Abstract

Academic supervision needs to be carried out to provide technical assistance to teachers and other employees in carrying out the learning process, or to support the learning process which aims to improve the professional abilities of teachers and improve the quality of learning effectively. the purpose of this research is to find out 1). Definition, goals, objectives and principles of educational supervision, 2). Teacher supervision that can be done to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is related to the quality, quantity of output, and reliability that the teacher has in carrying out his duties. Teachers who do not have high performance can reduce the quality of education, so supervision is needed to overcome this. This study used qualitative research methods. Data obtained based on literature study. The essence of the dimension of academic supervision is in the context of fostering teachers to improve the quality of the learning process. The target of academic supervision of the implementation of the learning process, which consists of the subject matter in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of learning strategies/methods/techniques, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing learning processes and outcomes as well as classroom action research. Therefore, the teacher has an extraordinary role in the world of education. The low quality of education in a country is determined by the performance of teachers. Teachers who have high performance will produce high quality graduates.

Abstract

The quality of Madrasah education, especially at MAN 2 Majalengka at the present time is still not very promising, it is even considered to be stagnant and has not experienced improvement, so an appropriate and correct step is needed from the Principal in managing Madrasah one of which is managing its human resources so that good quality education is achieved. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, namely research into the field and then studied for implementation of corrective changes through established regulations. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of education at MAN 2 Majalengka through more optimal human resource management. So that the results of his research show that one of the factors in improving the quality of education is the active and effective role of the head of the Madrasah in managing his human resources so that the active role of human resources in advancing and improving the quality of education is created.

Abstract

Continuous professional development is an important part of the teacher's education. This does not just happen, but must be planned and pursued through various opportunities. One way that teachers take is to become members of professional organizations and attend professional meetings whose agenda usually reflects the needs and interests of teachers. In this case the researchers found research results, namely: 1) Development of Teacher Management in Indonesia 2) Effective Teacher Management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study have the following objectives: 1) Teacher Recruitment and Placement System. 2) Induction and Welfare Guarantee 3) Teacher Professional Development.

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Madrasah (MPBM) merupakan suatu konsep pengelolaan madrasah dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan madrasah berdasarkan prinsip kemandirian, kemitraan, partisipasi, keterbukaan, dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa proses 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, dan 3) Pengawasan MPBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, yaitu sebuah prosedur penulisan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan, serta orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati serta diarahkan pada latar alamiah secara menyeluruh. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, sedangkan sumber data sekunder melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Madrasah (MPBM) yang baik haruslah sesuai dengan prinsip MPBM, yaitu partisipasi, transparansi, dan akuntabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian MPBM di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor sudah berjalan dengan baik. perencanaan MPBM sudah sesuai dengan prinsip MPBM. Perencanaan dilakukan secara demokratis yang secara tidak langsung telah melibatkan seluruh stakeholder yang ada di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor. 2). Pelaksanaan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor telah berjalan dengan baik, semua perencanaan program telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, walaupun ada beberapa program yang belum terlaksana, hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan waktu, biaya, dan hal yang tidak terduga. 3). Pengawasan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor berjalan dengan baik. walaupun ada kekurangan hal ini disebabkan kurangnya komunikasi antara stakeholder yang ada di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor.

Abstract

Professionalism for teachers and lecturers is a capability that must be owned by both in carrying out their duties. The teacher's ability to be able to develop the potential of his students in learning is a task that he must do. Professional teachers and lecturers must have several abilities to carry out their duties as educators. Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in which it is explained that teachers are able to understand, master, and are proficient in utilizing new learning resources and have pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competencies as part of teacher professionalism as educators. This research was conducted to discuss the professionalism criteria of a teacher and lecturer as educators. This research uses a qualitative approach, through literature studies on articles, books, and writings related to the discussion. The results of the study show that professional teachers and lecturers are educators who are able to: (1) deliver their students to the standards set by the government, with various basic abilities that must be achieved, (2) Teachers are required to have qualified competence, for an educator who working in formal schools, starting from elementary to high school levels, (3) Lecturers have an important task, namely teaching a science at a deep level. Higher education as an institution that organizes education, has an important role in national development. Higher education has the main task of educating the nation's next generation to master science and technology, as well as being a locomotive for national development.

Abstract

However simple the civilization of a society, an educational process occurs or takes place in it. That's why it is often stated that education has existed throughout human civilization. Education makes human resources more quickly understand and be ready to face changes in the work environment. Therefore it is not surprising that a country with a population with a high level of education will have a rapid rate of economic growth. Awareness of the importance of quality education is determined by the role of teachers, school principals, inspectors/supervisors and other supervisors, including parents and the community. The role of education implementers in the field is very important in planning programs, implementing programs, discussing problems encountered, developing and disseminating new ideas and developing teaching materials and teaching and learning aids in schools. In this case the teacher is required to master the field of work in a professional manner. Teacher professionalism will appear if the teacher masters and is able to apply methodological principles in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam konteks manajemen dan administrasi pendidikan. Memahaimi secara mendalam bagaimana madrasah mengimplementasikan Tupoksi yang telah ditetapkan, dengan mencapai tujuan-tujuan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang implementasi Tupoksi di madrasah serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap upaya perbaikan dan pengembangan lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Makalah analisis implementasi Tupoksi madrasah, pemilihan metode penelitian sangat penting untuk mendapatkan data yang relevan dan akurat. Berikut adalah beberapa Teknik pengumpulan data. 1). Abstract

Pesantren sudah ada sejak zaman Hindu-Buddha.Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pesantren memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode kepemimpinan kyai yang sentralistik dalam manajemen dan pengasuh pesantren. Kepemimpinan individual kyai, otoriter-paternalistik, dan feudal karismatik, yang menerapkan manajemen alami yang serba "tidak formal", diidentifikasi sebagai kekuatan yang sangat kuat dan menentukan ini. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kiai, peran dan fungsi kiai, dan dampak kepemimpinan ini terhadap pertumbuhan Pondok Pesantren. Pola kepemimpinan kiai dalam membangun lembaga pendidikan saat ini sering menjadi perhatian. Jika diperhatikan, banyak kiai bergantung pada charisma daripada praktik kepemimpinan demokratis dan seringkali otoriter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1. Menentukan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan kiai dalam pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir; 2. Menentukan peran-peran kepemimpinan kiai dalam pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir; dan 3. Menganalisis bagaimana fungsi dan peran kepemimpinan kiai berhubungan satu sama lain. 1. Memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang peran dan fungsi kepemimpinan kyai dalam pengembangan pondok pesantren Darussalam Kunir. 2. Membantu kyai dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinannya. 3. Membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan induktif yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi sosial. Data berasal dari sumber non-manusia dan manusia; keduanya dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kiai, dalam hal sarana dan prasarana, manajemen, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, dan pengabdian terhadap masyarakat, memainkan peran dan fungsi penting dalam perkembangan pondok pesantren Darussalam Kunir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the customer value and competitive advantage of schools in Cirebon. Customer value provides customer response with competitive advantages and competition in education by increasing educational competitiveness. Research method with qualitative approach using description analysis. This method is used because Cirebon has 45 high school schools with a sample of 20 varied schools. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation, and observation. The research results were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The result of the study is that customer value requires the readiness of all parties involved in the school, and customer value requires commitment from every member of the school element. Competitive advantage requires the carrying capacity of school principals and the smart work of all parties who can manage Education programs.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the lack of religious nature of students which is particularly important for students. This can determine whether they are accepted in the industrial work, especially in the community. Because this religious character is important and must be owned by all students of SMK Manbaul Ulum and the surrounding community.This research aims to find out and analyze the impact of religious activities on the religious character of SMK Manbaul Ulum students, so that hope the school, parents and the community can be improved to improve the quality of the students themselves.The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, with a type of qualitative descriptive research and the design of this research is a case study. The data collection techniques themselves use Observation, Interviews, and Documentation.The results obtained from the research are the improvement of the religious character of students, such as the implementation of religious habituation activities at SMK Manbaul Ulum, by carrying out the habituation of congregational prayers, reading the Qur’an and religious lectures. To produce a significant increase in religious character. Against the santri or students at SMK Manbaul Ulum Dukupuntang Cirebon Regency. This research is expected to be useful for readers and can be used as a reference for researchers who are looking for the same material, so that it can be compared and strengthened by other researchers.
