Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mensintesa kajian literatur terkait kinerja karyawan, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, keterikatan karyawan, dan kepemimpinan serta melihat hasil penelitian terhadap variabel-variabel yang akan ditinjau dan apakah ada pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan mencari referensi yang berhubungan dengan variabel terkait. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang artikel yang diperoleh dengan mendeskripsikan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa variabel mempengaruhi bukti paparan dalam matriks. Kajian kinerja karyawan dalam artikel tinjauan pustaka ini secara eksplisit berfokus pada variabel pendukung yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu motivasi, kepuasan kerja, keterikatan karyawan dan kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemiminan, lingkungankerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan meneyebarkan kuesioner yang berjumlah 101 responden pada pegawai Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2), motivasi kerja (X3), disiplin kerja (X4), variabel dependent adalah kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkunga kerja berpengaruh terhadap kijnerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Hal terpenting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia adalah dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan faktor disekelilingnya agar tetap optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terahadap Kinerja karyawan pada Beskabean Coffee&roaster Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Beskabean Coffee & Raostery Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, Sampel pada penelitian ini dengan teknik Probability Sampling yang berjumlah 132 responden pada karyawan Beskabean Coffee&Roastery Palembang. Variabel Independent dalam penelitian ini adalah Stres Kerja 0.053 (X1), Kepuasan Kerja 0.090 (X2) dan Lingkungan Kerja 0.009 (X3) terahadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel x ke y berpengaruh sebesar 0.46 %.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit PT. Empat Lawang Agro Perkasa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, Sampel pada penelitian ini dengan teknik Probability Sampling yang berjumlah 87 responden pada karyawan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit PT. Empat Lawang Agro Perkasa. Variabel Independent dalam penelitian ini adalah fasilitas (X1), Motivasi kerja (X2), dan Disiplin Kerja (X3), variabel dependent adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda, dengan Uji T dan Uji F untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja Kota Palembang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif yaitu metode pengolahan data yang menjelaskan pengaruh dan hubungan yang dinyatakan dengan kalimat. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk melihat faktor penyebab. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependent sedangkan Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Semangat Kerja (X2) sebagai variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Pupuk Sriwidjaja Kota Palembang dengan populasi sebanyak 59 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga seluruh karyawan digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Linier Berganda dan Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Semangat kerja tidak berpengaruh secara persial terhadap kinerja karyawan, Namun terdapat pengaruh secara simultan budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research focuses on those who own MSME businesses, the economy during Covid-19 and strategies for MSME businesses to run again after Covid-19 by using online sales strategies. The aim of this research focuses on MSME business strategies to move up in class, the impact of developing MSME business strategies after Covid-19 and the effectiveness of MSME business strategies to move up in class. The conclusion of this research is that digital promotion and marketing is the right choice at this time because it is easy to reach and seen by many people, where online promotion can have a good image and impression and can influence many people. Apart from that, we still have to change the mindset of MSMEs so that they have a business mindset, not just a trading mindset. As a result, micro and small businesses face challenges when trying to advance into the medium sector due to their ingrained focus on trade-related activities, such as daily transactions. When operating in the micro, small, medium, or even large business field, entrepreneurs must shift their mindset from a narrow commerce focus to encompass broader aspects of business management. Their business mindset is limited to a limited scope. In contrast, medium-sized businesses operate with a comprehensive business mindset, which includes not only transaction management but also financial oversight, customer relations, systems management, and human resource management. Unlike MSMEs, medium-sized businesses with a business mindset go beyond routine activities, delving into advanced processes such as financial analysis beyond basic transactions. Apart from that, you also need to learn about E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Product Service Improvement, and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) so you can do MSMEs using Online Media, Social Media, and Digital Marketing. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring for the career development of employees in organizations. Design/Methods/Approach: This study uses the research method used is the observation method, the library method, internet review and the analysis process is carried out using the literature review analysis method of previous journals.   Findings: Employees must know specifically what to do and be able to face obstacles to achieve effective performance, this is where coaching, mentoring and career counseling activities are needed. Originality/Value: Coaching and Mentoring are important for improving employee performance and providing different benefits for the organization. Practical/Policy implication: The results of the study show that coaching and mentoring help improve employee performance and setting goals leads to higher performance through increasing effort and motivation levels of employees, one of which is through career counseling.

Abstract

With increasing levels of digital media consumption, organizational spending on online promotion continues to grow steadily and dynamically. However, in line with this growth in spending, it is clear that the effectiveness of promotional activities in the digital world has decreased. Today, organizations are looking for alternatives to influence consumers in an increasingly complex market. One of the key trends emerging is the adoption of the influencer marketing concept. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role, position and significance of digital influencers in the overall functioning of the online promotion system, as well as the impact of the influencer marketing concept on sustainable development. A literature analysis was conducted to understand the origins of this phenomenon, along with its scale, causes and impact on the functioning of the digital promotion system. After completing this stage, a questionnaire survey was conducted among a group of individual internet users to obtain primary data. The research findings show great potential in activities involving digital influencers. This potential is mainly related to the effective delivery of information regarding products or services, their impact on increasing brand awareness, and their influence on the sales of the company's products and services. This research confirms that digital marketing strategies involving influencers can achieve success, where influencers play a key role in persuading potential buyers through promotions on social media. The findings make a significant contribution to understanding the integration of influencers' roles in digital marketing strategies to achieve increased sales.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between career development, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by testing the mediating role of job satisfaction. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 100 permanent employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Bekasi and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The findings reveal that career development has a strong and positive effect on job satisfaction but does not directly influence OCB. Instead, job satisfaction significantly predicts OCB and mediates the relationship between career development and OCB. These results emphasize that career development initiatives can only foster citizenship behaviors when they enhance employees’ satisfaction with their jobs. Theoretically, the study strengthens Social Exchange Theory by highlighting job satisfaction as a critical attitudinal mechanism. Practically, the results suggest that organizations should align career development programs with employees’ psychological needs to increase satisfaction and, consequently, stimulate extra-role behaviors. Future studies are encouraged to extend the analysis across industries and adopt longitudinal designs to validate the causal pathways identified.

Abstract

Digital micro, small, and medium enterprises are micro, small, and medium enterprises that adopt digital technology in their operations, such as online sales through e-commerce, social media promotions, digital payments like QRIS and e-wallets, and digital business management. This technology aims to expand market reach, improve efficiency, competitiveness, and business growth in the digital economy era. This program is supported by national programs such as micro, small, and medium enterprises go digital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the external and internal environmental of strategic management in the digital era in small, micro, and medium enterprises. This research uses a qualitative approach with a systematic literature analysis using secondary data such as books, journals, and other related sources. The research shows that small, micro, and medium enterprises in the digital era dynamically formulate adaptive strategies based on the internal environmental, such as strengths, weaknesses, resources, and culture, as well as the external environmental, such as opportunities, threats, technological trends, and competitors. The digital era is transforming the way small, micro, and medium enterprises interact, conduct business, and create new business models that leverage data and connectivity for competitive advantage.
