Abstract

 Implementation of happy healthy gymnastic activities is very important for the gross motor development of early childhood because every movement can build muscle endurance, for example: wrists, back, arms and so on. RA Sirajut Thalibin conducts healthy gymnastic activities for joy, the implementation is carried out once a week, namely on Wednesdays. Happy healthy gymnastics besides improving gross motor skills also affects children's intelligence, one of which is kinesthetic intelligence, the advantages of a child who has kinesthetic intelligence tends to memorize faster and be able to complete tasks well. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive research design. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of research at RA Sirajut Thalibin are as follows: 1). Implementation of Joyful Healthy Gymnastic Activities in Improving Gross Motor Skills of Early Children at RA Sirajut Thalibin Racek-Tiris-Probolinggo, begins with warm-up movements, core movements, and cool-down movements. Through these activities the child's body, legs and hands are well coordinated over time. 2). Supporting factors such as the condition of the child who is very enthusiastic and passionate about doing gymnastics. 3). Inhibiting factors such as weather sometimes does not support such as rain and infrastructure that experiences technical problems

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze the effect of mind mapping towards students reading comprehension at twelfth grade in MAN 2 Probolinggo. A lot of students still struggle with reading. To overcome students' challenges, teachers should have tactics when teaching reading comprehension. Using two groups pre- and post-test at an experiment and a control group, this study used the quasi-experimental methodology. The sample classes, which included 17 students in each, were twelfth social 2 and twelfth social 3. Technique for data analysis utilizing the Paired Sample T Test. The alternative hypothesis is rejected if the significance value, or Sig (2-tailed), is more than 0.05. The hypothesis is accepted if the significance value, or Sig (2-tailed), is less than 0.05. According to the findings, students who learnt by using mind map were able to develop at a higher level. If the results of hypothesis testing indicate a Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, then the test decision-making methodology is appropriate. It can be inferred from paired Sample T Test that the mind map method affects students' capacity for reading comprehension

Abstract

Being a teacher is not an easy thing to apply knowledge to, but being a professional teacher is mandatory in order to produce educated successors to the nation. As a professional teacher, he will choose the right learning model for his students, the goal is to improve student learning outcomes and students quickly understand what the teacher has explained. This study aims to boost how effective the Hybrid Learning learning model is in exposition text in improving student learning outcomes of class X Madrasah Aliyah Ainul Hasan. The hybrid learning learning model is an option for implementing learning in this digital era from. The problems in this study, namely (1). What are the student learning outcomes before, after the implementation of the Hybrid Learning learning model, and (2). How is the effectiveness of the Hybrid Learning learning model? This research method is quantitative, using an experimental design on the exposition text of class X students in the pretest-posttest group. The population and sample used were all 31 students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Ainul Hasan. The results in this study were seen from the average results obtained before the implementation of Hybrid Learning 73.85, and after 86.91. The comparison of the results above shows that Hybrid Learning learning in exposition text is effective for improving student learning outcomes in class X Madrasah Aliyah Ainul Hasan.Keywords: Learning Model Effectiveness, Hybrid Learning, Exposition Text

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan merupakan sebuah prasarana yang menjadi pendukung untuk menciptakan budi pekerti yang baik. Pendidikan karakter salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan perilaku, etika, tanggung jawab dan karakter mandiri dengan melaksanakan nilai-nilai kemanusia. Sistem pendidikan di Indonesia salah satunya pendidikan karakter. Karena pendidikan ini sudah berdiri sejak lama dan menjadi bagian penting dalam visi misi dan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Dalam era modern ini urgensi pendidikan karakter mulai membuming atas berbagai masalah/problematika yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini seperti masalah, kekerasan, tawuran, korupsi dan pergaulan bebas. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, di mana penelitian ini memperlukan pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini strategi pesantren dalam membentuk karakater kemandirian dan tanggung jawab yaitu dalam bentuk kegiatan seperti pengajian kitab, memberikan keteladanan, dan sekolah madrasah diniyah di pondok pesantren zainul hasan genggong. Santri diwajibkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan pondok agar santri bisa mengamalkan dan mempraktikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah diterapkan di pondok pesantren. Tujuan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan di pondok agar santri mampu menerapkan pendidikan karakter kemandirian dan tanggung jawab di pondok terutama ketika terjun ke masyarakat.

Abstract

One of the basic skills that children need to develop is motor skills, which consist of two parts: gross motor skills and fine motor skills. The problem raised in this research is how to apply the fingerpainting game to develop fine motor skills in children, and the research aims to find out whether the fingerpainting game can develop children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah, Wangkal Village. The analytical method used in this work is a qualitative descriptive research approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. They are checking the validity of the data through data credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of this research show the development of all aspects of children, excellent physical aspects of fine motor skills through finger painting activities; children can also carry out other tasks such as buttoning their clothes, wearing their shoelaces, peeling their peanut shells and being able to hold a pencil correctly. Correct. This article proves that the fingerpainting game method can improve children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah Wangkal Gading.

Abstract

Abstrak Peran orang tua merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam membantu perkembangan belajar anak, jika orang tua menyampaikan atau memberikan kepada arah yang kurang baik maka akan mengakibatkan kurangnya keberhasilan anak dalam proses belajarnya. Orang tua juga memiliki peran dalam menumbuhkan minat seorang anak dalam belajar agar anak dapat disiplin dan juga mengontrol belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perang peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas 4 pada pembelajaran matematika di MI. Al-Falah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap 6 orang tua siswa. Metode untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dengan menerapkan model Teknik analisis data Miles and Huberman yaitu proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data triangulasi dengan sumber dan triangulasi dengan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil wawancara peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika sangat penting dan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan, minat, serta hasil belajar anak. Adanya dukungan, bimbingan, dan perhatian dari orang tua yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh anak, terutama terhadap minat belajar anak. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Minat Belajar, Matematika

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk kepribadian dan moralitas siswa. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data menggunakan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, tranferabilitas, dependebilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inovasi pembelajaran terdiri dari tiga yaitu perencanaaan: mengacu terhadap musyawaroh atau sesuai kesepakan semua para pendidik di lembaga, pelaksanaan: pelaksanakan solat dluha, Pembacaan asmaul husna dan juz 30 sebelum masuk kelas, Setiap 3 bulan sekali mengadakan penyuluhan terkait materi akhlaq atau karakter yang baik, Rutinitas literasi qurani Evaluasi: tes kepribadian, tes tulis dari hasil literasi al-quran, dan tes praktek ibadah. Kunci: Manajemen, Inovasi Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Karakter Abstract Character education in elementary school is an important aspect in shaping the personality and morality of students. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah faces challenges in integrating character values into the learning curriculum. This study aims to explore and analyze the management of learning innovations applied in the school to strengthen student character education. A qualitative approach was used in this study, involving in-depth interviews with teaching staff, classroom observation, and document analysis. . The results of the study show that the management of learning innovation consists of three, namely planning: referring to deliberation or according to the agreement of all educators in the institution, implementation: implementing the dluha prayer, reciting asmaul husna and juz 30 before entering class, once every 3 months holding counseling related to moral material or good character, Quran literacy routine Evaluation: personality test, written test of results Qur'an literacy, and worship practice test. Abstract

Abstrak Orang tua memegang peranan penting dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Tidak mudah bagi orang tua untuk menerapkan pelatihan dalam hal tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua terhadap minat siswa kelas III MI Kholafiyah Hasaniyah pada pembelajaran matematika. Metodenya yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. 6 orang tua siswa menjadi subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian kualitatif dengantriangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua adalah memandu dan memotivasi anak-anaknya, merawat anak dengan baik dan ajarkan anak hidup disiplin dan bersih, menemani anak-anak belajar, mengerjakan aktivitas umum di rumah, ciptakan lingkungan yang positif untuk anak, berbicara tegas dengan anak-anak, mengawasi anak, mengurus keluarga dan memenuhi kebutuhannya, menyelenggarakan pelatihan, kegiatan di rumah yang serbaguna dan inovatif. Kata Kunci: Peran Orang Tua, Minat Belajar, Matematika Abstract Parents play an important role in learning at school. It is not easy for parents to apply training in terms of child growth and development. The aim is to determine the role of parents in the interest of class III MI Kholafiyah Hasaniyah students in learning mathematics. The method is descriptive qualitative. 6 parents of students were the subjects. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of data in qualitative research using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research show that the role of parents is to guide and motivate their children, take good care of children and teach children to live a disciplined and clean life, accompany children to study, do general activities at home, create a positive environment for children, speak firmly with children -children, supervising children, taking care of the family and meeting their needs, organizing training, versatile and innovative home activities. Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of Quice Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) in payment transaction at Car Free Day (CFD) Kraksaan and its impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Qualitive research methods were used with a descriptive approach through interviews with Kraksaan CFD traders and visitors who use Qris. The interview results show that QRIS is used by traders to simplify the payment process, imcrease transaction efficiency, and reduce the problem of returns, the use of QRIS is also considered to provide additional security in transactions. Even thought there are several problems related to consumer balaces, the use of QRIS is considered to be optimal. Merchants who have not yet used QRIS are expected to immediately adopt it to expand the reach of payments and increase transaction efficiency. In conclusion, the use of QRIS has a positive impact in increasing the efficiency and security of transactions in CFD Kraksaan, and is expected to provide greater benefits and society as a whole.

Abstract

Rasio keuangan merupakan alat ukur bagi perusahan dalam melihat kesehatan perusahaannya. Rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas merupakan rasio yang umum digunakan dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya pengaruh dari rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhdap rasio profitabilitas perusahaan makanan dan minuman periode tahun 2020-2022. Penelitian ini jenisnya adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi dengan sumber data sekunder yakni melalui laporan keuangan dari setiap perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel berasal dari seluruh perusahaan makanan dan minuman periode tahun 2020-2022 dengan tekhnik pemilihan sampel purposive sampling dengan tehknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap rasio profitabilitas secara simultan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji F sebesar 0,014>0,05, sedangkan pada uji T dihasilkan tidak ada pengaruh rasio likuiditas terhadap rasio profitabilitas dengan besaran 0,5040,05.
