Abstract

This article analyzes the interaction between teachers and students through the story of Prophet Moses and Khidr in QS. Al-Kahf verses 60–82. Using a qualitative approach and literature study method, it draws insights from the interpretations of Jalalain and Ibn Kathir to highlight the educational values of wisdom and patience. The study organizes its findings into three areas: character development (patience, refraining from quick judgment, recognizing limitations), pedagogical approaches (dialogue, application of wisdom, experiential learning), and the creation of an inclusive learning environment. The examination of key events such as the perforated boat, the killing of the young man, and the repair of the wall demonstrates the importance of patience in facing situations that seem illogical. These lessons offer practical implications for Islamic Religious Education (PAI), supporting teachers in making mature decisions and guiding students towards emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth. Integrating these values into education fosters a reflective, supportive, and thoughtful learning atmosphere, enriching both the intellect and character in accordance with Islamic teachings

Abstract

This study aims to: Analyze the impact of the increase in soybean prices on the income received by Pak Sardi and to analyze the feasibility of Pak Sardi's tofu industry after the increase in soybean prices. The data used are secondary data, secondary data obtained from literature studies sourced from the annual report of the Mataram Baru District Office, the Central Statistics Agency, as well as the East Lampung City Trade and Industry Service. The results showed that it can be seen that the average income of Pak Sardi's tofu craftsmen before the increase in soybean prices was IDR 6,254,918.00 per 3 months, and after the increase in soybean prices was IDR 5,847,188.00 per 3 months. Based on the calculation of the average R / C ratio, it is known that the tofu craftsman business before the soybean price increase had an average R / C ratio of 2.21. This means that every expenditure of Rp. 1.00 will result in an average income of Rp. 2.21 so that the business of a tofu craftsman is feasible because the average value of R / C ratio is>1.The tofu craftsman business after the increase in soybean prices is still feasible because of its the average R / C ratio is greater than one (average R / C ratio> 1), which is IDR 2.13.

Abstract

The research method used is field surveys and structured interviews with shrimp farmers. The collected data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The analysis results indicate that income from vannamei shrimp business tends to be stable but is influenced by external factors such as price fluctuations and market conditions. On the other hand, risks such as shrimp diseases, climate change, and government regulations also affect the sustainability of this business. This research provides important insights for stakeholders in managing risks and enhancing the sustainability of vannamei shrimp business

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk menelaah pengaruh servant leadership dan budaya organisasi adaptif terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Kajian ini berangkat dari permasalahan terkait masih rendahnya kompetensi digital guru yang berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang kurang inovatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei digunakan dalam kajian ini dengan melibatkan seluruh populasi guru MIN sebanyak 103 orang dengan 100 data sampel yang layak dianalisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi literasi digital guru. Demikian pula, budaya organisasi adaptif memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi tersebut. Uji simultan memperkuat temuan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh secara bersamaan dan berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengembangkan literasi digital guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan signifikansi peran kepemimpinan serta budaya organisasi yang adaptif dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia pada sektor pendidikan

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals, especially in strategic institutions such as the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), which is tasked with maintaining national stability and security. Although the number of civil servants (ASN) at BNPT has increased over the past five years, data shows that the Employee Performance Target (SKP) scores have tended to decline during the 2021-2023 period, indicating the need to identify factors influencing employee performance. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of competence, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance, with leadership style as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory survey methods conducted at the BNPT, involving 150 employees selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that competence (p-value = 0.607) and motivation (p-value = 0.413) do not directly influence employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (p-value = 0.001; t-statistic = 3.345). Leadership style does not moderate the relationship between competence and performance, but significantly moderates the relationship between motivation and employee performance with a p-value of 0.013 and a t-statistic of 2.486. There is no moderating effect of leadership style on the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This study contributes to the development of human resource management literature in the strategic public sector and provides practical recommendations for improving employee performance through strengthening organizational culture and optimizing appropriate leadership styles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, product variety and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Shopee market place at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was an unlimited number of students at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling Technique, with the criteria being that respondents had made purchases at the Shopee market place, at least twice, were at least 15 years old, male or female. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. This research proves that the more and higher the product variety and service quality, the more purchasing decisions will increase, while price is not able to increase purchasing decisions. There are many more variables that influence purchasing decisions that were not examined in this research. This research focuses on one object and the results of this research cannot be generalized to other objects that are not the same. Improving knowledge in making a strategy or decision in reaching potential consumers and retaining consumers in purchasing products in this research object This research focuses on the shopee market place object at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school with the variables price, product variety and service quality which are the variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions at that object. Abstract

For the development of public services, government organizations need to be able to create and enhance services. Resources are necessary for all organizations, including governmental and commercial ones, to accomplish their objectives. One organizational resource that is essential to reaching shared objectives is human resources. The public expects the government to provide quality services. Performance evaluations are given to employees. Village authorities in the Pasir Sakti District of East Lampung are among the staff members whose work is evaluated and in need of improvement in order to promote organizational performance. The degree of service provided by village government personnel is measured by their performance. "The Influence of Organizational Information and Communication Technology on the Performance of Village Officials in Pasir Sakti District, East Lampung" is the research's stated goal. Abstract

AbstrakThis study set out to ascertain how dividend policy, profitability, and debt policy affected corporate value. In addition to determining if company size can strengthen the impact of profitability, debt policy, and dividend policy on firm value. The study's research methodology was moderate regression analysis (MRA). Theoretically, this approach is suitable for investigating the influence variable after including a moderating component. The novelty aspect of this analysis is the inclusion of firm size as a moderating variable, which is thought to strengthen or decrease the relationship between dividend policy, profitability, and debt policy and firm value. The findings of this study demonstrate how profitability and dividend policy impact corporate value. Next, the impact of dividend policy on firm value is moderated by the size of the company. However, the impact of profitability on firm value is unaffected by the size of the company.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Firm Value, Financial Behavior, Profitability

Abstract

Permasalahan drainase di Desa Aur Sati Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar adalah timbulnya genangan air di beberapa titik lokasi dan juga munculnya bau yg tak sedap akibat pembuangan limbah rumah tangga yang semrawut. Untuk memecahkan masalah drainase yang ada di desa Aur sati, maka langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah melakukan identifikasi masalah genangan banjir. Identifikasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengamatan lapangan, dan pengolahan data citra Lansat dengan geographic information sistem (GIS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa genangan banjir terjadi di 3 titik yaitu di Dusun 1, Dusun 2 dan Dusun 4. Penyebab genangan tersebut adalah drainase yang belum terpadu, kondisi saluran drainase juga tidak layak, elevasi yang rendah dibanding sekelilingnya dan pembuangan sampah di saluran drainase sehingga mengakibatkan sumbatan di saluran. Untuk memecahkan masalah genangan banjir yang ada, hasil identifikasi yang telah dilakukan perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan evaluasi dimensi saluran tiap segmen genangan di masing-masing Dusun terdampak. Kata kunci:identifikasi masalah genangan, drainase, desa Aur Sati, sebaran genangan
