Abstract

Perubahan sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang masif di era disrupsi telah menimbulkan tantangan besar terhadap sistem pendidikan konvensional, terutama dalam hal relevansi dan fleksibilitas kurikulum. Kurikulum tradisional yang bersifat statis dinilai tidak lagi mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta didik abad ke-21 yang dinamis, heterogen, dan berbasis kompetensi global. Oleh karena itu, urgensi perancangan pengembangan kurikulum adaptif menjadi isu strategis yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius dari para pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi transformasional dalam merancang pengembangan kurikulum adaptif yang responsif terhadap tuntutan era disrupsi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen kebijakan nasional serta referensi akademik global. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum adaptif yang efektif harus didasarkan pada prinsip fleksibilitas struktur kurikulum, integrasi teknologi pendidikan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kompetensi, serta pelibatan aktif multistakeholder. Selain itu, strategi transformasional dalam desain kurikulum melibatkan perubahan paradigma dari pengajaran yang berpusat pada guru menuju pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik secara kontekstual dan personal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan guru dalam pedagogi adaptif, penyusunan kebijakan yang memberikan otonomi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan, serta perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap dampak implementasi kurikulum adaptif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang progresif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION THROUGH LEARNING ACTIVITIES AT NURUL IMANIYAH ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL KUNINGANThis study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through learning activities at the Nurul Imaniyah Kuningan Islamic Boarding School. Character education in Islamic boarding schools is considered strategic in facing various moral challenges of adolescents, so an empirical study is needed regarding the practice, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on students. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education is carried out holistically through the integration of formal learning such as the study of yellow books that instill moral values, etiquette, patience, and obedience with non-formal activities such as halaqah, muhadarah, and habituation of worship that strengthen intellectual, social, and spiritual character. The main supporting factors include the exemplary behavior of kyai and ustadz, structured activities, and collaboration with parents, while several inhibiting factors arise from the diversity of student backgrounds, limited infrastructure, and a lack of teaching staff. Overall, character education at this Islamic boarding school has a significant impact on forming students who are noble, disciplined, independent, and have integrity.

Abstract

Educational marketing is undergoing a transformation with the implementation of Customer Relationship Management which plays a strategic role in building personal and sustainable relationships with parents, students and the community. Customer Relationship Management Integration not only increases school loyalty and reputation, but also significantly improves the quality of educational services, including the learning process, administrative services, and student character development. Customer Relationship Management and the quality of educational services are important factors influencing parents' decision-making in choosing a school, as both create satisfaction, trust, and loyalty towards the educational institution, which ultimately determines the choice of school for their children. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire with answer choices using a Likert scale given to parents or guardians of students. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, and f-tests to test the hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that: 1) marketing of education based on Customer Relationship Management has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05, 2) the quality of educational services has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05, 3) marketing of education based on Customer Relationship Management and the quality of educational services has a significant positive correlation with decision making, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000<0.05.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT IN SUPPORTING THE ADIWIYATA PROGRAM AT MI AL ISHLAH BOBOS CIREBON The Adiwiyata Program is a school initiative aimed at building an environmentally aware and environmentally cultured school community. This study aims to describe the implementation of educational administration management in supporting the Adiwiyata program, including aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that educational administration management plays an important role in integrating school policies, managing environmental data, preparing work programs, monitoring activities, and involving the school community. Well-organized administration becomes the foundation for the success of the Adiwiyata program, particularly in documentation, environmental-based activity planning, SOP preparation, and school development reports. In conclusion, the success of the Adiwiyata program is strongly influenced by the quality of systematic and sustainable educational administration management. This study also aims to analyze the management of the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in shaping environmentally caring character at MI Al-Ishlah Bobos. The focus includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the program, as well as its impact on students’ ecological behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at MI Al-Ishlah Bobos is carried out through structured planning, involvement of the entire school community, and continuous programs such as clean-living habits, waste sorting, greening activities, and the integration of environmental values into learning. The program has proven effective in shaping students’ environmental awareness, although challenges remain, including limited facilities and inconsistent daily behavior among some students.

Abstract

Education in the modern era demands that Islamic institutions be able to manage human resources professionally without abandoning the spiritual values that are their identity. This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in improving the quality of educational staff at SMP Life Skill Nur 'Ala Nur, Cirebon City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out through a process of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions with validity tests using source and technique triangulation. The results show that the HR management strategy at SMP Life Skill Nur 'Ala Nur, Cirebon City includes needs planning, competency development, performance evaluation, and empowerment of educational staff based on Islamic values. This strategy has proven effective in improving the professionalism, loyalty, and spirituality of educational staff. The implications of this study indicate that the integration of Islamic values and modern management principles can be a model for sustainable human resource development for other Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The quality of Madrasah education, especially at MAN 2 Majalengka at the present time is still not very promising, it is even considered to be stagnant and has not experienced improvement, so an appropriate and correct step is needed from the Principal in managing Madrasah one of which is managing its human resources so that good quality education is achieved. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, namely research into the field and then studied for implementation of corrective changes through established regulations. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of education at MAN 2 Majalengka through more optimal human resource management. So that the results of his research show that one of the factors in improving the quality of education is the active and effective role of the head of the Madrasah in managing his human resources so that the active role of human resources in advancing and improving the quality of education is created.

Abstract

One of the sophistication of technology in the internet network is online games. Advances in technology, especially the virtual world, have created millions of games that have been produced. One of the impacts of the mobile legends online game is the loss of a sense of social concern for teenagers towards the surrounding environment. Some teenagers today have an indifferent attitude to the environment. This can be seen directly when there is a social problem. The negative impact of the game can have implications for the identity process of adolescents by being individualistic. The objectives of this study are 1) Teenagers and Mobile Legend Online Games 2) Social Emotional and Spiritual Attitudes of Adolescents. The results of his research are how to anticipate bad things from games, namely: first, frequency, which is related to how often a person engages in online game playing activities within a specified time span. Second, duration is the length of playing time used to play online games, the more time spent playing games, to indicate the longer someone plays online games. Third, full attention, namely the level of concentration on playing online games so that it overrides other things such as eating, bathing, going to school, and not caring about those around them when playing games. Fourth, emotions which include feelings of happiness, sadness, fear, hope, anger, despair.

Abstract

Education is the main key to the formation of human resources which is a component in building the nation. Education has a very urgent role to ensure the development and continuity of the life of a nation. Education is also a benchmark for advancing a nation, and a reflection of people's personality. Competencies that must be possessed by an Islamic religious education teacher like other teachers include: Pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, social competence. This study aims to determine 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education in increasing student learning motivation. 2) To find out the supporters of student motivation in studying Islamic education. This research is a type of literary research, namely research that uses literature (books) as a reference material. The methods used in this study are: 1) Inductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from things that are specific to things that are general in nature. 2) The deductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from general things to specific things. 3) Correlation Method, this method uses ways of thinking by looking for correlations (relationships) between one thing and another.

Abstract

Abstract

Quality education requires the central role of professional teachers who have strong competence and inherent characteristics. Exploring professional teacher competencies involves efforts to increase relevant pedagogical knowledge and skills. Competent teachers have a deep understanding of the subjects they teach as well as effective teaching methods. They can implement innovative teaching strategies, manage classes well, and facilitate student-centered learning. In addition, professional teachers also have the ability to integrate technology in the learning process to increase student engagement and achievement. Apart from competence, honing characteristics is also important in forming quality professional teachers. Characteristics such as integrity, empathy, effective communication, and leadership and collaboration skills are determining factors in forming positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Professional teachers who have these characteristics can create an inclusive learning environment, support the holistic development of students, and build strong partnerships with education stakeholders.
