Abstract

The development of effective, efficient, productive and accountableschools needs to be supported by changes in various other aspects ofeducation, including school climate. Changes in the school climate need tobe carried out to respond to today's increasingly deteriorating educationalconditions. This is further strengthened by fundamental changes in variousaspects of life, which require educational adjustments, and a conduciveschool climate that supports meaningful learning. Changes in all aspects oflife are influenced by the rapid development of information andcommunication technology, therefore So that we can adapt to developments over time, climate change and a more up-to-date or up-to-date school culture are very necessary. School climate and culture have a great influence on school members, especially students. It is hoped thatwith conducive climate and cultural conditions, students can feelcomfortable, safe and orderly in studying at school. This research uses aqualitative method, a qualitative method, namely a method that collectsdata using instruments or tests, data collection involves researchers visitingthe researcher's place directly and observing the behavior of the individualsthere without asking questions or conducting interviews. To create apositive school climate, of course, harmonious social relations betweenfellow workers are needed. These social relationships take the form ofvertical and horizontal communication, employee cooperation whileworking, supervision, support from subordinates, and clarity of taskscarried out by workers. In other words, organizational climate is the values,beliefs, traditions and assumptions

Abstract

Nusantara, wilayah yang sekarang dikenal sebagai Indonesia, memiliki sejarah panjang sebagai pusat perdagangan maritim.berdasarkan analisis para pakar, ditaksir sekitar 90% perdagangan global diangkut melalui laut, di mana 40% di antaranya melewati perairan Indonesia. Indonesia juga merupakan negara terbesar ketiga sebagai pemasok tenaga pelaut niaga di dunia. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus bagi lembaga pendidikan, sekolah – sekolah pelayaran, dan maritime traning center untuk menjaga kualitas SDM Pelaut Indonesi agar dapat bersaing secara global, Perencanaan diklat pelaut adalah proses penentuan tujuan diklat kepelautan dan penentuan strategi, kebijakan, prosedur, metode, system, serta anggaran untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dalam mengelola perencanaan diklat kepelautan harus mampu melaksanakan empat komponen yang sangat mendasar yaitu ;Hal apa saja yang harus dilatih (what to train), Bagaimana cara melatihnya (how to train), Pelaksanaan latihan (training), dan Pemeriksa latihan (check training). Pada akhirnya perencanaan harus lebih mengandalkan prosedur yang rasional dan sistematis formal serta legal mingikuti aturan baik nasional dan internasional bukan hanya pada intuisi dan firasat (dugaan).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the leadership of Madrasah heads in decision making. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data The collection techniques used are documentation studies and text studies in order to find information or data about the leadership of the madrasa head and decision making. That The collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques and explained descriptively. The results of the research show that the leadership of the madrassah head as the person responsible for making policies in Islamic educational institutions plays a very important role in being able to determine whether the educational institution he leads will be successful or not in accordance with his strategy and leadership in making policies at the madrassah.

Abstract

In the current context, the managerial quality of madrasah is still uneven. Therefore, it is important to equalize the managerial quality of madrasas. This study describes the efforts of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java in improving the managerial quality of madrasa heads through the madrasa companion program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, relying on primary data and extensive literature studies. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with madrasa principals, teachers, school committees in public and private madrasas and secondary data were collected from relevant documents and similar studies. The results of this study indicate that the madrasa companion program in the form of mutual assistance and a spirit of sharing between advanced and underdeveloped madrasas has a positive impact on the progress and development of madrasas in Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.
