Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the biggest supporter of the creative economy for the Indonesian economy. MSME players must be able to develop their business to be able to carry out this. The digital era has the potential to create opportunities and risks for business people and organizations. In every business, risks will always be faced by business actors because of uncertainty which results in losses. Internal and external events that have an impact on achieving the goals of MSMEs must be identified, and risks and opportunities must be differentiated. In the business world, knowledge about risk management is an important element in business management. With good management, a business organization will be able to avoid losses and even bankruptcy. Likewise, small, micro and medium enterprises that do not have sufficient capital and whose operations are not optimal are very vulnerable to changes in risk. Events that cause losses, which are usually called peril, can occur unexpectedly and can arise from various sources. The problem is how to overcome these risks so that business operations are not disrupted. Risks are analyzed by considering likelihood and impact as a basis for determining how they can be managed. Therefore, by providing an understanding of risk management, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to know how to implement risk management in business to avoid losses. PM activities are held offline or face to face on holidays so as not to disturb the work time of the Teluk Pucung MSMEs, while the output of PM activities is in the form of press releases in online print media and also publications in community service journals

Abstract

UMKM Prima Global Mart masih banyak menghadapi masalah termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital yang masih rendah. Serta kurang pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan branding usaha dalam memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen. para pelaku UMKM masih berfokus pada perdagangan produk tetapi masih belum menerapkan branding produk yang baik. ketidaktahuan dan minim pengetahuan , ego dan percaya diri yang berlebih serta sifat tertutup para pelaku atas ide baru dan merasa cepat puas dengan cara berdagang yang telah dijalankan.Serta masih kurang familiar dengan penggunaan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mendukung perluasan dan jangkauan pasar atas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu sebagai dosen dengan melibatkan mahasiswa membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan stretegi branding produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metide pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara off line yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 19 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan serta dengan pelatihan pembuatan branding produk dengan canva dengan mempraktekkan secara langsung telah meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat branding produk yang menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan.. Abstract

Low financial literacy among adolescents can have long-term impacts on their future financial decisions. They argue that effective financial education from an early age can reduce the likelihood of poor financial behavior, such as excessive debt and inadequate retirement planning. One of the insights that must be possessed is about financial literacy. Financial literacy education is an important thing that must be given to children, so that they do not become a consumptive generation. Directing children to manage their finances properly is one of the important goals in financial literacy education. Financial literacy education also has a long-term goal, namely to increase children's insight and literacy skills, or from previously lacking literacy to understanding the concept of financial literacy, in addition literacy education also aims to increase awareness of the presence of financial institutions in the midst of society. Community Service with the theme of Socialization of Financial Management Literacy for Adolescents at the Hikmat Berkarya Mandiri Foundation. So that by holding this Community Service activity, it is hoped that it will be able to provide positive knowledge about financial management for Adolescents. This activity will be carried out in the office space of the Hikmat Berkarya Mandiri Foundation, Bekasi with the address Perum Alamanda Regency BC 09 No. 18 RT. 12 RW. 21 Karangsatria Village, Tambun Utara District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. This Community Service activity will be held face-to-face (offline). The output of this Community Service activity is an article in electronic mass media and documentation of the implementation in the form of photos and videos of activities and community service journals.

Abstract

Social media has become a very effective and efficient tool to promote products and services, including in the agricultural sector. The training was held at the Sumber Jaya Catfish Farmers Group Perum Griya Asri I Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency and aimed to improve the ability of its members to utilize the Facebook platform as an effective and efficient promotional media. The methods used in this training include presentations, direct practice, and group discussions. Training materials include making accounts and Facebook pages, promotional content strategies, as well as interaction management techniques with customers. The results of this training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants in using Facebook to promote catfish production in the Sumber Jaya catfish farmer group. Participants are expected to be able to create and manage Facebook pages, as well as design interesting content to increase visibility and sales. This training is expected to be a model for other farmer groups in utilizing social media to expand the market and improve the welfare of group members. The activities of implementing community service with the target of the purpose of the Community Service (PKM) implementing team to make field observations are to directly observe the location of the target area. The outputs to be achieved are: Publications in Print or Electronic Scientific Journal Articles in accredited national journals, articles in national journals are not accredited and local, articles in print or electronic media, both national and local, implementation documentation with photos of activities, and improvement the knowledge and skills of participants in using Facebook to promote catfish production in the Sumber Jaya catfish farmer group.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge for mothers at the Garuda 04 Posyandu in Harapan Jaya Bekasi on how to use income to manage a balanced life between the needs of early childhood or toddlers and family needs. The results show that most members of the Garuda 04 Posyandu do not understand properly and correctly how to manage family income properly and correctly from the financial income they earn, such as the difference between needs and wants, budgeting, and the importance of saving and managing the fulfillment of toddler needs for the children they have. The training was conducted in one day with a participatory-educational approach and socialization. This method includes providing materials, group discussions, simulations, and reflections from each individual. The activities showed high active participation from participants and were actively involved in the discussions that were carried out. This socialization provides evidence that an experience-based approach can effectively increase understanding and awareness of the importance of financial management that they are facing.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas proses penyelenggaraan Acara khusus sebelum terlaksananya Sebuah acara ada beberapa proses yang harus dilakukan adalah Pembuatan Proposal acara, acara Anggaran, Acara Rundown, Daftar peserta acara. PT. Indovickers Furnitama adalah Perusahaan swasta, yang bergerak dalam bidang Perabotan dan memiliki 12 divisi operasional yang didukung divisi Pemasaran. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka (Penelitian Perpustakaan. Dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan seperti yang harus dipertimbangkan. Haruskah ini dalam hal ini bagian pemasaran tidak menjadi masalah karena acara golf ini sudah menjadi acara rutin PT Indovickers Furnitama Jakarta. muncul beberapa tantangan terkait dengan partisipasi yang terlibat dan kurangnya koordinasi dan komunikasi antar tim panitia, dan juga kedisiplinan waktu yang dipertanyakan tidak sesuai dengan susunan acara.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the business world is getting tighter. With the support of quality human resources, it will support company management to be able to survive in its activities. The key to success in getting quality human resources lies in the employee recruitment stage. So it is necessary to have a better employee recruitment management system. Like PT. Doo Seung Global as a company engaged in the manufacture of knitted materials such as sweaters, cardigans, scarves and vests, the employee recruitment process still uses a manual system. This causes problems, including damaged or lost applicant data and takes a lot of time in the hiring process, and the availability of updated data is not guaranteed. To provide a solution, the authors designed a web-based employee recruitment information system, the authors used the waterfall model software development method to design an information system and used Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, a website-based Employee Recruitment Information System at PT. Doo Seung Global can help the employee recruitment process become faster, precise and accurate in order to get employee candidates who meet the criteria

Abstract

Rapid development of technology and information has changed consumer behavior. Utilization of the internet is used as a means for transactions and determining purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and open trip prices on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung. The method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through SPSS version 26, Sampling using the purposive sampling method (samples with certain criteria) and data collected through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study are proven by the results of the t-test of the online customer review variable (X1) obtained t count 10.393> t table 1.984 and price (X2) obtained t count 7.118 > t table 1.984. The results of the simultaneous F test of online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) obtained F count 142.383 > F table 3.090 and the results of the simultaneous determination coefficient calculation (R²) obtained a value of 0.746 (74.6%) which indicates that the variables online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y), while the rest is 25.4%. The results of the study indicate that online customer reviews and open trip prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung.

Abstract

Pada saat ini teknologi yang menjadi pemicu untuk bersaing secara tidak langsung memaksa organisasi, untuk mengembangkan segenap sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki agar dapat berkompetisi terhadap kegiatan yang dibebankan setiap insitusi. Sehingga kemampuan institusi tersebut akan mampu bersaing dengan yang lain. Penilitian Ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Dinas PU Kabupaten Temanggung Secara Parsial dan Simultan. Jenis Penilitian Yang digunakan adalah kuantitif statistik. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 30. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinan. Dengan alat bantu olah data menggunakan Program SPSS For Windows Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitan, Bahwa secara Parsial Variabel Pendidikan (X1) memiliki Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dimana t Hitung sebesar 2,061 > 2,051 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,049 < 0,05 dan Variabel Pelatihan (X2) memiliki Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Dimana t hitung sebesar 3,425 > 2,051 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y), Dimana Nilai Dari F Hitung Sebesar 32,423 > F Tabel sebesar 3,350 dan Signifikan Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan (X1) dan variabel pelatihan (X2) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y) Kantor Dinas PU Kabupaten Temanggung

Abstract

The implementation of e-government has emerged as a critical catalyst for public service innovation, with the primary goals of enhancing efficiency, transparency, and citizen participation in public administration. This qualitative case study explores the e-government initiatives implemented by the Surabaya City Government, establishing Surabaya as a leader in digital governance within Indonesia. Despite the global and national focus on e-government systems, a substantial research gap persists in understanding the specific challenges and outcomes faced by local governments, particularly within Indonesia's socio-political framework. Employing qualitative methods, such as in-depth interviews with government officials and citizens, this study analyzes the implementation strategies, the impact on public service delivery, and the influence of government officials, technological infrastructure, and organizational culture on the success of e-government. The findings indicate that while e-government has enhanced administrative efficiency and service accessibility, significant challenges, including digital literacy, infrastructural limitations, and political resistance, remain. Additionally, although citizen engagement has improved, certain population segments continue to face barriers due to the digital divide. This research advances the existing literature by providing a detailed examination of local e-government implementation and offering practical recommendations for overcoming challenges in similar settings.
