Abstract

Remaja masjid Al- Muttaqin di kelurahan Karyamulya Kota Cirebon menemukan adanya game mobile legend yang justru membuat persoalan baru yaitu anak remaja cenderung mudah emosi yang mana tidak dapat mengontrolnya, remaja juga terkadang sering stress atau depresi ketika di berada di masjid diakibatkan sering losetrik, suka menyendiri di teras masjid atau kurang bersosialisasi di dalam, bahkan ketika ditanya ustadz sering gagal faham. Adapun manfaatnya ialah peneliti ingin membuat relaksasi kepada remaja masjid Al-Muttaqin supaya tidak depresi ataupun suka emosi. . Metode dan tahapan dalam penerapan PKM kepada masyarakat, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, perancangan, pembuatan, uji operasi, pendampingan operasional, dan penerapan PKM. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Pencegahan Toxic Game Mobile Legend Dalam Mendukung Program Remaja yang Bersosial Dan Spiritual Masjid Al-Muttaqin Kelurahan Karyamulya Kota Cirebon mampu memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada peserta, dibuktikan dengan adanya kemampuan peserta dalam menghasilkan karya design flyer dan karya kebersihan serta mampu mengimplementasikan nilai –nilai sosial dan spiritual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the picture of teacher professionalism at SMA Negeri 1 Cirebon City. Teacher professionalism requires individual development and organizational development. One of the individual developments is carrying out professional teacher education and training. This improvement requires teacher expertise in educating and teaching students with various approaches and learning models. The research used quantitative descriptive analysis methods on 16 teachers as respondents at SMA Negeri 1 Cirebon City and interviews to ensure the validity of the instrument answers distributed through the survey. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and survey instruments. The results of the research show that the development of teacher professionalism has four aspects, namely: the development of teacher professionalism for 16 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Cirebon City has four aspects, namely: (1) expertise, including (a) mastery of the material ( 37.5% ) ( b) class mastery (31.255%), and (c) pedagogical mastery (31.25%), (2) sources of income, including: (a) meeting basic family needs (62%), (b) being able to share with others (25%), and (c) not lacking financially (12.5%), (3) improving quality, including: (a) increasing student achievement (50%), (b) increasing school achievement (31.25% ), and (c) increasing personal achievement (18.75%), and (4) code of ethics, including (a) maintaining integrity (100%), (b) honesty (100%), (c) discipline (100 %), and (d) responsible (100%). Teacher professionalism development must be carried out periodically and continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the customer value and competitive advantage of schools in Cirebon. Customer value provides customer response with competitive advantages and competition in education by increasing educational competitiveness. Research method with qualitative approach using description analysis. This method is used because Cirebon has 45 high school schools with a sample of 20 varied schools. Data collection techniques use interviews, documentation, and observation. The research results were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The result of the study is that customer value requires the readiness of all parties involved in the school, and customer value requires commitment from every member of the school element. Competitive advantage requires the carrying capacity of school principals and the smart work of all parties who can manage Education programs.

Abstract

Pendidikan di era modern ini berkompetensi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dari setiap lembaga, baik formal, non formal dan informal. Tujuan penelitiaan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen Kurikulum Terpadu dalam pembelajaran dan strategi yang digunakan di Pondok Pesantren Al–Jaohar. Metode Penelitiaan menggunakan penelitiaan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari data primer dan sumber data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian menggunakan analisis data yang kompleks, display data dan kesimpulan atau verivikasi data yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan sehingga membuat model machine learning lebih akurat. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa manajemen kurikulum di Pondok Peantren Al-Jaohar sudah dilaksanakan dan disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan yaitu memadukan kurikulum kemendikbud dan salafiayah, yang mendukung pada pencapain pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan Pondok Pesantren Al-Jaohar, implementasi manajemen kurikulum terpadu Pondok Pesantren Al-Jaohar meliputi beberapa program yaitu; isi pengajaran, mengarahkan proses mekanisme pendidikan, dan materi pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pendidikan dan manajemen kurikulum memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

In this dynamic environmental situation, educational management must be able to create an organization that can provide services that satisfy society in general and educational objects (students and parents) in particular. Therefore, in the process of implementing educational activities, decisions and steps are needed to be taken to make education better, which is called strategic management. Based on this explanation, this research aims to explore and analyze strategic management through SWOT and TOWS analysis in efforts to develop Islamic educational institutions. Then, the research method interpreted in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The data collection method applied in this research was interviews and questionnaires given to education staff and educators at the MDTA. Furthermore, the results of the TOWS and SWOT analysis obtained in the research show that the strategy pattern that should be used by the Islamic educational institution, MDTA Al-Barokah, is an aggressive strategy pattern which is supported by the value of the SWOT analysis results showing a positive difference on each axis line, namely the x axis. = 1.12 and y-axis= 0.56.

Abstract

The development of effective, efficient, productive and accountableschools needs to be supported by changes in various other aspects ofeducation, including school climate. Changes in the school climate need tobe carried out to respond to today's increasingly deteriorating educationalconditions. This is further strengthened by fundamental changes in variousaspects of life, which require educational adjustments, and a conduciveschool climate that supports meaningful learning. Changes in all aspects oflife are influenced by the rapid development of information andcommunication technology, therefore So that we can adapt to developments over time, climate change and a more up-to-date or up-to-date school culture are very necessary. School climate and culture have a great influence on school members, especially students. It is hoped thatwith conducive climate and cultural conditions, students can feelcomfortable, safe and orderly in studying at school. This research uses aqualitative method, a qualitative method, namely a method that collectsdata using instruments or tests, data collection involves researchers visitingthe researcher's place directly and observing the behavior of the individualsthere without asking questions or conducting interviews. To create apositive school climate, of course, harmonious social relations betweenfellow workers are needed. These social relationships take the form ofvertical and horizontal communication, employee cooperation whileworking, supervision, support from subordinates, and clarity of taskscarried out by workers. Abstract

Nusantara, wilayah yang sekarang dikenal sebagai Indonesia, memiliki sejarah panjang sebagai pusat perdagangan maritim.berdasarkan analisis para pakar, ditaksir sekitar 90% perdagangan global diangkut melalui laut, di mana 40% di antaranya melewati perairan Indonesia. Indonesia juga merupakan negara terbesar ketiga sebagai pemasok tenaga pelaut niaga di dunia. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus bagi lembaga pendidikan, sekolah – sekolah pelayaran, dan maritime traning center untuk menjaga kualitas SDM Pelaut Indonesi agar dapat bersaing secara global, Perencanaan diklat pelaut adalah proses penentuan tujuan diklat kepelautan dan penentuan strategi, kebijakan, prosedur, metode, system, serta anggaran untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dalam mengelola perencanaan diklat kepelautan harus mampu melaksanakan empat komponen yang sangat mendasar yaitu ;Hal apa saja yang harus dilatih (what to train), Bagaimana cara melatihnya (how to train), Pelaksanaan latihan (training), dan Pemeriksa latihan (check training). Pada akhirnya perencanaan harus lebih mengandalkan prosedur yang rasional dan sistematis formal serta legal mingikuti aturan baik nasional dan internasional bukan hanya pada intuisi dan firasat (dugaan).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the leadership of Madrasah heads in decision making. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data The collection techniques used are documentation studies and text studies in order to find information or data about the leadership of the madrasa head and decision making. That The collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques and explained descriptively. The results of the research show that the leadership of the madrassah head as the person responsible for making policies in Islamic educational institutions plays a very important role in being able to determine whether the educational institution he leads will be successful or not in accordance with his strategy and leadership in making policies at the madrassah.

Abstract

In the current context, the managerial quality of madrasah is still uneven. Therefore, it is important to equalize the managerial quality of madrasas. This study describes the efforts of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java in improving the managerial quality of madrasa heads through the madrasa companion program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, relying on primary data and extensive literature studies. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with madrasa principals, teachers, school committees in public and private madrasas and secondary data were collected from relevant documents and similar studies. The results of this study indicate that the madrasa companion program in the form of mutual assistance and a spirit of sharing between advanced and underdeveloped madrasas has a positive impact on the progress and development of madrasas in Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of empirical data regarding the relationship between the Tahfidzul Qur’an program and learning motivation, both individually and jointly, with the academic achievement of student cadres. The research is based on the assumption that learning the Qur’an, especially through memorization activities, not only improves students’ spiritual quality but also has the potential to enhance their motivation and performance in academic settings. The research hypotheses are: (1) There is a close and significant influence of the Tahfidzul Qur’an program toward students’ academic achievement; (2) There is a close and significant influence of learning motivation toward students’ academic achievement; and (3) There is a simultaneous influence between the Tahfidzul Qur’an program and learning motivation toward students’ academic achievement. To achieve the objectives of this study, the authors apply a survey method with a correlational approach aimed at identifying the extent to which the variables are related. The population consists of students who participate as cadres in the Tahfidzul Qur’an program. The research instruments used include observation to capture real conditions in the learning environment, interviews to obtain deeper qualitative insights, questionnaires to measure students’ motivation and participation level in the program, and documentary studies to collect relevant academic data. The data obtained are analyzed using correlation statistical analysis with the product moment correlation technique to determine the strength and significance of the relationships among variables. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of educational strategies in integrating religious memorization programs with academic achievement improvement efforts.
