2) Siswa diharapkan terampil aktif dalam diskusi kelompok maupun diskusi mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode service learning dengan tiga tahapan yaitu; tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap refleksi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan yang dilakukan mulai dari awal hingga akhir siswa mulai tertarik mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa menunjukkan sikap percaya diri, semangat dan termotivasi untuk belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Pengembangan SDM diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas kerja pegawai di sektor pemerintahan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 55 pegawai Kantor Dinas Sosial. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya investasi dalam pengembangan SDM sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kompetensi, dan motivasi pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa organisasi seharusnya terus memprioritaskan pengembangan SDM sebagai bagian integral dari strategi manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan dan misi mereka dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

Employee performance is a strategic determinant of organizational effectiveness in State-Owned Enterprises, where accountability, efficiency, and public service outcomes are closely interconnected. This study aims to examine the effects of knowledge management and work motivation on employee performance within a public-sector organizational context. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using a census of 32 employees at a State-Owned Enterprise branch office. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous influence of knowledge management and work motivation on employee performance. The findings indicate that work motivation has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, confirming the importance of motivational mechanisms in enhancing productivity and engagement within bureaucratic institutions. In contrast, knowledge management demonstrates a statistically significant negative relationship with performance. This unexpected result suggests that ineffective implementation, cultural resistance, inadequate technological integration, or knowledge overload may undermine the potential benefits of knowledge management practices. Simultaneously, both variables significantly explain variations in performance outcomes, highlighting their strategic relevance. In conclusion, the study emphasizes that work motivation consistently strengthens employee performance, while knowledge management requires contextual alignment and effective execution to generate positive outcomes. These findings contribute to the refinement of human resource management strategies in public-sector organizations and underscore the importance of integrating motivational systems with well-designed knowledge management practices..

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the interconnected dimensions of digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainability in women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The primary aim is to synthesize existing knowledge to address integration challenges these enterprises face. The researchers analyzed 436 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database, published between 2010 and 2025, using bibliometric and qualitative thematic techniques based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Findings highlight that digital innovation significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, and resource mobilization, empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome structural barriers. Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. Future research should focus on intersectional methodologies, longitudinal studies, and comparative analyses across diverse contexts.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are educational institutions that provide religious knowledge to their students. However, apart from that, Islamic boarding schools have a significant contribution to the survival of their alumni. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Islamic boarding schools in developing entrepreneurship among students at the Darul Ihsan Salohe Islamic Boarding School. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method that involves several data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher used several steps, namely data reduction: data is collected and processed to reduce its complexity. Data presentation: The reduced data is presented in a form that is easy to understand and then conclusions are drawn. The results of this study found that the Darul Ihsan Salohe Islamic Boarding School facilitates its students to become entrepreneurs to earn their own income. This is very useful for students because they can earn money from these businesses without burdening their parents. In addition, the economy at the Islamic Boarding School can be improved by the existence of this business unit.
