Abstract

The purpose of writing this study is to describe the resilience carried out by female characters in the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA. The formulation of the problem in this study is how women's resilience in the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA. The method in this study is qualitative, using feminism theory that focuses on the resilience of female characters. Research data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences containing elements of resilience of female characters in the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA. Data collection techniques in the form of literature studies consisting of reading techniques and note-taking techniques. After the data is collected, data analysis techniques are used in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study show the resilience characteristics of the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA in the form of perseverance, calmness, independence, and self-awareness. There are also several traits possessed by resilient individuals in the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA, namely social competence, and awareness of goals and the future. While the resilience factors in the novel Srepeg Tlutur by Tiwiek SA include emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, self-efficacy, and recognition.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of character education in the novel Mitra Sejati Karya Tulus Stp as a teaching material to build a profile of Pancasila students in learning Javanese.This study uses qualitative research methods because the data are in the form of phrases, clauses, sentences, and discourses. The data source used is the novel Mitra Sejati by Tulus Setiyadi. Data collection techniques are in the form of documentation studies consisting of reading techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques used in the form of data reduction, data display and data verification.The results of this study indicate that there are several values of character education that are relevant to the Javanese language curriculum at the junior high school level. First, character values respect and appreciate the teachings of the religion adopted. Second, the value of the character of responsibility. The third, the value of caring character. Then there is the value of character education as a teaching material to build the profile of Pancasila students in Javanese language learning, namely the values of respecting and living the teachings of the religion adopted, as well as responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to describe violence against the main female character in Kupu Wengi Mbangun Swarga Tulus Setiyadi's book. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the form of violence against the main female character in the novel Kupu Wengi Mbangun Swarga. The method in this research is qualitative, using the theory of feminism which focuses on the violence of the female main character. The research data is in the form of words, phrases, sentences and discourses that contain elements of violence against female characters in the novel Kupu Wengi Mbangun Swarga. The data collection technique is done by reading and recording data quotations that contain forms of violence against the female main character in the novel Kupu Wengi Mbangun Swarga. After the data is collected, data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, displaying data and conclusions or verification. The results showed that there were three forms of violence against female figures, namely psychological violence, physical violence and sexual violence. As for the perpetrators of oppression against the main female character, it is carried out by male and female figures.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low ability of class IX A student at SMP Negeri 02 Bantarkawung in writing descriptive text aboaut traditional ceremonies and delivering material that is still conventional and monotonous, so that learning becomes passive and boring. Seeing such conditions, it is necessary to strive for the application of interesting and appropriate learning media so that it can facilitate students in expressing their ideas, and feelings, especially in writing descriptive texts. Thus the formulation of the problem that can be taken in this study is how to apply Google Sites media in learning to write descriptive texts about traditional caremonies in class IX A students of SMP Negeri 02 Bantarkawung. In addition, there is a research objective is to describe the application of Google Sites media in learning to write descriptive texts about traditional ceremonies in class IX A students of SMP Negeri 02 Bantarkawung.This research is included in the descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used test techniques in the form of knowledge and skills aspect questions as well as non-test techniques in the form of questionnaires.The results of this study are that Google Sites media can be applied in learning to write descriptive texts about traditional ceremonies in class IX A students of SMP Negeri 02 Bantarkawung. These results can be proven by the average value of students who achieve 92 in terms of knowledge aspects with a total of 19 students who complete. Meanwhile, from the aspect of skills, an average score of 87 was obtained with a total of 19 students who passed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the knowledge of God in the text of Serat Sastra Gendhing.This research is a qualitative type. The source of the research data is Serat Sastra Gendhing text editing. The research data are words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that contain knowledge about God in the text of Serat Sastra Gendhing. Data is collected through a classification process; identification; inventory. Data were analyzed by hermeneutic studies through methods of reduction, interpretation, and conclusions. The results of research in the form of knowledge about God contained in the text of Serat Sastra Gendhing as follows. God is in rasa, God is known in the union between rasa and pangrasa, knowledge of God involves all aspects of human beings. Knowledge about God is not only reflected in worship, but also in the rasa, pikiran, and perbuatan that implement the attributes of God.

Abstract

Cassava made dishes are really acquainted to locals, particularly in Java. This food is very varied, both in terms of its form and how it is processed. Consequently, cassava-made foods have a variety of names. Such as gethuk [gəṭU?], thiwul [ṭiwUl], gablog [gablͻg], gathot [gaṭͻt], lanthing [lanṭIŋ], lemet [ləmɛt], lentuk [lənṭU?], cemplon [ʧəmplͻn], sawut [sawUt], as well as numerous others.  Furthermore, cassava made dishes of the same type and shape but with different names were discovered in several areas. Because this paper only discusses the background of naming foods from cassava based on features of human senses, thus naming variations are not the case. This is a field study designed with a qualitative research method that provides data descriptions as well as analysis results descriptions. Field data were collected from respondents who were considered capable of providing (purposive) information about traditional cassava made dishes. As additional data, the data were obtained from the internet. Refering to Sudaryanto’s concept, distributional (agih) and identity (padan) methodological approaches. The analysis begins with identifying words and root words in traditional food names, then words and root words are associated with phonetic and onomatopoeic aspects, and finally analyzed their relationship which featuring the human senses. The results revealed that naming cassava made dishes with descriptions of the senses of hearing, sight, and motion. This study seeks to uncover something previously unknown about traditional Javanese food, specifically the background of naming food from the perception of depicting the human senses. Therefore, the study informed readers who are unfamiliar with the origins of naming traditional foods that are associated with the illustration of the human senses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna dan fungsi tradisi nyantri dalam pernikahan adat Jawa di Blora. Metode analisis antropologi budaya digunakan untuk mendalaminya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nyantri memainkan peran krusial dalam memperkuat kekeluargaan dan keberlanjutan budaya. Simpulannya, tradisi nyantri bukan sekadar ritual formal, melainkan pondasi yang memperkukuh jaringan sosial dalam pernikahan adat Jawa di Blora. Penemuan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana tradisi nyantri tidak hanya menjadi serangkaian upacara, tetapi juga representasi nilai-nilai yang dijunjung tinggi dalam masyarakat Blora. Dengan menggali makna-makna tersembunyi di balik setiap langkah nyantri, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pemahaman kita tentang keberlanjutan budaya dan peran penting adat dalam mempererat hubungan sosial. Kesimpulannya, tradisi nyantri di Blora tidak hanya melestarikan warisan leluhur, tetapi juga menjadi pilar yang mengokohkan solidaritas dan identitas masyarakat setempat. Abstract

In general, this research was conducted to find out clearly the intended meaning of a series of traditional Panggih processions at weddings that use Javanese customs and traditions. This research, which is based on issues related to the harmony of religious and cultural values ​​towards a tradition, chooses to focus the discussion on the legal perspective of urf in Islamic rules. The researcher aims to find out how the Islamic religion views the panggih procession at traditional Javanese weddings when it is linked to cultural aspects and norms that apply in society. This research focuses on collecting and interpreting qualitative data obtained from clients who use wedding organizer services, namely CV Aksara Multikreasi. In compiling it, the author used a collection of data from direct observations of CV Aksara Multikreasi clients who were involved and who carried out Javanese traditional wedding processions to then be analyzed inductively. Based on this, the research results show that the meaning contained in the panggih procession in the form of balangan gantal, ngidak tigan, and wijikan in traditional Javanese ceremonies is in line with the breath and rules of Islam from the perspective of urf law. Therefore, with this research, it is hoped that it will be able to become a source of information for the community regarding the law of implementing traditions or customs that are customary in certain communities from a religious perspective, so that in the development of science and technology there will be no conflict of arguments regarding the validity of religious and cultural values.

Abstract

This article with the title The Implementation of h-CFTM (hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model) as a Reinforcement for Independent Learning for Students at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang is the outcomes of Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) for SMP Negeri 14 Semarang in applying of h-CFTM (Hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model) as Strengthening Implementation Independent Student Learning. Partner in this PKM activity was SMP Negeri 14 Semarang, which is one of the Child Friendly Schools in Semarang City. The purpose of this writing is to clarify the outcomes of PKM, particularly those related to the implementation of h-CFTM at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang. PKM implementation methods included socialization, training, science and technology transfer, mentoring, monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability (follow-up). The common perception and commitment of the entire academic community in partner school, the implementation of the h-CFTM, as well as h-CFTM-Based Learning Management System are the outcomes of PKM (Hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model).

Abstract

The program is aimed at developing child friendly school for some schools belong to Gajah Mada Group in Batang Region. The team gives some trainings to the teachers. The materials of the training are the child friendly education concept (provision, protection, and participation); the indicators of child friendly school; and the management to develop the child friendly school. The training examines some methods, they are lecturing, discussion, accompaniment, and monitoring. After the training was done, it can be achieved that 1) all the teachers joined the lecturing on child friendly education principle; 2) a hundred precent or all the teachers take part in discussion on developing child friendly school; 3) 80% of the teachers understand the concept of child friendly education; 4) 80% of the teachers have the sufficient knowledge of child friendly school; and 5) the teachers have implemented the principles of child friendly education through the school’s program.
