Abstract

AbstrakSetiap organisasi dan perushaan pengelolaan karyawan perlu dilakukan secara baik terutama dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan sehingga keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan dapat dipertahankan. Namun tidak sedikit  perusahaan mengabaikan hal ini, akibatnya  produktivitas kerja karyawan  turun  yang  mengakibatkan kerugian perusahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada industri garmen PT.Jinny Young Indonesia di Jakarta dengan sampel 66 karyawan . Berdasarkan hasil  olah data dengan program SPSS 23 untuk melihat pengaruh variabel loyalitas kerja stres kerja dan supervisor support   terhadap produktivitas kerja  karyawan yang peroleh persamaan Y = 82,201 + 0,575X1 – 0,416X2+ 0,432X3 Hal ini menunjukkan koefisien produktivitas karyawan besarnya adalah 82,201.Variabel loyalitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dengan nilai  0,575.Stress kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan dengan nilai - 0,416.Supervisor support  memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,432. Sedangkan pengaruh secara simultan diperoleh nilai untuk  variabel  loyalitas kerja   (X1) , stress kerja (X2 ) dan  supervisor support (X3) adalah 20.345 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,002. Untuk nilai R square sebesar 0.722 atau sebesar 72,2%..Pengelolan yang baik terhadap loyalitas kerja, stress kerja dan supervisor support  maka akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas kerja, Stres kerja, Supervisor support, Produktivitas kerja AbstractEvery organization and company employee management needs to be done well. especially in increasing employee productivity so that the company's survival can be maintained. However, not a few companies ignore this, as a result employee work productivity decreases which results in company losses. Based on the results of research on the garment industry PT. Jinny Young Indonesia in Jakarta with a sample of 66 employees. Based on the results of data processing with the SPSS 23 program to see the effect of work loyalty variables, work stress and supervisor support on employee work productivity, the equation Y = 82.201 + 0.575X1 – 0.416X2+ 0.432X3 This shows the employee productivity coefficient is 82.201. The work loyalty variable has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.575. Work stress has a negative and significant effect with a value of -0.416. Supervisor support has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.432. Meanwhile, the simultaneous effect obtained for the variables of work loyalty (X1), work stress (X2) and supervisor support (X3) is 20,345 with a significance level of 0.002. For the value of R square is 0.722 or 72.2%. Good management of work loyalty, work stress and supervisor support will increase employee productivity so that organizational goals can be achieved.Keywords: Work loyalty, Work stress, Supervisor support, Work productivity

Abstract

UMKM Prima Global Mart masih banyak menghadapi masalah termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital yang masih rendah. Serta kurang pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan branding usaha dalam memperkenalkan produk ke konsumen. para pelaku UMKM masih berfokus pada perdagangan produk tetapi masih belum menerapkan branding produk yang baik. ketidaktahuan dan minim pengetahuan , ego dan percaya diri yang berlebih serta sifat tertutup para pelaku atas ide baru dan merasa cepat puas dengan cara berdagang yang telah dijalankan.Serta masih kurang familiar dengan penggunaan pemasaran secara digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mendukung perluasan dan jangkauan pasar atas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk itu sebagai dosen dengan melibatkan mahasiswa membantu dengan meberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan stretegi branding produk UMKM dalam menunjang kemantapan usaha dan menjangkau pasar yang makin luas, metide pelaksanaan dilaksankan secara off line yang dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM 19 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menggunakan branding produk sebagai ujung tombak atas produk yang dihasilkan serta dengan pelatihan pembuatan branding produk dengan canva dengan mempraktekkan secara langsung telah meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat branding produk yang menarik sesuai dengan keiinginan sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk yang dihasilkan.. Abstract

The implementation of e-government has emerged as a critical catalyst for public service innovation, with the primary goals of enhancing efficiency, transparency, and citizen participation in public administration. This qualitative case study explores the e-government initiatives implemented by the Surabaya City Government, establishing Surabaya as a leader in digital governance within Indonesia. Despite the global and national focus on e-government systems, a substantial research gap persists in understanding the specific challenges and outcomes faced by local governments, particularly within Indonesia's socio-political framework. Employing qualitative methods, such as in-depth interviews with government officials and citizens, this study analyzes the implementation strategies, the impact on public service delivery, and the influence of government officials, technological infrastructure, and organizational culture on the success of e-government. The findings indicate that while e-government has enhanced administrative efficiency and service accessibility, significant challenges, including digital literacy, infrastructural limitations, and political resistance, remain. Additionally, although citizen engagement has improved, certain population segments continue to face barriers due to the digital divide. This research advances the existing literature by providing a detailed examination of local e-government implementation and offering practical recommendations for overcoming challenges in similar settings.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at CV Nabilah in Bekasi. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 50 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and then analyzed with SPSS version 26. The validity test results confirmed that all items were valid, while the reliability test showed Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.60, indicating that the instrument was reliable. The t-test showed that leadership significantly affected employee performance (t = 3.531 > t-table = 1.985), as did the work environment (t = 2.145 > t-table = 1.985). The F-test showed an F value of 26.029 > F-table = 3.19, meaning there is a simultaneous significant influence. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.503 indicates that 50.3% of employee performance is influenced by leadership and the work environment, while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Recruitment, Employee Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population of this research is employees of PT Alfamart, especially in the recruitment, learning and development section. The sampling technique used in this study was to use a saturated sample with a total of 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression which was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 for Windows program. The results of this study prove that the influence of recruitment has an effect on employee performance, employee motivation has an effect on employee performance at PT Alfamart Cileungsi.

Abstract

Rapid development of technology and information has changed consumer behavior. Utilization of the internet is used as a means for transactions and determining purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and open trip prices on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung. The method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through SPSS version 26, Sampling using the purposive sampling method (samples with certain criteria) and data collected through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study are proven by the results of the t-test of the online customer review variable (X1) obtained t count 10.393> t table 1.984 and price (X2) obtained t count 7.118 > t table 1.984. The results of the simultaneous F test of online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) obtained F count 142.383 > F table 3.090 and the results of the simultaneous determination coefficient calculation (R²) obtained a value of 0.746 (74.6%) which indicates that the variables online customer reviews (X1) and prices (X2) simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y), while the rest is 25.4%. The results of the study indicate that online customer reviews and open trip prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Jalan Dulu Asia Bandung.
