Abstract

This study departs from the rapid population growth which results in high demand for livable housing, but with high house prices most people do not have the ability to buy houses with cash, in this situation people prefer to look for other ways by applying for loans through home ownership financing from financial institutions. This was also welcomed by government support in the form of Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR), one of which is provided through the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP). PT. Trah Wali Nagari is also a company engaged in contraction and real estate services which also cooperates with banks in running their business, where the application of mortgages through the FLPP scheme can also attract customers to own housing there. This study aims to find out how the mechanism or process for implementing Subsidized KPR through the FLPP scheme at PT. Wali Nagari breed. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research type. Qualitative descriptive research is research conducted to describe and interpret objects in accordance with actual facts/phenomena (factualitative). In conducting this research, the researcher strives to obtain valid and accountable data, therefore the determination of informants must be representative or representative. This research resulted in findings on how PT. Trah Wali Nagari as the Developer works closely with the implementing Bank to realize subsidized KPR assistance to Low-Income Communities (MBR) as well as the mechanism for submitting KPR through the FLPP scheme to implementing Banks as well as how to implement Subsidized KPR through the FLPP scheme at PT. Trah Wali Nagari can help low-income people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang faktor kepribadian pada novel Rapijali karya Dee Lestari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepribadian tokoh utama dalam novel Rapijali karya Dee Lestari. Kepribadian yang terjadi pada tokoh utama tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepribadian menurut Sigmund Freud yaitu faktor historis dan faktor kontemporer. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan novel yang berjudul Rapijali, penulis Dee Lestari, penerbit PT Bentang Pustaka, tahun terbit Februari 2021 dengan jumlah halaman 350. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik catat. Analisis data kualitatif merupakan upaya yang berlanjut, berulang, dan terus-menerus. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik ketekunan pengamatan.

Abstract

The Education Office has developed several educational institutions by forming education which also teaches about religion. In order for the madrasah organization to be more productive, the leadership position of the madrasah head is very decisive. The madrasa head plays an important role in encouraging the growth and development of the institution. The purpose of the researchers to conduct research at the Weak Kembar Sumberasih Probolinggo Madrasah Aliyah is to find out whether the ideas put forward in the previous section are in accordance with the facts on the ground. Aliyah is a weak twin Sumberasih Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative method, and the type of research is problem research. The procedures used in collecting information are monitoring (observation), selection (documentation), and question and answer (interviews). From the research we have carried out, the efforts of school principals to improve student learning achievement by providing motivation while providing special time for students by studying in the online learning library and giving homework using Android as a learning medium.

Abstract

Kemajuan zaman menawarkan banyak kemudahan, namun di saat yang sama juga muncul berbagai masalah. Bagi anak, potensi masalah dapat berasal dari lingkungan rumah, sekolah dan lingkungan yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, orangtua harus mempersiapkan anaknya dengan kemampuan bertahan yang baik untuk menghadapi berbagai masalah dan hambatan hal ini disebut kemampuan bertahan (resiliensi). Adapun upaya dalam menumbuhkan resiliensi tersebut, orangtua perlu adanya penerapan-penerapan hal positif yang dapat menstimulasi tumbuh kembang anak, sehingga orangtua dapat berempati dengan anak, berinteraksi secara baik dengan mereka, melatih anak dalam memecahkan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan, membantu anak bersikap produktif, kedisiplinan anak, dan melibatkan anak dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial. Orangtua tidak bisa lagi menggunakan sekadar cara-cara tradisional dalam membina perkembangan anak, tetapi orangtua harus berani mencoba dengan cara-cara baru yang semuanya untuk mengembangkan daya tahan anak, maka peran orangtua dalam hal ini sangatlah penting. karena itu, penulis melakukan penelitin dengan tujuan dapat menganalisis secara mendalam nilai-nilai reseliensi bagi anak usia dini di era teknologi digital dan bagaimana gambaran pendampingan orangtua guna mendukung perkembangan positif bagi anak usia dini dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi kasus yang berfokus pada teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang telah dilakukan di desa Kamalkuning kec. Krejengan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa reseliensi memanglah sangat penting bagi anak, termasuk di desa Kamalkuning kec. Krejengan namun dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan ini juga bukan hal yang mudah, dengan demikian beberapa upaya salahsatunya dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital bagi anak usia dini dapat menstimulasi dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan reseliensi anak usia dini di desa Kamalkuning kec. krejengan.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher aimed to find out whether there were differences in comprehensive test results between “santri” and “non-santri” in Zainul Hasan Genggong.Islamic University. Researcher use a quantitative approach with a comparative type of research. The population in this study was all students of Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University `at 7th grade of 2019. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample taken was a student Study Program Islamic Education with a total of 112 students. The data obtained are the results of the comprehensive test value. After that, the data obtained is analyzed using the SPSS application, (Statistical Program For Cocial Science) 16.0 for windows. The results of the study can be concluded that the average score obtained by “santri” is 87.83. While the average score of “non-santri” is 84.83. The results of the hypothesis test using the Independent Sample T Test obtained values of 0.248 > 0.05. Than, it can be concluded that there is no difference in comprehensive test results between between “santri” and “non-santri” in Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University.

Abstract

Education is an awareness that is designed to support the learning environment and the learning process so that learners can actively develop their potential to have spiritual strength, noble character, and the necessary skills themselves, society, nation, and state. In education can not be separated what is called Character Education. According to Fenty Sulasty, there are 18 character values developed, including responsibility, religious, honest, tolerant, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, and democracy. Other values include love of peace, respect for others, love of the motherland, and the spirit of Honor. Researchers use qualitative research with a descriptive approach to explain the phenomena that are happening in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah, which then the information obtained is then interpreted and written in the form of words or descriptive based on facts obtained at the time of the research site. The results of the study were the management of Character Education in the guidance of noble morals in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah through planning and implementation. Implementation of character education in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah such as morning apples, exemplary, learning, control, evaluation. SMP Plus Al Masduqiah requires its students to follow the extracurricular Scout Movement in order to have a good attitude of discipline and integrity.

Abstract

Pasar modal mempunyai fungsi utama didalam menopang perekonomian suatu pemerintahan. Melalui perdagangan efek, investor yang memiliki banyak uang dan perusahaan yang membutuhkan uang bertemu di tempat tersebut satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidaknya modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi investasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal pada Mahasisswa FEBI Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif sumber data berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 87 orang dari total populasi 667 mahasiswa yang merupakan total mahasiswa FEBI di Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi. Sedangkan hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa modal dan motivasi yang hanya memiliki pengaruh sedangkan pengetahuan tidak memberikan pengaruh dengan terhadap minat berinvestasi.Kata kunci: modal, pengetahuan, motivasi

Abstract

Manusia tidak lepas dari yang namanya masalah, berpikir kritis tidak tumbuh begitu saja, perlu yang namanya usaha dalam menumbuhkan berpikir kritis yakni dengan cara berusaha mencari suatu hakikat kebenaran yang nantinya bisa memberikan dampak positif di dalam kemaslahatan manusia. Guru sebagai peran fasilitator di dalam segala proses pembelajaran juga bisa ditinjau ketika guru bisa menyediakan fasilitas pembelajaran berupa metode, media serta model pembelajaran. Problem based learning (PBL) atau pembelajaran berasaskan masalah yang bisa memberikan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa melalui pembiasaan memberikan rangkaian problem kemudian dilakukan pencarian cara bagaimana masalah bisa diselesaikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dan mendapatkan hasil yang bagus serta terdapat dua faktor pada saat pelaksanaan penggunaan model Problem Based Learning seperti tidak semuanya siswa paham akan model tersebut serta penunjang sarana dan prasarana yang harus terpenuhi.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the professional competence of teachers in shaping the religious character of students at MI Izzul Islam Krejengan Probolinggo and how the religious character of students is at MI Izzul Islam. The method used by researchers uses a qualitative approach. While the type of research is a case study. The data obtained by researchers came from teachers at Mi Izul Islam and Mi Izzul Islam students. In collecting data, researchers used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. In compiling and analyzing the data obtained from data collection techniques, researchers use observation, data reduction, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research the researchers described, it can be concluded that teacher professionalism in shaping the religious character of students at MI Izzul Islam is included in the good category, teachers are able to apply four indicators of teacher professional competence, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence in the process of implementing learning in the school environment, class, and community. The pedagogic competence of teachers at MI Izzul Islam can form the character of jihad in students such as enthusiasm, discipline, and being active in learning, the personality competencies of teachers at MI Izzul Islam can form religious characters in students such as sincerity, istiqomah, and tawadhu', the social competence of teachers in MI Izzul Islam can shape the tolerance character of students, and in the professional competence of teachers at MI Izzul Islam are able to master the material in depth according to the standard content of the education unit program, subjects and subject groups, master strategies and learning methods. The character of students at mi izul Islam is having a sincere attitude, istiqamah, jihad, intention because of Allah, tawadhu', and tolerant [ Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi profesionalisme guru dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di MI Izzul Islam Krejengan Probolinggo dan bagaimana karakter religius siswa di mi izzul islam. Metode yang di gunakan peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitiannya yaitu study kasus. Data yang di peroleh peneliti bersumber dari guru di Mi Izul Islam dan siswa Mi Izzul Islam. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menyusun dan menganalisis data yang di peroleh dari teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan pengamatan, reduksi data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peneliti paparkan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa profesionalisme guru dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di MI Izzul Islam sudah termasuk kategori baik, guru sudah dapat mengaplikasikan empat indikator kompetensi professional guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi social, dan kompetensi professional di dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah, kelas, dan masyarakat. Kompetensi pedagogik guru di MI Izzul Islam dapat membentuk karakter jihad pada siswa seperti semangat, disiplin, dan giat dalam belajar, kompetensi kepribadian guru di MI Izzul Islam dapat membentuk karakter religius pada siswa seperti ikhlas, istiqomah, dan tawadhu’, kompetensi sosial guru di MI Izzul Islam dapat membentuk karakter toleransi siswa, dan dalam kompetensi profesional guru di MI Izzul Islam mampu menguasai materi secara mendalam sesuai standar isi program satuan pendidikan, mata pelajaran, dan kelompok mata pelajaran, menguasai strategi, dan metode pembelajaran. Abstract

Account Officers have an important role in increasing the efficiency of the institution. Apart from recruiting members, account officers are responsible for various tasks, such as resolving problematic financing, conducting surveys, and conducting financing analysis. accept or reject requests for financing, and become a source for sharia institutions to ensure the continuity of requests for financing. Account Officers must evaluate customers for financing and realizing funding. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods used by account officers to assess the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch, and explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Account Officers in determining the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch and explain the solutions they make. in overcoming these inhibiting factors. To express these challenges completely and clearly, researchers used a qualitative approach with raw data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Additional investigations were conducted, and the conclusions reached indicated that the Account Officers modified their approach by working through five steps, including the funding stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, the approval stage, and the disbursement stage. then the 5C concept is used to evaluate. Factors constraining Account Officers in determining eligibility for financing Lack of information on prospective members, inappropriate use of financing, and incomplete customer data are obstacles that must be overcome by Account Officers to assess whether or not a financing is appropriate. Reviewing the 5C principles, taking a personal approach when talking to prospective customers, conducting interviews, preparing the necessary documents, and educating prospective customers so as not to hinder the financing application process.
