Abstract

The development of effective, efficient, productive and accountableschools needs to be supported by changes in various other aspects ofeducation, including school climate. Changes in the school climate need tobe carried out to respond to today's increasingly deteriorating educationalconditions. This is further strengthened by fundamental changes in variousaspects of life, which require educational adjustments, and a conduciveschool climate that supports meaningful learning. Changes in all aspects oflife are influenced by the rapid development of information andcommunication technology, therefore So that we can adapt to developments over time, climate change and a more up-to-date or up-to-date school culture are very necessary. School climate and culture have a great influence on school members, especially students. It is hoped thatwith conducive climate and cultural conditions, students can feelcomfortable, safe and orderly in studying at school. This research uses aqualitative method, a qualitative method, namely a method that collectsdata using instruments or tests, data collection involves researchers visitingthe researcher's place directly and observing the behavior of the individualsthere without asking questions or conducting interviews. To create apositive school climate, of course, harmonious social relations betweenfellow workers are needed. These social relationships take the form ofvertical and horizontal communication, employee cooperation whileworking, supervision, support from subordinates, and clarity of taskscarried out by workers. Abstract

Nusantara, wilayah yang sekarang dikenal sebagai Indonesia, memiliki sejarah panjang sebagai pusat perdagangan maritim.berdasarkan analisis para pakar, ditaksir sekitar 90% perdagangan global diangkut melalui laut, di mana 40% di antaranya melewati perairan Indonesia. Indonesia juga merupakan negara terbesar ketiga sebagai pemasok tenaga pelaut niaga di dunia. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus bagi lembaga pendidikan, sekolah – sekolah pelayaran, dan maritime traning center untuk menjaga kualitas SDM Pelaut Indonesi agar dapat bersaing secara global, Perencanaan diklat pelaut adalah proses penentuan tujuan diklat kepelautan dan penentuan strategi, kebijakan, prosedur, metode, system, serta anggaran untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dalam mengelola perencanaan diklat kepelautan harus mampu melaksanakan empat komponen yang sangat mendasar yaitu ;Hal apa saja yang harus dilatih (what to train), Bagaimana cara melatihnya (how to train), Pelaksanaan latihan (training), dan Pemeriksa latihan (check training). Pada akhirnya perencanaan harus lebih mengandalkan prosedur yang rasional dan sistematis formal serta legal mingikuti aturan baik nasional dan internasional bukan hanya pada intuisi dan firasat (dugaan).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the leadership of Madrasah heads in decision making. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data The collection techniques used are documentation studies and text studies in order to find information or data about the leadership of the madrasa head and decision making. That The collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques and explained descriptively. The results of the research show that the leadership of the madrassah head as the person responsible for making policies in Islamic educational institutions plays a very important role in being able to determine whether the educational institution he leads will be successful or not in accordance with his strategy and leadership in making policies at the madrassah.

Abstract

In the current context, the managerial quality of madrasah is still uneven. Therefore, it is important to equalize the managerial quality of madrasas. This study describes the efforts of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java in improving the managerial quality of madrasa heads through the madrasa companion program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, relying on primary data and extensive literature studies. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with madrasa principals, teachers, school committees in public and private madrasas and secondary data were collected from relevant documents and similar studies. The results of this study indicate that the madrasa companion program in the form of mutual assistance and a spirit of sharing between advanced and underdeveloped madrasas has a positive impact on the progress and development of madrasas in Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of empirical data regarding the relationship between the Tahfidzul Qur’an program and learning motivation, both individually and jointly, with the academic achievement of student cadres. The research is based on the assumption that learning the Qur’an, especially through memorization activities, not only improves students’ spiritual quality but also has the potential to enhance their motivation and performance in academic settings. The research hypotheses are: (1) There is a close and significant influence of the Tahfidzul Qur’an program toward students’ academic achievement; (2) There is a close and significant influence of learning motivation toward students’ academic achievement; and (3) There is a simultaneous influence between the Tahfidzul Qur’an program and learning motivation toward students’ academic achievement. To achieve the objectives of this study, the authors apply a survey method with a correlational approach aimed at identifying the extent to which the variables are related. The population consists of students who participate as cadres in the Tahfidzul Qur’an program. The research instruments used include observation to capture real conditions in the learning environment, interviews to obtain deeper qualitative insights, questionnaires to measure students’ motivation and participation level in the program, and documentary studies to collect relevant academic data. The data obtained are analyzed using correlation statistical analysis with the product moment correlation technique to determine the strength and significance of the relationships among variables. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of educational strategies in integrating religious memorization programs with academic achievement improvement efforts.

Abstract

Perubahan sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang masif di era disrupsi telah menimbulkan tantangan besar terhadap sistem pendidikan konvensional, terutama dalam hal relevansi dan fleksibilitas kurikulum. Kurikulum tradisional yang bersifat statis dinilai tidak lagi mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik abad ke-21 yang dinamis, heterogen, dan berbasis kompetensi global. Oleh karena itu, urgensi perancangan pengembangan kurikulum adaptif menjadi isu strategis yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari para pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi transformasional dalam merancang pengembangan kurikulum adaptif yang responsif terhadap tuntutan era disrupsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen kebijakan nasional serta referensi akademik global. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum adaptif yang efektif harus didasarkan pada prinsip fleksibilitas struktur kurikulum, integrasi teknologi pendidikan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kompetensi, serta pelibatan aktif multistakeholder. Selain itu, strategi transformasional dalam desain kurikulum melibatkan perubahan paradigma dari pengajaran yang berpusat pada guru menuju pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik secara kontekstual dan personal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan guru dalam pedagogi adaptif, penyusunan kebijakan yang memberikan otonomi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan, serta perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap dampak implementasi kurikulum adaptif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang progresif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION THROUGH LEARNING ACTIVITIES AT NURUL IMANIYAH ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL KUNINGANThis study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through learning activities at the Nurul Imaniyah Kuningan Islamic Boarding School. Character education in Islamic boarding schools is considered strategic in facing various moral challenges of adolescents, so an empirical study is needed regarding the practice, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on students. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education is carried out holistically through the integration of formal learning such as the study of yellow books that instill moral values, etiquette, patience, and obedience with non-formal activities such as halaqah, muhadarah, and habituation of worship that strengthen intellectual, social, and spiritual character. The main supporting factors include the exemplary behavior of kyai and ustadz, structured activities, and collaboration with parents, while several inhibiting factors arise from the diversity of student backgrounds, limited infrastructure, and a lack of teaching staff. Overall, character education at this Islamic boarding school has a significant impact on forming students who are noble, disciplined, independent, and have integrity.

Abstract

Educational marketing is undergoing a transformation with the implementation of Customer Relationship Management which plays a strategic role in building personal and sustainable relationships with parents, students and the community. Customer Relationship Management Integration not only increases school loyalty and reputation, but also significantly improves the quality of educational services, including the learning process, administrative services, and student character development. Customer Relationship Management and the quality of educational services are important factors influencing parents' decision-making in choosing a school, as both create satisfaction, trust, and loyalty towards the educational institution, which ultimately determines the choice of school for their children. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire with answer choices using a Likert scale given to parents or guardians of students. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, and f-tests to test the hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that: 1) marketing of education based on Customer Relationship Management has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05, 2) the quality of educational services has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05, 3) marketing of education based on Customer Relationship Management and the quality of educational services has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT IN SUPPORTING THE ADIWIYATA PROGRAM AT MI AL ISHLAH BOBOS CIREBON The Adiwiyata Program is a school initiative aimed at building an environmentally aware and environmentally cultured school community. This study aims to describe the implementation of educational administration management in supporting the Adiwiyata program, including aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that educational administration management plays an important role in integrating school policies, managing environmental data, preparing work programs, monitoring activities, and involving the school community. Well-organized administration becomes the foundation for the success of the Adiwiyata program, particularly in documentation, environmental-based activity planning, SOP preparation, and school development reports. In conclusion, the success of the Adiwiyata program is strongly influenced by the quality of systematic and sustainable educational administration management. This study also aims to analyze the management of the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in shaping environmentally caring character at MI Al-Ishlah Bobos. The focus includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the program, as well as its impact on students’ ecological behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at MI Al-Ishlah Bobos is carried out through structured planning, involvement of the entire school community, and continuous programs such as clean-living habits, waste sorting, greening activities, and the integration of environmental values into learning. The program has proven effective in shaping students’ environmental awareness, although challenges remain, including limited facilities and inconsistent daily behavior among some students.

Abstract

Education in the modern era demands that Islamic institutions be able to manage human resources professionally without abandoning the spiritual values that are their identity. This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in improving the quality of educational staff at SMP Life Skill Nur 'Ala Nur, Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out through a process of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions with validity tests using source and technique triangulation. The results show that the HR management strategy at SMP Life Skill Nur 'Ala Nur, Cirebon City includes needs planning, competency development, performance evaluation, and empowerment of educational staff based on Islamic values. This strategy has proven effective in improving the professionalism, loyalty, and spirituality of educational staff. The implications of this study indicate that the integration of Islamic values and modern management principles can be a model for sustainable human resource development for other Islamic educational institutions.
