Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response and yield of edamame soybean plantswith various doses of NPK Phonska fertilizer and different casgot which has been carriedout from October to December 2023, located in the "Tumuju Guyub" BlunyahrejoYogyakarta garden, Tegal Rejo District, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta.This study was carried out using a Complete Group Random Design (RAKL) with twofactors of casgot fertilizer and NPK phonska, there were 9 treatment combinations eachcombination repeated 3 times so that 27 experimental units consisting of 6 plants and 3plants were used as samples so that a total of 162 plants were obtained. The first factorwith the dose of casgot fertilizer is: 25 g/plant (K1), 50 g/plant (K2), 75 g/plant (K3). Thesecond factor of NPK Phonska dosage is: (P1) 100 g/plant, (P2) 200 g/plant, (P3) 300g/plant. The observation variables included plant height, number of leaves, number of podsper plant, number of productive pods, weight of tuberous pods per sample, weight oftuberous pods, wet weight of roots, length of roots, fresh weight of plants, dry weight ofplants, dry weight of roots, weight of fresh pods per hectare. The data from the observationresults used diversity source analysis (ANOVA) and the analysis was carried out usingDuncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of α = 5%. Based on the results of theanalysis, there was no interaction in the treatment of kasgot fertilizer, in growth and yieldat a dose of 100 g/plant, and in the administration of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose, ingrowth and yield there was in the administration of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose of 25g/plant.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of kasgot fertilizer dosage and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of curly chili plants (Capsicum annum L.) in polibag which was carried out from October to January 2024, located in the garden of “Tumuju Guyub” Blunyahrejo Yogyakarta, Tegal Rejo District, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research was carried out with 3 replications using a Complete Randomized Group Design (RAKL) with two factors of kasgot fertilizer and NPK , there were 9 treatment combinations, each combination was repeated 3 times so as to obtain 27 experimental units consisting of 5 plants and 3 plants were sampled so that the total was 135 plants. K1 (100 g/polibag kasgot dose), K2 (150 g/polibag kasgot dose), K3 (200 g/polibag kasgot dose), P1 (10 g/polibag npk dose), P2 (15 g/polibag npk dose), P3 (20 g/polibag npk dose). observation variables include plant height, number of leaves, root wet weight, root length, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, root dry weight, marketable weight, unsaleable weight, fruit weight per-hectare. Observation data using analysis of sources of variance (ANOVA) and Analysis is done using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of α = 5%. Based on the results of the analysis, by giving the dose treatment of pukuk kasgot and npk does not affect the growth and yield of curly chili plants.

Abstract

Lalat pengorok daun (Liriomyza sp.) merupakan salah satu hama penting yang menimbulkan kerugian kualitas pada budidaya krisan. Petani biasa menggunakan pestisida kimia sintetis untuk mengendalikannya. Pestisida nabati sebagai salah satu alternatif pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan dan sesuai dengan pedoman PHT masih belum dilaksanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengendalian pestisida nabati terhadap pengendalian hama pengorok daun (Liriomyza sp), pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman krisan (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat). Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di kubung (rumah plastik) lahan milik petani di Dusun Karang, Desa Gerbosari, Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, DIY. Ketinggian tempat ± 500 m dpl, jenis tanah latosol cokelat, suhu antara 20 - 300 C, kelembaban antara 80 - 90 %, pH tanah 5 - 6. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan September 2014 sampai dengan Januari 2015.Penelitian lapangan disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi pestisida (P) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : Pestisida nabati konsentrasi 0,5 % (P1), Pestisida nabati konsentrasi 1 % (P2), dan Pestisida kimia konsentrasi 0,1 % (P3). Faktor kedua adalah frekuensi pemberian pestisida (F) terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu: Frekuensi pemberian pestisida seminggu 2 kali (F1), dan Frekuensi pemberian pestisida seminggu 1 kali (F2). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tangkai bunga, diameter bunga, diameter tangkai bunga, bunga dan daun (bekas serangan hama dan penyakit), keadaan tangkai bunga, intensitas serangan Liriomyza sp., keefektifan relatif pengendalian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi pengaruh antara macam pestisida dan frekuensi pemberian terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Keefektivitas Relatif Pengendalian (KRP) pestisida nabati (90,47%) dengan pestisida kimia (85%) berpengaruh sama dalam mengendalikan serangan Liriomyza sp. pada pertumbuhan tanaman krisan. Frekuensi pemberian pestisida nabati dibandingkan kimia berpengaruh sama terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan, hasil, dan kualitas bunga potong krisan, tetapi menghasilkan lebih tinggi pada diameter tangkai bunga, diameter bunga, dan keadaan tangkai bunga.

Abstract

Penampilan hasil gabah dan karakter agronomi padi hibrida di lahan sawah berpengairan teknis, Godean, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Kajian keragaan hasil dan karakter agronomi lima varietas padi hibrida yaitu Hipa 8, Hipa 9, Hipa Jatim 2, Hipa 18 and Hipa 19 dilaksanakan di Godean, Sleman,Yogyakarta selama musim kemarau (MK) 2015. Bibit berumur 15 hari dengan satu bibit per lubang ditanam secara jajar legowo (tajarwo) 4:1, jarak tanam 25 x 12,5 x 50 cm, dengan 256.000 populasi tanaman. Luas plot per varietas adalah 2000 m2. Varietas tersebut digunakan sebagai perlakuan. Ciherang dan IR64 sebagai varieties populer yang ditanam dengan populasi yang sama oleh petani digunakan sebagai pembanding. Data dianalisis dengan uji t. Hipa 8 dan Hipa 19 memberikan hasil tertinggi (7,9 dan 7,5 t/ha) dibandingkan dengan varietas pembanding maupun varietas yang diuji lainnya. Hasil tertinggi pada Hipa 8 dan Hipa 9 tersebut didukung oleh komponen hasil utama yaitu jumlah gabah isi, jumlah gabah total, dan jumlah anakan produktif. Semua varietas yang dikaji berumur genjah sampai sedang, kecuali Hipa 9 dan Hipa Jatim 2 dengan umur tanaman masing-masing 120 dan 123 hari.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of shading and light intensity on several types of mustard plants. This research was conducted from April to May 2017 in Sumberejo Village, Semin Subdistrict, Gunungkidul Regency. This study was carried out by experimental factorial 3x3 aranged by split plot design wuth three replications , the first factor was the shading intensity: without shading, 50% shading, 75% shading and the second factor was the various of mustard plant that was consisted of green mustard, collard, and mustard spoon. The results of this study showed that there was interaction betwen shading and varians type of mustard plant on  fresh weight of plants, dry weight of the roots, and fresh weight of the plants of hectare. There was no interaction at plants height, leaf number, board leaf, fresh root weight, root dry weight, but shading with different intensity significantly affected the amount of chlorophyll, fresh weight of plant, root dry weight and weight of hectare. The 50% shading showed the best growth and result compared with 75% shading and without shading

Abstract

The aim of this research namely to know the Konsentrate and interval giving humic acid for growth of cane plant seeds (Saccarum Officinarum L). This is done at Sugar Factory Maduskismo PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), Padokan Village, Tirtonirmolo, Kasihan Sub, Bantul Regency, The research is done at march up to may. This research is arraged with RAKL desaign with two factor , first is konsentrate 4% (D1), 6% (D2), 8% (D3). The second factor is giving interval 15 days (I1), 30 days (I2), 45 days (I3). The variable which is used covers number of leaves, wide of leaves, groos weight of leaves, dry weight of analysis use varianty fingerprint (anova) and continued with the smallest real different test (BNT) with real leadder 5%. The result of giving humic acid show that there are interaction at stemdiameter variable, plant long, leaf long.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer dosage and when  trimming lateral shoots to growth and yield of curly chili plants. This research was conducted in Kukap, Poncosari, Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta with a height of 20 masl, regusol soil type, pH between 5.3 - 6.8 and average temperature 260 C - 380 C , and is held from September to December 2018. This study was conducted using a 2 x 2 + 1 control factorial experiment compiled in a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL). The treatment consists of two factors, the first factor is the treatment of pruning. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer. Each treatment was repeated three times. The results of the analysis showed that there were interactions between the two factors in the outcome variable, where the control treatment of pruning at 7 days and 14 days and the fertilizer dose of 1.25 tons/ha gave the highest fruit weight yield. Giving fertilizer doses and pruning times showed no significant effect on plant growth and quality

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the right concentration of rattlepod rhizobacteria and the number of seeds in pods on growth, yield and percentage of seeds in pods of peanut. The experiment was carried out in Sumber Gamol, Balecatur, Gamping, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Location of research altitude ± 94 m above sea level (masl), regosol soil type with soil pH 5,6 - 6,0 and temperatures between 24 - 32 oC, rain fall 2000 – 3000 cc year-1. The experiment was arranged by Design Split Plots. The main plots were the concentration of rattlepod rhizobacteria (K), namely 1%, 2% and 3%, the subplots were the number of seeds in pods (P), namely seed pods 1, 2 and 3, each treatment 3 replication. Observation variables included plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf fresh weight, number of flowers, number of pods, percentage of pods, percentage of seeds in pods, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, Relative Growth Rate (RGR) and seed weight per hectare. Data were analysis by analysis of variance followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test at 5% significance level. Analysis result showed there was no interaction between the combination of rattlepod rhizobacteria concentrations and the number of seeds in the pod on the entire observation variable. The concentration of rattlepod rhizobacteria does not increase the growth and yield of peanuts. The number of seed pods 1 and 2 increases growth but does not increase the yield of peanuts. Seed pods 2 produced the highest percentage of 2 seed pods, while seeded pods 3 produced a significant data result and a lower percentage of 2 seed pods, but 3 seeded pods increased

Abstract

This study discusses the interaction between planting with legowo jajar planting system on the growth and yield of rice plants. This study was arranged in a 3x2 factorial Complete Group Randomized Design (RAKL) with 3 replications. The first factor is the jajar legowo (J) plant system consisting of three initials, namely 2: 1 (J1), 4: 1 (J2), and 6: 1 (J3). The second factor is the spacing of 2 levels, namely the spacing of 20cm (P1) and spacing of 22cm (P2). The growth variables collected were tall plants, fresh heavy plants, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, weight of 1000 seeds, yield per hectare while the yield variable was the average plant height, mean of fresh plants, average number of tillers, average number of productive tillers, weight of 1000 seeds , average per hectare of all growth and yield variables. Data variables were analyzed with beginner's fingerprint error rate of 5% or average analyzed by DMRT at an error rate of 5%. The results of this study indicate that there was no interaction between legowo row treatments and spacing. However, the Jajar Legowo 2: 1 cropping system showed the best results on all research variables. Whereas the treatment of 20cm spacing shows the best results compared to the treatment of 22cm spacing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of goat fertilizer and Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from goat manure on the response of the best growth of cacao (Thebroma cacao L.) seeds. The research is a field experiment compiled in a Randomized Complete Group Design (RAKL). The study was conducted at the Nglanggeran Agricultural Technology Park (TTP) from April to July 2018. The treatment consisted of 4 combinations and 1 dick, namely: Provision of goat manure with a ratio of 1: 1, goat manure with a ratio of 1: 2 and fertilizer application liquid organic with a ratio (0.75) equivalent to 10 L / ha, the distribution of liquid organic fertilizer with a ratio (1.5) equivalent to 20 L / ha and control treatment. (Observations include plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter, fresh weight and plant dry weight). Observation data were analyzed with variance at 5% real level. Differences between treatments were tested by the DMRT Multiple Range Test at a 5% level. Based on the results of the study, the effect of the combination of goat manure and liquid organic fertilizer showed no significant difference (no interaction) with all nursery observation variables. The results of the response of the administration of goat manure did not occur significantly to any variable of nursery observation. The administration of liquid organic fertilizers did not occur in a significant difference to the variables of nursery observation. The treatment of liquid organic fertilizer was not significantly different from the control
