Abstract

One of the basic skills that children need to develop is motor skills, which consist of two parts: gross motor skills and fine motor skills. The problem raised in this research is how to apply the fingerpainting game to develop fine motor skills in children, and the research aims to find out whether the fingerpainting game can develop children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah, Wangkal Village. The analytical method used in this work is a qualitative descriptive research approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. They are checking the validity of the data through data credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of this research show the development of all aspects of children, excellent physical aspects of fine motor skills through finger painting activities; children can also carry out other tasks such as buttoning their clothes, wearing their shoelaces, peeling their peanut shells and being able to hold a pencil correctly. Correct. This article proves that the fingerpainting game method can improve children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah Wangkal Gading.

Abstract

One indicator states that professional teachers / educators have the ability to manage classes, namely providing a conducive atmosphere for effective and efficient learning processes. If it is not yet conducive, then a teacher or lecturer must work optimally to master, regulate and improve, and create a conducive atmosphere so that the learning process can run optimally to achieve the desired learning goals. Class management is not an easy and easy thing, let alone for teachers who have just fielded themselves into the world of education, for teachers who are already professional, they have felt how difficult it is to manage classes, but never teachers feel dry and then deter from managing classes every time they teach in class. The failure of a teacher to achieve teaching goals is in line with the inability of the teacher to manage the class, from failure it is achievement, learning of students is low, not in accordance with the standards or size limits that are determined, therefore classroom management is very important teacher competency mastered by the teacher within the framework of success teaching and learning process. Abstract

Leadership basically deals with the skills, abilities, and level of influence a person has; so that he is able to influence others to jointly carry out certain activities to achieve certain goals. The difference between managers and leaders in general is that a manager only deals with objects, structures, systems and efficiency. Whereas a leader deals with effectiveness, people, empowering and channeling the potential possessed by others. An important factor that determines employee performance is leadership. Because Leadership describes the relationship between the leader and the leader & how a leader directs followers will determine how far the follower reaches the leader's goals or expectations.

Abstract

Perkembangan masa kanak-kanak merupakan fase krusial yang menentukan kualitas kehidupan individu di masa depan karena mencakup aspek motorik, kognitif, bahasa, permainan, gambaran mental, dan sikap sosial yang saling berinteraksi membentuk kepribadian anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif dinamika perkembangan anak pada masa kanak-kanak serta mengidentifikasi implikasi teoritis dan praktisnya dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis literatur ilmiah, artikel jurnal, buku psikologi perkembangan, serta sumber pendidikan Islam yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan motorik menjadi dasar eksplorasi dan interaksi sosial, pengamatan dan fantasi merangsang kreativitas serta berpikir abstrak, bahasa memperkuat komunikasi dan identitas sosial, permainan berperan sebagai media pembelajaran yang holistik, gambaran mental membentuk cara anak memahami dunia, sedangkan sikap sosial menjadi fondasi pembentukan karakter. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran pendidik, keluarga, dan lingkungan sosial dalam menyediakan dukungan yang tepat agar anak berkembang secara optimal dan seimbang di setiap aspeknya

Abstract

Pelaksanaan sistem evaluasi kinerja guru dilaksanakan untuk mewujudkan guru yang profesional. Dalam mewujudkan guru yang profesional maka di butuhkan sebuah manajemen sistem evaluasi kinerja guru guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Diniyah Mu’allimin Pesantren Zainul Hasanain Genggong Pajarakan Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen sistem evaluasi kinerja guru dan perencanaan kinerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan tehnik dokumentasi. teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tahapan data display, data kondensasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen sistem evaluasi kinerja guru meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Diniyah Mu’allimin Pesantren Zainul Hasanain Genggong Pajarakan Probolinggo. Kegiatan yang dilakukan guru meliput perencanaan kinerja guru dan proses pembelajaran. Hal ini penting dalam tercapainya tujuan mutu pendidikan. Hal- hal yang dilakukan seperti menyiapkan materi, membuat perangkat pembelajaran dan lain-lain. Manajemen sistem evaluasi kinerja guru merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan sikap profesional guru dalam kinerjanya selain itu juga usaha kepala madrasah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam proses belajar dan mengajar sehingga visi dan misi lembaga dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Abstract An analysis on the students’ error in writing recount text. The purpose of this research is to identify and classify the types of errors, and the factors that cause errors. There are two objectives of this study; 1. To find out the types of errors made by students in writing recount texts. 2. To detect the causes of errors made by students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with case study research design. Researchers used data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this research were the second grade students at MA Sunan Ampel Kamalkuning-Krejengan, which consisted of 32 students in one class. The results of this research indicate that the most frequent errors when making recount texts are grammatical errors, especially in the use of tenses, in recount texts using the simple past tense and they make a lot of errors and are fooled when using verb-2 such as the word “go” which should change to “went”, “visit” to “visited”, “stay” to “stayed”, “meet” to “met” because of the past tense. Some students also made errors in the structure of the recount text series, namely orientation, events, and re-orientation in that section, and students also make errors in writing or producing vocabulary, for example “Friend” becomes “frend”, “Last” becomes “lass”, “Week” becomes “wiik/weak/wit”, “Then” becomes “dhen”. In addition, there are several factors that cause errors made by students, namely carelessness or carelessness, first language disorders, and translation. Abstract

Abstrak Peran orang tua merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam membantu perkembangan belajar anak, jika orang tua menyampaikan atau memberikan kepada arah yang kurang baik maka akan mengakibatkan kurangnya keberhasilan anak dalam proses belajarnya. Orang tua juga memiliki peran dalam menumbuhkan minat seorang anak dalam belajar agar anak dapat disiplin dan juga mengontrol belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perang peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas 4 pada pembelajaran matematika di MI. Al-Falah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap 6 orang tua siswa. Metode untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menerapkan model Teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman yaitu proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data triangulasi dengan sumber dan triangulasi dengan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil wawancara peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan, minat, serta hasil belajar anak. Adanya dukungan, bimbingan, dan perhatian dari orang tua yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh anak, terutama terhadap minat belajar anak. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Minat Belajar, Matematika

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk kepribadian dan moralitas siswa. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data menggunakan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, tranferabilitas, dependebilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inovasi pembelajaran terdiri dari tiga yaitu perencanaaan: mengacu terhadap musyawaroh atau sesuai kesepakan semua para pendidik di lembaga, pelaksanaan: pelaksanakan solat dluha, Pembacaan asmaul husna dan juz 30 sebelum masuk kelas, Setiap 3 bulan sekali mengadakan penyuluhan terkait materi akhlaq atau karakter yang baik, Rutinitas literasi qurani Evaluasi: tes kepribadian, tes tulis dari hasil literasi al-quran, dan tes praktek ibadah. Kunci: Manajemen, Inovasi Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Karakter Abstract Character education in elementary school is an important aspect in shaping the personality and morality of students. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah faces challenges in integrating character values into the learning curriculum. This study aims to explore and analyze the management of learning innovations applied in the school to strengthen student character education. A qualitative approach was used in this study, involving in-depth interviews with teaching staff, classroom observation, and document analysis. . The results of the study show that the management of learning innovation consists of three, namely planning: referring to deliberation or according to the agreement of all educators in the institution, implementation: implementing the dluha prayer, reciting asmaul husna and juz 30 before entering class, once every 3 months holding counseling related to moral material or good character, Quran literacy routine Evaluation: personality test, written test of results Qur'an literacy, and worship practice test. Abstract

Abstrak Orang tua memegang peranan penting dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Tidak mudah bagi orang tua untuk menerapkan pelatihan dalam hal tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua terhadap minat siswa kelas III MI Kholafiyah Hasaniyah pada pembelajaran matematika. Metodenya yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. 6 orang tua siswa menjadi subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian kualitatif dengantriangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua adalah memandu dan memotivasi anak-anaknya, merawat anak dengan baik dan ajarkan anak hidup disiplin dan bersih, menemani anak-anak belajar, mengerjakan aktivitas umum di rumah, ciptakan lingkungan yang positif untuk anak, berbicara tegas dengan anak-anak, mengawasi anak, mengurus keluarga dan memenuhi kebutuhannya, menyelenggarakan pelatihan, kegiatan di rumah yang serbaguna dan inovatif. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Minat Belajar, Matematika Abstract Parents play an important role in learning at school. It is not easy for parents to apply training in terms of child growth and development. The aim is to determine the role of parents in the interest of class III MI Kholafiyah Hasaniyah students in learning mathematics. The method is descriptive qualitative. 6 parents of students were the subjects. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of data in qualitative research using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research show that the role of parents is to guide and motivate their children, take good care of children and teach children to live a disciplined and clean life, accompany children to study, do general activities at home, create a positive environment for children, speak firmly with children -children, supervising children, taking care of the family and meeting their needs, organizing training, versatile and innovative home activities. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Fiqh learning on the topic of najis (impurity) through the Kitab Diyanah at SD Unggulan Cahaya Cendekia and to analyze the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the impact of its application on students’ understanding and behavior. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, Fiqh teacher, and students, as well as documentation of learning activities. The data were analyzed descriptively using qualitative methods with source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that Fiqh learning through the Kitab Diyanah is carried out using methods such as reading nadzom (rhythmic verses), translation, explanation of meaning, and practical activities. The teacher acts as a facilitator who guides students to understand the concept of najis contextually and applicatively. Supporting factors include teacher competence, a religious school environment, and a curriculum that emphasizes moral values. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited learning time and students’ difficulty in understanding Arabic terms in the book. The implementation of the Kitab Diyanah has proven effective in improving students’ understanding of Islamic jurisprudence regarding najis and encouraging cleanliness and purity in daily life. This learning model also strengthens students’ Islamic character through the habituation of clean behavior and respect for religious values. Theoretically, the findings of this study align with the behaviorist theory (Skinner), constructivist theory (Vygotsky), and Islamic education theory, which emphasize the integration of knowledge, practice, and morality.
