Abstract

Keputusan pengadaan publik adalah fase di mana keputusan dibuat dari berbagai pilihan untuk menghilangkan masalah dengan inisiatif dunia nyata. Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial ekonomi, politik, teknologi, budaya, produk, harga, lokasi dan proses, mengarahkan konsumen untuk memahami informasi dan menyimpulkan reaksi terhadap produk yang dibeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen toko online Blibli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif jenis survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 pengguna toko online Blibli. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image, selebriti endorser dan electronic word of mouth secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen toko onlie Blibli, dengan Faktor Dampak sebesar 87,2%..

Abstract

Dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan sosial anak-anak terdapat dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan akan membawa dampak buruk bagi perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak. Dampak buruk penggunaan gadget pada anak antara lain anak menjadi pribadi tertutup, gangguan tidur, suka menyendiri, perilaku kekerasan, pudarnya kreativitas, dan ancaman cyberbullying.  Bukan rahasia lagi bahwa anak-anak zaman sekarang sudah terpapar dengan berbagai macam gadget dan teknologi di usia yang sangat muda..Namun risiko bermain gadget pada anak-anak menjadi terlalu bergantung pada gadget dan teknologi. Mereka mungkin tidak dapat bersosialisasi dengan baik dengan orang lain dan mereka dapat menjadi kecanduan screen time. Inilah sebabnya mengapa penting bagi orang tua untuk memantau penggunaan gadget anak-anak dan memastikan bahwa anak-anak  menggunakannya dalam jumlah yang tidak berlebih.. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika mengadakan kegiatan  Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan tema Sosialisasi Penggunaan Gadget Sehat bagi  Anak-Anak. Sehingga dengan diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini  diharapkan akan mampu memberikan bekal pengetahuan yang positif tentang penggunaan gadget sehat bagi anak-anak. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan di ruang kantor  Yayasan Hikmat Berkarya Mandiri Bekasi dengan alamat Perum Alamanda Regency BC 09 No. 18 RT. 12 RW. 21 Kel. Karangsatria kec. Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini akan diadakan secara tatap muka.

Abstract

Abstract, The performance of the organization is determined by the performance of employees, whether small or large companies, private companies or government agencies, even organizations that are not profit oriented. Where with the performance of the organization will be able to encourage an organization or company to achieve goals and maintain the survival of the organization or perusahaan.Namun not infrequently many companies or organizations that have not been able to perform management and assessment of employee performance to achieve organizational performance. To assess employee performance, an organization needs to take measurements of their performance. Employee performance measurement is one way by applying e-performance done by using 360 degree method through 2 (two) stages. The first stage is performance appraisal through the Main Performance Index (IKU) component with a weighting rating of 60%. The second stage, a behavioral assessment performed with a rating weight of 40%. E-Performance awareness as a 360 degree performance appraisal implent will encourage employees to improve their performance in achieving organizational performance. With e-performance implementation will be capable of implementing a 360-degree and appraisal as feedback on employee performance will continue to improve as evaluated employees can see how work behaviors have been carried out from the perspective of other employees. So it can be said that e-performance in the 360 degree assessment is an approach to the objectivity of employee appraisal.Keywords: E-performance, 360 degree feedback, Employee  Performance Abstrak , Kinerja organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja pegawai, baik itu perusahaan kecil atau besar, perusahaan swasta ataupun lembaga pemerintahan, bahkan organisasi yang tidak berorientasi profit. Dimana dengan kinerja organisasi akan mampu mendorong sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan dan mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup organisasi atau perusahaan tersebut.Namun tidak jarang banyak perusahaan atau organisasi yang belum mampu untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan penilaian terhadap kinerja pegawai untuk mencapai kinerja organisasi. Untuk  menilai kinerja pegawai, suatu organisasi perlu melakukan pengukuran atas kinerja mereka. Pengukuran kinerja pegawai salah satu cara dengan penerapan e-performance yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode 360 derajat  melalui 2 (dua) tahap. Tahap pertama, penilaian kinerja melalui komponen Indeks Kinerja Utama (IKU) dengan bobot penilaian 60%. Tahap kedua,  penilaian perilaku yang dilakukan dengan  bobot penilaian 40%. Penerapam e-performance sebagai implementasi penilaian kinerja 360 derajat akan mendorong pegawai  untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi. Dengan implementasi e-performance akan mampu memberikan umpan balik atau feedback atas kinerja pegawai sehingga akan terus meningkatkan kinerjanya karena pegawai yang dievaluasi dapat melihat bagaimana perilaku kerja yang telah dijalankan dari perspektif pegawai lain. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa e-performance dalam penilaian 360 derajat merupakan suatu pendekatan menuju objektivitas penilaian pegawai.Kata kunci : E-performance, Umpan balik 360 derajat, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract - Employee or officer is one of the company's assets to achieve the goal, the better the performance and discipline of employees or officer who indicated the more likely the company is to achieve the objectives that have been set. In this paper we will discuss about how the relationship between performance variable  and career development of employees? How the relationship between discipline variable and career development of employees career? and how the relationship between these two variables together with an increase in career development employee? Based on the results of the study showed that the variable of work achievement has a positive and strong correlation with an increase in employee career shown by analysis tables linear correlation with r count> r table (0607> 0279) with N = 50 and α = 5% , while for the relationship between the variables of labor discipline with an increase in employee career shows also a positive and strong correlation, this is indicated with the correlation table analysis arithmetic linear r count> r table (0.484> 0.279) with N = 50 and α = 5% , whereas to see the relationship between the two variables achievement and discipline together have an influence on career advancement of employees using ANOVA test or F test results show positive results and have the same effect on increasing employee career where F count> F table (20,803> 2.79) with N = 50 and α = 5%. Test results R (model Summary) concluded that the variables of performance and discipline work together significantly associated with an increase in employee career 68.5% and the remaining 31.5% were related to other factors that were not studied. Keywords: Achievement, work Discipline and Employee Career Abstrak-Pegawai atau karyawan adalah salah satu aset perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan, semakin baik prestasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai atau karyawan yang ditunjukkan , akan semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam tulisan ini kita akan membahas tentang bagaimana hubungan antara variabel prestasi kerja dan peningkatan  karir pegawai? Bagaimana hubungan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan peningkatan karir pegawai? Serta bagaimana hubungan antara dua variabel ini bersama-sama dengan peningkatan karir pegawai? Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel prestasi kerja  memiliki hubungan yang positif dan korelasi yang kuat dengan peningkatan karir pegawai yang ditunjukkan oleh tabel analisis korelasi linear dengan r hitung> r tabel (0.607> 0.279) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%, sedangkan untuk hubungan antara variabel disiplin kerja dengan peningkatan  karir pegawai  menunjukkan juga  hubungan yang positif dan korelasi kuat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tabel korelasi analisis hitung linear r hitung > r tabel (0,484> 0,279) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%, sedangkan untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel prestasi  dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan karier pegawai menggunakan  ANOVA test atau uji F, Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan mempunyai pengaruh  yang  sama pada peningkatan  karir pegawai dimana Fhitung > Ftabel (20.803> 2.79) dengan N = 50 dan α = 5%. Hasil uji R (model Summary) menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kinerja dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama secara signifikan berkaitan dengan peningkatan karir karyawan yang 68,5% dan sisanya 31,5% berhubungan dengan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci: Prestasi, Displin Kerja dan Karier Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract

There are many companies or organizations that have’n been able to create a balance of job demands and supervisory support as a variable for employee work engagement, causing many physical and psychological health problems that affect performance and affect productivity with a decrease in quality. the resulting product, the burden of product repair costs increases, increased employee absenteeism and low employee engagement which results in decreased employee productivity. We conducted this research with the aim how much influence job demands and supervisor support variables on employee engagement variables. By using a cross-sectional study research method, with a probability sampling of 92 employees of the Educational Institutions from a difference of 167 employees. Analysis of research data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS program. 23. Based on research and after processing the data, it shows that job demands have a negative relationship of 0.326 with employee work engagement, while supervisor support has a positive relationship of 0.431. While job demands and supervisor support together have a significant effect on employee job engagement. 71.44%, while the remaining 28.56% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Villages as centers for government services to communities at the lowest levels are the main development focus on the Indonesian government's agenda. Through several studies, an online community service administration system was developed using an internet approach, carrying out activities including population administration, moving, business permits, building permits and issuing letters with ease and time. This provides a faster and more efficient impact and saves time. The methods used are literature studies related to internet technology, surveys and data collection on information technology infrastructure design that can be applied to online community services, analysis of survey data on real conditions in several community service centers, especially Cibening village and finally making online community service model from villages such as family cards, moving and reporting online. The result is an internet-based village community service administration application system utilizing technology. This application model also combines the advantages of an open-source application with a flexible system design for implementation and development needs, as well as support supported by mobile phone ownership to improve the quality of service to the community. The internet-based network structure makes it possible to go online not only between villages and communities but also villages and sub-districts and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, using mobile devices. The development of the application model is also based on the business process functions and village administration processes contained in Indonesian government regulations. It is also hoped that each model can be integrated to optimize efficiency and has been tried to be adapted to the community service system.

Abstract

The business strategy plays an important role in the manufacturing industry sector as an effort to increase income and maintain business viability which is very necessary to deal with the problems of the post-covid19 pandemic in the 6.0 revolution era, resulting in a decrease in the company's income level resulting in a weakening of the ability to maintain business viability and competitiveness can be avoided. Many companies go bankrupt and die in business activities because they have not properly implemented their business strategies. PT. DS Global is one of that can survive with unfavorable economic conditions, this company has implemented various strategies, strategies related to human resource management as well as the use of technology and information supported by company resources as a unit that cannot be separated and influence each other in the implementation of its business process activities. Human resource management strategy, strategic uses of information technology, building a customer-focused business, value chain strategy, and strategy to build a knowledge-creating company. The strategy carried out by the company has been able to create conditions to maintain survival and be able to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 6.0 and face the post-covid-19 pandemic resurgence that has hit the world today.

Abstract

            Produktivitas karyawan yang stabil dan sesuai target adalah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk menjaga  kelangsungan hidup perusahaan tetapi  untuk menciptakan produktivitas  bukanlah hal yang mudah dilakukan. Tuntutan pekerjaan (job demands) dan sumber daya pekerjaan (job resources) merupakan  faktor  yang apabila kurang baik dalam mengatur dan mengelola maka akan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh job demands dan job resources  terhadap produktivitas karyawan, yang  dilakukan pada industri textile dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 92 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sample secara probability sampling.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda  dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai produktivitas  karyawan tanpa variabel job demands dan job resources , nilai koefisien 5,293. Untuk variabel job demands memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan job resources  memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hasil uji parsial (uji-t) variabel job demands  dan variabel  job resources  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan atau bersama- sama (uji F) menunjukkan variabel job demands dan job resources berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.dengan  nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karena itu  perlu dikelola dengan baik dan seimbang untuk menjaga produktivitas dalam menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dengan kinerja yang maksimal dapat tercapai. Therefore it needs to be managed properly and balanced to maintain productivity in maintaining the survival of the company with maximum performance that can be achieved. Abstract

There are many other retail business competitors, such as Indomaret, where Alfamart must have superior product quality compared to Indomaret so that Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas will have more consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The research method used is a quantitative research method with the research population being consumers who shop at Alfamart Ruko Cempaka Mas. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show the influence of price on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (5,231) > ttabeil (2,010). there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, namely thituing (3.051) > ttabeil (2.010). Price and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a value of Fhituing (14,315) > Ftabeil (4,038). In the test results, the coefficient of determination R Square value is 0.374 or 37.4% of purchasing decisions are influenced by price and product quality variables, while the remaining 62.6% is influenced by other factors.
