Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify in Mak Teduh Village, where most of the area consists of peatland with oil palm, rubber, and acacia plantations, the local potential that can be developed into superior products for the village as a means to enhance the community's economy through development focused on the sustainability of resources and the environment. The identification method is applied by the OVOP (One Village One Product) criteria and SWOT analysis. The results of the research indicate several local potentials that can be developed into superior products, namely creative industries in the form of pandan leaf crafts and crafts from recycled plastic, fisheries such as salted fish, and livestock including acacia honey cultivation. In addition, there is also the potential for tourism that can be developed. Based on the OVOP criteria and SWOT analysis, the potential of the village that can be developed as a flagship product is in the cultivation of acacia honey. The availability of land and bee feed in acacia and palm plantations, as well as opportunities in national and international markets, means that acacia honey cultivation also provides a chance for communities to engage in sustainable businesses while enhancing public awareness of forest and environmental conservation. The cultivation of acacia honey also serves as a preventive solution to the cases of forest and peatland fires that frequently occur in Mak Teduh Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses a quantitative analysis method. The sample in this study were consumers who shopped at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch as many as 100 respondents. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that store image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch and store image and service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analize the application of relationship marketing and product diversity on consumer loyalty at PM Collection Pekanbaru.The method used this stud describtive quantitative ith SPSS version 23 program. The population in his stdy ere all consumers ho made purchases at PM Collection who found 10.800 people and the sample of this study as 99 respondents from PM Collection Pekanbaru consumers. The sampling technique through used in this study is accidental sampling. For data collection techniques through questionnaires and the used of a Likert scale, the types and sources of data used primary and secondary data. The data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test of normality,calassic multicollinearity assumption test, classical assumption test of heteroscedasticity, and murtiple linear analisis along with analylisis of the coefficient of deremination (R2), sugnificant test ith with partial test ( T test ), simultaneous test ( F test ). In this study the obtaines are that relationship marketing (X1) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y), diversity product (X2) has a positive and significant on consumer loyalty (Y) and relationship marketing (X1) and diversity product (X2) has a possitive and significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Thus, PM Collection Pekanbaru has paid attention to all the factors that make consumers come back and add more complete product brands and sizes, so that consumers are interested in coming and buying at the PM Collection Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide knowledge to the people of Merangkai Village which describes how to improve community business management capabilities in terms of managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. This information transfer was carried out in several stages, including socialization of the material to discussion sessions containing questions and answers and conveying the obstacles experienced. The application method used in this service is through lecture and discussion methods. In the first session, several materials in the fields of marketing, finance and human resources will be presented which are related to increasing the business management capabilities of village communities in managing, developing and improving economic businesses based on local potential. The next session will be opened with a discussion session in the form of questions and answers and also presenting obstacles so that solutions can be found. Apart from that, active community participation in all stages of activities is also the main focus in assessing the success of service. The results of the service showed a significant increase because the community service activities which were carried out face to face and in direct practice ran smoothly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Digital marketing and Product Variety through Brand Image on Customer Purchase Decisions at UMKM Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar. There are 7 hypotheses in this study using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are consumers of Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar customers. The research sample was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the criteria that have bought 2 times in Aru's Kitchen. This study uses an analysis method using PLS-SEM version 4. The results showed that digital marketing has no significant effect on customer purchasing decisions. Product Variety Variety has a significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions. Digital marketing has no significant effect on Brand Image. Product Variety has a significant effect on brand image. Brand image variables have a significant effect on customer purchasing decisions. Digital marketing variables have no significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions through Brand Image. Product Variety Variables have a significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions through Brand Image at UMKM Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar. Keywords:

Abstract

Business competition in Indonesia is increasing, many companies operating in the same field, offering similar services make competition unavoidable, one of which is in the aviation industry. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer experience and perceived value on customer loyalty of airlines using the services of the AirAsia Pekanbaru Representative Office. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 98 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) customer experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (4) service quality, customer experience and perceived value together can increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Price on Customer Satisfaction among Maxim application users, particularly those in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Riau. The research employed a quantitative method, involving 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30. The analysis results indicate that PEOU has a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by a t-value of 5.748 and a significance level below 0.001. The Price variable also showed a significant partial effect, with a t-value of 2.820 and a significance value of 0.006. Collectively, both PEOU and Price have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 79.669, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.09. These findings suggest that both Perceived Ease of Use and Price play an important role in enhancing the satisfaction of Maxim users.

Abstract

Red worm farming in the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group has been in existence since 2018. Initially, red worm cultivation was carried out in a simple way, namely with shelves arranged for worm breeding. In 2019, red worm cultivation was developed using verticulture techniques in the form of worm reactors. The abundance of worms produced in this worm farming has not been optimally utilised by the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training and knowledge for the Berkat Usaha Farmer Group in making processed worm derivatives cultivated with the verticulture technique in the form of a worm reactor. The method used in this service is PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) which involves community groups in training the processing of worm derivatives produced from the cultivation of the Farmer Group. The Riau University Matching Fund Team and partners provide training as well as assistance for Farmers Groups to be able to develop processed red worm derivative products into products that have high selling value. The processed worm-derived products that have been produced are worm pellets, worm flour and dried worms. All of these worm-derived processed products can be marketed, especially in the fisheries sector, because these products are needed for fish feed. The results of this service are in the form of worm derivative processing knowledge obtained by the Farmer group and processed worm derivative products that are ready to pack, ready to sell.

Abstract

Along with the increasing public interest in fun recreational activities such as water parks, the tourism sector has grown rapidly in recent years. This study examines the effect of physical evidence and perceived value on revisit intention through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable for visitors to Labersa Waterpark Riau Fantasi. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling with a sample size of 98 respondents. The data obtained is then processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research are : (1) physical evidence has a significant effect on revisit intention, (2) perceived value has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) physical evidence has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, (4) perceived value has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, (5) visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on revisit intention, (6) visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of physical evidence on revisit intention, (7) visitor satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of perceived value on revisit intention.

Abstract

Transformasi digital mendorong bisnis di berbagai skala untuk mengadopsi sistem guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Bagi bisnis ritel yang umumnya memiliki proses bisnis beragam namun tidak terlalu kompleks, custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menjadi pilihan strategis. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi custom ERP sangat bergantung pada kesiapan dan penerimaan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat kesiapan teknologi yaitu Technology Readiness (TR) dan penerimaan pengguna menggunakan kerangka Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) terhadap sistem custom ERP pada bisnis ritel Oleh-Oleh di Pekanbaru. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan, tetapi tidak secara langsung memengaruhi niat adopsi sistem. Sebaliknya, persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan terbukti memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan niat adopsi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa upaya peningkatan kesiapan teknologi harus diimbangi dengan sosialisasi manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu lini bisnis ini memaksimalkan potensi ERP kustom untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional.
