Abstract

Dijen Binakesmas posyandu Depkes RI (2009) found out that the performance of posyandu cadres decreased, it was known because the coverage of toddlers who came to posyandu fell from 60 % to 43% resulting in many children who do not receive posyandu services and can result in malnutrition. POSYANDU (Posyandu Service Post) is one form of community-based effort. The success of a posyandu is influenced by the active activities of a cadre. The TOPSIS method is one of the multicentric methods of decision-making. To simplify the assessment of cadre performance using the Technique for Order Preference method by Similarly to Ideal Solution. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of decision-making on the posyandu cadre performance appraisal with the topsis method. The criteria that are determined include age, education, occupation, years of service, achievements. The results of this study obtained that the alternative V6 with a value of 0.8242 was the performance of the best posyandu cadre.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a group of farmers who empower women to build an agricultural group. The activities of the farmer groups are agricultural cultivation and processing of agricultural products which can be useful for increasing farmers' income. However, the current income of farmers is still low due to a lack of media transactions and promotions. One of the ways to increase agricultural output is by utilizing farmer groups. This research was conducted at the Flamboyan Women Farmers Group (KWT), which is a group of women in Kalirejo Village, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency who have agricultural products that are processed into food products. The KWT has only been established for about a year and has ten members. However, KWT Flamboyan has not been able to promote its products widely in other regions. Until now, the promotion has been ineffective because it was done when there was a gathering. Therefore, to help increase sales of processed agricultural products. This study uses Android-based M-commerce as a medium for the transaction, promotion, communication, and information to increase the income of the farmer group. Researchers used a structured prototyping system development method with the interaction and system users and used a fishbone research framework to identify causes and effects in the group. In the discussion, the researcher uses the Context Diagram system design, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), interface design as an illustration of the information display design between the user and the system, the implementation of the program description of the interface design then the program is made and the analysis of the test results of this system is made to test the pages has been made and then tested whether the system needs to be evaluated or not. The results obtained are in the form of an Android-based M-commerce sales application that can be accessed online which can serve online sales transactions and can reduce expenses.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektifitas, tranparansi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah. peringkat e-government Indonesia berdasarkan survei PBB tahun 2016 Indonesia mendapat peringkat ke 116, sedangkan Provinsi Lampung masuk dalam kategori “Kurang” dibandingkan dengan provinsi lainnya di Sumatra. Tingginya penetrasi pengguna internet Indonesia dan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan telepon pintar Android menjadi faktor pendukung dalam penerapan web government di Pekon Sukoyoso. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan sistem web government berbasis Android untuk dapat mendukung dalam pengolahan informasi, mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat guna dalam mempromosikan produk unggulan Pekon Sukoyoso serta menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem web government berbasis Android ini adalah menggunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan pendekatan prototype. Implementasi web government berbasis Android dapat dibangun dan berjalan  dengan baik pada perangkat bersistem operasi Android dan menjadi kemudahan akses masyarakat dalam mempromosikan produk unggul Pekon Sukoyoso maupun komoditas lainnya kepada masyarakat luas dan menjadi upaya peningkatan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dengan menerapkan pelayanan publik berbasis Android

Abstract

This study introduces an innovative Android-based tryout and online examination application specifically designed for elementary schools, with a case study at SDN 2 Wates Timur. Traditional learning and evaluation methods in schools still heavily rely on face-to-face interactions, often lacking the efficiency offered by digital solutions. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of mobile technology tailored to the needs of young learners, enabling digital access to assessments and enhancing the overall learning experience. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, while the application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. Testing utilized black box methods on various Android devices to ensure compatibility. The results demonstrate improved efficiency in exam administration, simplified score recording for teachers, and reduced cheating among students. This application not only supports digital transformation in elementary education but also offers a replicable model for other schools seeking to integrate technology into their evaluation processes.

Abstract

Assistance for underprivileged students is called the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) which is government assistance in the form of cash given directly to students who come from poor families. BSM recipients are students who have been determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) based on the mechanism established has been determined. The ranking of beneficiaries can be done using a decision support system. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Weighted Product (WP) method have been widely used as support for decision making. results of both methods. Based on testing of 5 (five) students on the results of calculations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) methods, the highest values ​​are different. From the SAW method, the highest result was obtained by Alternative 4, namely, Erik Kristanto. And from the WP method the highest results are shown in Alternative 3, namely, Rehulina G.

Abstract

The development of today's information technology has become increasingly sophisticated and penetrated into various fields, one of which is education. In the world of education that really needs information, the website is expected to fulfill that information need. This high school has quite a lot of enthusiasts so that the management of new student data is a little more difficult and tends to be slow because the management is still manual. With this information system, later the registration process and data management will be able to run practically and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to design and build an online information system for new student admissions. Use case diagrams, squance diagrams and other tools ERD entity relationship diagrams. The next stage is implementing the system. The method used in system design is the waterfall method. In the design of this information system helps in making the information system by looking at the stages in the model starting from the requirements stage suitable for the development of the system that was first designed. The use of the waterfall method is able to provide convenience in managing website-based new student admissions and minimize errors that might occur in the system. After the system is created, prospective students who want to register will find it easier and do not have to meet face to face during registration.

Abstract

The quick advancement of innovation in the current period of globalization has given many advantages underway in different social angles. The utilization of innovation by people in assisting with finishing work is an unquestionable requirement throughout everyday life. This innovative improvement should likewise be trailed by advancements in Human Resources (HR).Humans as technology users must be able to take advantage of current technology, as well as develop the technology in the future. How to make an android-based guessing game application, with the guessing game using the can increase the intelligence of the students of SDN 1 Tias Bangun, with the research method of observation, documentation, the Android-based Guessing Game application was built using the Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 software and using a programming language java scripts. Based on the testing of the Android-based Guess Picture application, it can be concluded that the learning media is in the form of an Android-Based Educational Game to Improve Student Learning Outcomes at SDN 1 Tias Bangun.

Abstract

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of the lack of the role of technology in high schools. Researchers used the method of observation and interviews with stakeholders in schools, as well as using the SDLC design model. In making the school information system, researchers used several programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL as data storage (databases). The main objective of this research is to create a school information system that can assist schools, staff, and teachers in managing student and teacher data. This system is expected to facilitate activities in schools and reduce errors in data management. The school information system created by the researcher includes several features, such as student data management, teacher data management, inputting student grades, class schedules, and tuition payment services that are connected directly to the treasurer. All of these features are designed to make it easier for schools to manage various important data, especially teacher and student data. Researchers also pay attention to aspects of data security and privacy in making school information systems. Therefore, this system is equipped with user authentication and authorization features as well as an automatic data backup system. It is hoped that with a school information system created by researchers, schools can be more effective and efficient in managing teacher and student data, and can optimize business processes in schools. In addition, with the technology applied in schools, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education in schools and prepare students to face future challenges.

Abstract

Special Elementary Schools (SDLB), and Integrated Education, specifically for higher education levels, are not yet available. PP No. 17 of 2010 Article 129 paragraph (3) stipulates that students with disabilities consist of students who are: visually impaired; deaf; speech impaired; mentally disabled; quadriplegic; tunable; learning difficulties; slow to learn; Autistic. This research will focus on developing a learning identification model for SLB students with the development of Android-based information technology. To achieve an optimal student learning process, an expert system identification application for learning styles for students with disabilities was designed using an Android-based Expert System with a combination of the Forward Chaining method. The development of learning style identification was carried out at the Pringsewu Natural School using a software prototyping design model with desktop and online concepts. It is hoped that the combination of applications and tools will provide convenience for users, namely schools and teachers. Implementation of an Android-based digital system with a combination of an Expert System with the Forward Chaining Method with software design using Use Case Diagrams. This application will be a medium for measuring learning styles that is more effective and efficient and has high accuracy by testing results using black box testing. The system used to describe the model and flow of this application is Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams and uses a combination of decision trees with the Expert Forward Chaining concept with the Smart Learning concept. From the test results of the application used, the system was declared feasible and good with an accuracy of 97% using it.

Abstract

Madrasah Ibitidaiyah yang sering di sebut MI merupakan sekolah setingkat Sekolah Dasar  dibawah naungan kementerian agama. MI Al Fajar Pringsewu merupakan madrasah yang intens mendidik siswanya dengan konsep pendidikan ahlak mulia berpengetahuan luas dan menerapkan teknologi dalam beberapa mata pelajaran agar memudahkan pemahaman dan penghafalan. Salah satu teknologi yang di kembangkan adalah Aplikasi pengenal huruf dengan berbasis Android. Dalam aplikasi ini di kenalkan tiga konsep penghafalan huruf yaitu Hijaiyah (Arab), Hiragana (Japan) dan Alfabet. Dengan menguji coba Aplikasi ini di dapatkan hasil bawana sistem berbaias Androin dapat mempermudah hafalan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Fajar Pringsewu.
