Abstract

Halal food has become an increasingly important concept over the past decade, driven by growing consumer awareness of the significance of halal products that comply with national positive law. However, challenges such as the high cost of halal certification and limited understanding of halal labeling remain major obstacles, particularly for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to examine the regulation of halal labeling and its implications for consumer protection and the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. The research method employed is normative juridical, utilizing legal sources including laws and regulations. The findings indicate that Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, represents a significant market for halal products. Halal labeling, as regulated by Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance, plays a crucial role in ensuring the halal status of products for Muslim consumers. The study concludes that halal certification not only provides essential consumer protection but also opens broader access to global markets. Therefore, the government, through certification bodies such as BPJPH and MUI, plays a pivotal role in ensuring product halalness and promoting the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Muslim persons with disabilities (PwDs) face significant barriers in accessing financial services, including Sharia-based fintech platforms. This study aims to develop inclusive regulatory strategies to enhance their access to Sharia-compliant fintech funding. Employing a normative legal approach and conceptual analysis based on maqashid sharia, the research highlights the lack of integration between digital accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and current Sharia fintech regulations. The findings propose a five-part inclusive strategy grounded in the principles of justice (al-‘adālah), facilitation (al-taysīr), and the removal of hardship (raf' al-ḥaraj): identifying accessibility needs, designing adaptive regulations, enhancing human resource capacity, integrating cross-sectoral policies, and establishing participatory monitoring and enforcement. This framework not only empowers Muslim disabled entrepreneurs within Indonesia but also holds global significance, especially for Muslim minority communities in non-Muslim countries such as China. Indonesia’s experience demonstrates that inclusive Sharia fintech regulations can be framed within universal legal and ethical values, making them adaptable to diverse socio-legal contexts. This study contributes to building a more inclusive and equitable Islamic financial ecosystem that promotes dignity, empowerment, and access for all, particularly those who are socially and economically marginalized.

Abstract

Motivation is the self-driving power of students to learn on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, motivation has a particular position to achieve goals. Therefore, without motivation, the learning process will not go well. Nowadays, often the social environment and the development of modern life affect student learning motivation. Because of that, the optimal role of the teacher is needed to foster student learning motivation. This study aims to determine 1) The purpose of the teacher as an intrinsic motivator of student learning in Islamic Religious Education Subjects in SD Negeri 05 Timur Pontianak (Elementary Schools). 2) The purpose of the teacher as a motivator for extrinsically learning students in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SD Negeri 05 Timur Pontianak. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation techniques. Based on the analysis results, the findings of this study are: 1) The role of the teacher as intrinsic learning motivator in students is done by increasing the desire of students to acquire skills in learning, obtaining information about science, hopes of achievement (academic and non-academic achievements) desire to be the best and hope to be accepted by parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasi Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Paccerakkang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pre-Experimental Design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan model One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV.A SD Inpres Paccerakkang berjumlah 29 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 33 nomor, yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Data di analisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan uji normalized gain (N-Gain) untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 60.66 sedangkan hasil posttest meningkat menjadi 86.97. Nilai rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0.68 berada pada kategori sedang, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media Quizizz. Selain itu, 93% siswa mencapai nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) setelah perlakuan, meningkat dari hanya 17% pada tahap awal. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaraninteraktif berbasis Quizizz efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa.

Abstract

Urf or community customs have an important role in the development of Islamic law. As one of the sources of law, 'urf is recognized in fiqhiyah rules as long as it does not contradict the shar'i nash. This research aims to analyze the role and application of 'urf in Islamic law with a historical approach and examine the fiqhiyah rules related to its use. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources, such as classical fiqh books, academic journals, and Islamic legal literature. The analysis is done descriptively-critically to understand the historical development of 'urf and its relevance in fiqhiyah rules. The results show that 'urf has a significant role in the development of Islamic law, especially in the context of legal adaptation to social and cultural changes. Historically, 'urf has been used by scholars as a basis in determining laws that are relevant to the context of society, as long as they do not conflict with the principles of sharia. Fiqhiyah rules such as al-'ādah muhakkamah (customs can be made into law) and Al-maslahah al-mursalah (interests that are not mentioned by the nash) become the main basis for applying 'urf. This finding confirms that 'urf can be a valid source of Islamic law as long as it meets certain criteria, such as not contradicting shar'i arguments and being common in society. Understanding 'urf is also important in the context of fatwa and contemporary Islamic legal policy. 'Urf acts as a dynamic instrument in Islamic law that allows flexibility in the application of sharia in accordance with social reality. This study contributes to understanding how Islamic law can remain relevant by considering the customs of society that do not contradict the principles of sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  : (1)  memperoleh profil perangkat penilaian autentik yang valid, efektif dan reliabel (2)  mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan mengunakan perangkat penilaian autentik (3)  mengetahui peningkatan partisipasi siswa dengan mengunakan perangkat penilaian autentik (4) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) sedangkan rancangan pengembangannya mengunakan model 4-D yang dimodifikasi. Siswa yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X.2 sebanyak 30 siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pangkajene. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui lembar angket motivasi, lembar observasi partisipasi dan tes hasil belajar kemudian data dianalisis dengan mengunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat penilaian autentik yang  dikembangkan meliputi tes kinerja, jurnal siswa dan LKS setelah dilakukan validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas, maka perangkat penilaian autentik ini dinyatakan   valid, praktis dan reliabel, sehingga layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika khususnya pada materi Suhu dan Kalor. Dengan kesimpulan a) profil perangkat penialain autentik yang valid, praktis dan reliabel, b) perangkat penilaian autentik  meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa , c) perangkat penilaian autentik  meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, d) perangkat penilaian autentik meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil deskriptif penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan perangkat penilaian autentik baik dan berada pada kategori terlaksana seluruhnya dengan  peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa 18,95%, partisipasi siswa meningkat sebesar 26,67% dan hasil belajar siswa 16,56%. Oleh karena itu disarankan ada  penelitian yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dengan menambah penilaia diri (self- asessesment) dan mengunakan penilaian autentik sebagai penilaian alternatif bagi guru yang profesional.Kata kunci: Penilaian    Autentik, Pembelajaran   Fisika, Motivasi, Partisipasi, Hasil Belajar FisikaThis study aims to: (1) obtain device profiles authentic assessment is valid, effective and reliable (2) to increase student motivation by using the authentic assessment (3) determine the increase of student participation by using the authentic assessment (4) determine the increase results student learning. This research is a development (Research and Development), while the design development using 4-D model of a modified. Students who become the subject of research is class student X.2 as many as 30 students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkajene. Research data collection is done through a questionnaire sheet motivation, observation sheets participation and achievement test and then the data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the device is an authentic assessment developed included performance tests, journals students and LKS after expert validation and limited testing, the device authentic assessment is declared valid, practical and reliable, making it feasible to use in teaching physics, especially on material temperature and Heat. With the conclusion of a) a device profile Penialain valid authentic, practical and reliable, b) the authentic assessment increases student motivation, c) the authentic assessment increases student participation, d) authentic assessment tools improve student learning outcomes. The results of descriptive study showed that the enforceability of the authentic assessment is good and is in the category entirely accomplished with increased 18.95% student motivation, student participation increased by 26.67% and 16.56% of student learning outcomes. It is therefore recommended no studies that are relevant to this study by adding penilaia self (self-asessesment) and using authentic assessment as an alternative assessment for professional teachers.Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Physical Education, Motivation, Participation, Learning Outcomes Physics
