Abstract

The aim of the study is to know factors that influence Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure in the Basic and Chemical Industry Sector. Variables investigated in this study were size of company and age of company. The method used in this study is tocollect data, and then it will be analyzed using quantitative analysis methods. The populations in this study were companies thatcarry out Social Responsibility Disclosure, 28 sample companies selected in this study used purposive sampling methodology. The data analysis method was multi linier regression with significance level of 5%. The result of the study showed that : (1) Company size has a significant effect on CSRD. This shows that large scale companies will do more disclosure of their social responsibility; (2) The age of the company is not significant for CSRD. This shows the length of the company does not affect the disclosure of social responsibility.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to know determine the effect of group cooperation, discipline and workmotivation on employee performance at PT. Sinar Sosro kp. Bengkulu. The variables examinedin this study were group cooperation, discipline and work motivation. Methods of data analysisusing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests. The data collectiontechniques and tools in this study were in the form of field data and library data. The sample inthis study were 35 employees of PT. Sinar Sosro kp. Bengkulu. The results of the study, bothgroup cooperation, discipline and work motivation variables have an effect on workperformance either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

In general, this study aims to provide knowledge to UMKM owners in Bengkulu City to be able to survive and thrive in running a business by paying attention to and applying the principles of good and correct financial management. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach.The population in this study were 1286 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The method of determining the sample uses the slovin formula, so as to get results as many as 93 MSME actors. From the results of the new slovin formula, a sample of 45 SMEs was taken with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is still a lack of application of financial management carried out by UMKMowners, namely only by recording incoming and outgoing money and still not using good andcorrect financial management principles such as budget utilization, financial recording, financial reporting and control. This is because UMKM owners feel that managing finances is too difficult and inconvenient. Apart from that, ignorance of the importance of doing financial management factors is also one of the UMKM owners not implementing financial management. This study also conducted a SWOT analysis which resulted in 5 main strategies related to financial management that could be carried out by UMKM owners in Bengkulu City
