Abstract

Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengamatan yang mengungkapkan bahwa masih banyak guru yang memiliki pertanyaan tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kurikulum mandiri. Pengenalan kurikulum mandiri memicu berbagai tanggapan dari berbagai kalangan, khususnya para pendidik. Masih banyak guru yang belum banyak mengetahui tentang kurikulum mandiri ini, terutama kebijakan yang dikandungnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pandangan guru PAI di SMAN 1 Palupuh terhadap kurikulum mandiri. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi untuk bagian ini melalui wawancara, penelitian dan dokumentasi. Data artikel ini berasal dari informan kunci yang merupakan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta kepala sekolah dan Wakil Kepala Kurikulum. Penulis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai teknik analisis data. Setelah itu digunakan Triagulasi Sumber dalam metode validitas data. Kondisi siswa, peraturan pendidikan, pengalaman mengajar guru, padatnya kurikulum mandiri, kreatifitas siswa, sumber belajar, kurangnya kemandirian siswa, pemahaman guru PAI terhadap kurikulum mandiri, dan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran PAI dalam kurikulum mandiri merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Persepsi guru PAI terhadap kurikulum. Ide mendasar di balik penyederhanaan RPP untuk kurikulum mandiri adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah komponen dalam RPP dari 16 menjadi tiga komponen inti: tujuan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Selain itu, guru mata pelajaran bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan RPP yang didasarkan pada minat dan kebutuhan siswanya. Menjadikannya sebagai modul terbuka adalah salah satu cara penyederhanaan kurikulum mandiri. Modul pengajaran ini dirancang agar lebih adaptif dan berkonsentrasi pada dasar-dasar dan pertumbuhan karakter. Kurikulum merupakan pondasi dari kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, kurikulum mandiri melayani kebutuhan akan isi yang komprehensif, dan Kurikulum Mandiri memungkinkan Kontekstualisasi Pembelajaran Satuan Pendidikan.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Agam which was motivated by the strategic role of madrasah alumni which has not been maximized in society. This research aims to describe the strategic role of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Agam alumni in carrying out their roles in society and to determine the role of Madrasah Aliyah in preparing alumni so they can carry out their strategic roles in society. This problem is researched using descriptive qualitative research methods which are aimed at describing and analyzing the phenomenon of events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts of people individually and in groups using the type of case study research. To analyze the data, researchers grouped it based on existing problems. Based on the findings of research conducted by the author, the results show that: the strategic role of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Agam alumni has not been fully maximized. The role of madrasah aliyah in preparing alumni so they can carry out their strategic roles in society, including First, developing madrasah culture. Second, through extracurricular activities. Furthermore, there are three strategic roles of madrasa alumni in society, namely: alumni as filters of community religious activities, alumni as educators and contributors of progressive ideas for the benefit of development in the community area, and alumni as advocates and servants of the wider community in the eyes of the state.

Abstract

Indonesian culture is delegated a heterogeneous society since it comprises of different sorts of variety in completing correspondence to satisfy their life needs, cooperating both among ethnic gatherings and with others or gatherings with various social foundations, so that is where intercultural correspondence is made. In Surian, there are different networks with various social foundations living there, for example, the Minang and Javanese identities, correspondence between individuals' societies generally happens and they live next to each other. This examination was led to decide correspondence designs among Minang and Javanese ethnic societies in Nagari Surian and what elements support and repress intercultural correspondence. To figure out correspondence examples and supporting and restraining factors for correspondence in Nagari Surian, field research was utilized. Information assortment was done by perception, meetings and documentation to make it simpler to figure out correspondence examples and supporting and restraining factors for correspondence in Nagari Surian.
