Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of the use of e-commerce on the income of SMEs in Probolinggo City, East Java. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study is MSMEs in Probolinggo City. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method of Slovin so that a sample of 99 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test there is an influence between the variables of e-commerce utilization on the income variable of MSMEs in Probolinggo City. R Square of 17.3% to the dependent variable, namely MSME income (Y) can be explained by the variable of e-commerce utilization (X) while 82.7% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: UMKM Income, Utilization of E-Commerce

Abstract

Abstract This researcher aims to find out (1) the influence of Brand Ambassador on consumer buying interest, (2) the influence Discount on consumer buying interest, the population in this research is Unisma students of the Faculty of Economics and Business 2018 who are consumers at Tokopedia, the number of samples is 90 respondents, the selection technique The sample used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, namely multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and assumption test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador variable Discount has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest which is 0.000 <0.05.  Keyword : Brand ambassador, discount, and consumer buying interest.

Abstract

AbstractAlong with the development of today's industry, the level of competition is getting tighter and tighter, where in Malang City there are many manufacturers who sell various kinds of brands both from within the country and abroad related to outdoor activities and now consumers are very concerned about product quality in making purchases. . This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and product quality on buying interest. The case study in this research is consumers of Eiger products in Malang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers of Eiger products in Malang and the sampling technique used in this study was using probability sampling technique using simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study are price, brand image, and product quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Price has no effect on buying interest. Brand image has an effect on buying interest. and product quality affect buying interest. Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Product Quality, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzed qualitatively the evaluation of the application of digital marketing as a solution to increase sales of Sarijan Cofee Malang MSME during the covid 19 pandemic. The data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the use of social media whatsApp, Instagram, facebook and tiktok as well as the shopee marketplace well. The use of Sarijan Coffee UMKM Digital Marketing such as the use of Instagram and Facebook social media makes it easier to share information, becomes an efficient promotional media, becomes a medium for interaction with consumers and can expand reaching consumers. The use of chat media makes it easier for consumers to communicate with sellers, to communicate products, promote and order products and increase loyal customers. The use of the shopee marketplace makes it easier to reach consumers, makes it easier for consumers to see products, communicate, and make it easier for consumers to get our products by ordering online and not having to leave the house. At this time, many consumers prefer to use the Shopee marketplace in their transactions. By selling digitally, it really helps increase revenue which is also automatically accompanied by an increase in sales as well. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention (Study on Aka Coffee Dau Malang). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study were customers aka coffee in the city of Malang. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method from Malhotra so that a sample of 60 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test and f test there is a simultaneous influence between the effect of product quality and price on repurchase intention (Study on Aka Coffee Dau Malang). Adjusted R Square of 57.2% to the dependent variable, namely repurchase interest can be explained by the product quality variable (X1), price quality (X2), while 42.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract Currently, the development of banks is increasingly rapid and a high degree of complexity can affect the operation of the bank. The high complexity of the banking business increases the risks that banks in Indonesia face. Banking is an industry that in its business relies on the trust of the public, so the soundness of the bank must be maintained. According to a World Bank survey, the  implementation of  corporate governance systems is weak or generally known as good corporate governance. has not been maximized in the implementation process. The implementation of good corporate governance system has not been effective or effective because  many cases still occur such as: money laundering, embezzlement, theft and corruption carried out by unscrupulous banks themselves. still happening in Indonesia. Financial performance management in the banking sector To know and analyze the role of leverage on financial performance in the banking sector, quantitative research is a type of research with technical characteristics systematic, well-planned and clearly structured end-to-end study design. This study used a data-documentation approach, namely by collecting data from a variety of identified sources. Data on banking and financial statements are obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the trials carried out can be described in depth in relation to the results of the research carried out, and also  on the basis of the results of the tests carried out they can be made in relation to the results of the studies carried out. regarding the presentation of the results. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that good corporate governance using the variables of organizational ownership and manager ownership does not have a significant effect on financial performance, leading to concluded that good corporate governance and leverage variables have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Batik Tulis Argotirto with a total sample of 64 consumers. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of the study simultaneously showed that product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy had a significant effect on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. While partially there is an influence between the variables of product quality, product innovation, and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, Competitive Advantage

Abstract In today's challenging and competitive age of globalization, a great need for qualified human resources, abilities, knowledge and skills tailored to its needs is met, as the world's demand for prospective workers is increasingly high.The purpose of this research is to describe the motivation, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences, to know and analyze the effects of motivations, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the motivating effects on student preparedness to enter the workforce, To know and analyze the effects of interpersonal communication on students' preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the effects of field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce. Abstract

Abstract The balanced scorecard is a performance measurement and management system that views the company from four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives to improve strategic decisions in achieving company goals and provide managers or SMEs with an understanding of business performance. The advantage of implementing the Balanced Scorecard is to be able to provide a measure that can be used as a basis for strategic improvement. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial perspectives, customer perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives on SMEs performance. The object of this research is SMEs in Jepara Regency. Jepara Regency in 2022, namely 740 SMEs. The sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, obtained a total sample of 88. The data analysis method was through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Partially, the financial perspective and internal business process perspective have a significant effect on SMEs performance, while the customer perspective and learning and growth perspective have no significant effect on SMEs performance. Keyword: Financial Perspectives, Customer Perspectives, Internal Business Process Perspectives, Learning and Growth Perspectives, SME Performance
