Abstract

AbstrakPerpustakaan merupakan salah satu akses untuk mencari informasi,  terutama perpustakaan sekolah yang sangat penting bagi guru dan siswa untuk mencari sumber informasi dari bahan pustaka yang tersedia di perpustakaan sekolah. Produk utama perpustakaan adalah informasi. Perpustakaan sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi setiap sekolah dasar supaya dapat membantu penyelesaian masalah bagi siswa/i maupun dewan guru. Metode Weighted Product dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam perangkingan sekolah dasar calon penerima bantuan perpustakaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mencari bobot setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan sekolah dasar yang akan menerima bantuan perpustakaan. Dalam penentuan perangkingan sekolah dasar calon penerima perpustakaan diperlukan kriteria-kriteria, yaitu : Jumlah Buku, Jumlah Judul Buku, Kondisi Buku, Frekwensi Layanan, Daya Minat Baca Siswa/i, Koleksi Perpustakaan. Hasil yang dicapai sistem pengambilan keputusan menghasilkan 7 alternatif rekomendasi sekolah dasar yang disarankan, dengan 3 nilai alternatif tertinggi yaitu: SDN 1 Sendang Agung, SDN 5 Sendang Mulyo, SDN 1 Sendang Mulyo. Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan, SPK, Sekolah Dasar, Weighted Product, Bantuan AbstractThe library is one of access to seek information, especially the school library which is very important for teachers and students to find the source of information from library materials available in the school library. The main product of the library is information. Libraries are urgently needed for every elementary school anywhere to help solve problems for students and teachers. The Weighted Product method can help decision making in primary school rankings of potential beneficiaries of library assistance. Research is done by finding the weight of each attribute, then done the primary school ranking process that will receive library assistance. In determining the ranking of primary school candidates the required criteria, that is: Number of Books, Number of Book Titles, Book Condition, Frequency of Service, Interest Reading of Students, Library Collection. The results of the decision making system resulted in 7 alternative recommended of primary school, with 3 highest alternative values that is: SDN 1 Sendang Agung, SDN 5 Sendang Mulyo, SDN 1 Sendang Mulyo. Keywords : Library, Decision Making System, Primary School, Weighted Product Method.

Abstract

Digital-based sales technology or often known as electronic commerce has increased very rapidly as felt at the moment. With very fierce trade competition, the Gantiaras Cooperative in collaboration with two STMIK Pringsewu Higher Education Institutions, STIE Trisna Negara provides advisory services for home industry business owners who are members of the Bukaaras Cooperative to have a digital-based sales platform with the concept of mobile commerce. This Community Service activity aims to provide an understanding for the Members of the Cooperative Cooperative on how to market digital-based handicraft products, food, clothing, services and services. From this activity the members of the Gentiaras Cooperative who have a home industry business can market products quickly, precisely and safely so that customers can provide convenience for customers.

Abstract

Smart home adalah salah satu dari sistem pengedali rumah yang mememberikan kenyamanan kepada pemilik rumah untuk mengendalikan peralatan elektronik menggunakan android. Konsep dari smart home adalah sebuah sistem yang ditujukan untuk rumah agar kita dapat tinggal dengan nyaman. Konsep ini dapat diterapkan dengan mengatur peralatan elektronik pada rumah kita. Dengan pengembangan teknologi kita dapat mengambil keuntungan dari android sebagai home controller. Sistem saklar pada lampu dapat digantikan dengan menggunakan perangkat relay dan di kendalikan melalui sebuah perangkat mikrokontroler berbasis jaringan sehingga dapat terhubung ke smart phone yang telah terinstall program pengendali smart home. Kata Kunci: smart home, relay, mikrokontroler, smart phone.ABSTRACT Smart Home is one of the house control system that gives convenience to the house owner to control electronic devices using android. The smart home concept is a system aimed at our house so that we can comfortably live there. This concept can be applied by managing the electronic devices in our house. With the development of the technology we can take advantage from android to serve as a home controller. Switch system in lamp can be replaced by using relay devices and controlled by a network -based microcontroller so it can be connected to a smart phone that has a smart home controller program installed. Abstract

Teknologi informasi bergerak semakin maju dan berkembang dari setiap masanya.salah satu sistem yang banyak digunakan pada saat ini adalah telepon selular(smartphone) terutama telepon pintar(Smartphone), salah satu jenis smartphone menggunakan sistem operasi android. Untuk memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini untuk mensosialisasikan SMK Multazam kepada masyarakat, maka dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi informasi berbasis android. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan sistem aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan lokasi dan profil SMK Multazam Gisting. Tahapan dalam metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tahap observasi, tahap wawancara, dan tahap pustaka. Metode pengebangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall.untuk membangun sistem aplikasi tersebut menggunakan App Invertor. Desain sistem tersebut menggunakan perancangan flowchart, use case diagram, class diagram. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMK Multazam Gisting menghasilkan suatu aplikasi informasi SMK Multazam Gisting berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari informasi terhadap SMK Multazam Gisting.

Abstract

These changes in the performance of course affect the effectiveness of public services and the performance of the village apparatus, starting from the service system of the apparatus, the productivity of the apparatus, and the accountability of the apparatus in carrying out government affairs delegated by the Regent. Given the pandemic situation which is gradually easing, the government has again changed the work system for personal public services while still adhering to health protocols. The return of the old model of public administration performance system certainly affects the productivity and accountability of the village apparatus. This research was conducted to measure the Performance of Village Apparatus in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung using the Weighted Product Method which is a decision-making method using multiplication that connects the value of the criteria, where the value for each criterion must be raised to the power of the weight of the criteria concerned. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because it could complete every existing alternative. The function of the Weighted Product Method determines the weight value for each alternative and the assessment criteria which have been determined. There are seven criteria used in this study. Those criteria are Education, Productivity, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Accountability, Facilities, and Income per Per-capita. The results of this study are the development of a model which can be used as a benchmark for assessing village officials in Kalirejo village, Central Lampung as a trial object of research. This decision-making model can also be implemented with a mobile web application for a broader range of measurements with larger data.

Abstract

Data collection for toddlers and pregnant women using an Android-based application can help in the early handling of health problems, especially for toddlers and pregnant women. Early detection and treatment of health problems for toddlers and pregnant women is important to minimize the occurrence of errors in data collection and handling. Dependence on the presence of a village midwife is very high, especially for toddlers and pregnant women. One of them is a problem which occurs in the information system for data collection for toddlers and pregnant women which is still manual in inputting the data, so it is not efficient and has to input data for toddlers and pregnant women one by one and this is very time-consuming. Based on this, the researcher provides a solution to the village apparatus so that the information system is more adequate by developing an android-based application for data collection information for toddlers and pregnant women. This data collection research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method so that the results can be more accurate. The researcher has developed an easy system for users to search for data on toddlers and pregnant women so that it is easier without having to search one by one, and users can also delete or add data easily.

Abstract

Current technological advances are increasingly rapid and very modern especially in the IT field. Making the NB Cell counter often has difficulty in helping consumers to determine the type and type of mobile phone because many brands and prices are offered, to make it easier for users to choose the type of mobile phone to make a decision support system according to the data obtained at the N’B Cell counter. Data collection used in this study includes observation and interview methods at the N'B Cell counter, after the data obtained methods used the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, to determine the decision support system using PHP and Mysql as a database. For system design, three main criteria are needed, namely price, specifications, design. This study produces information in the form of an order of priority priorities for mobile phone selection, the result of comparison of values between alternatives using the analytical hierarchy process method. The simulation results that have been done obtained an alternative priority sequence with the acquisition of Xiaomi priority values with priority values of 19%, Oppo 17%, Vivo 19%, Samsung 28% and Nokia 15%. then the recommended cellphone in decision making is Samsung with the first priority of 28%. Users of this system must know about the problems of criteria and alternatives as well as knowledge about AHP for decision making on handphone selection using the AHP method

Abstract

Sepak takraw is played by two regus, each consisting of three players. One of the three players shall be at the back and he is called a Tekong. The other two players shall be in front, one on the left and the other on the right. Having volley kicked a throw from the net by a team mate, the ball must then travel over the net to begin play. During the service, as soon as the Tekong kicks the ball, all the players are allowed to move about freely in their respective courts. The novel approach is the integration within a Tsukamoto's Fuzzy reasoning and inferences for evidential reasoning based on Dempster-Shafer theory. Sepak takraw is a highly complex net-barrier kicking sport that involves dazzling displays of quick reflexes, acrobatic twists, turns and swerves of the agile human body movement. Because of the human’s involvement in the game, the Fuzzy Logic type reasoning are the most appropriate. The individual rule outputs of Tsukamoto's Fuzzy reasoning scheme are crisp numbers, and therefore, the functional relationship between the input vector and the system output can be relatively easily identified. The result reveals that if  Tekong is kick far and front player is kick near then another regu's player is kick far, if  Tekong is kick near and front player is kick far then another regu's player is kick near, moreover possibility of kicking range is another regu's player is kick far in kicking range.

Abstract

Technological developments in the world of education have led to many innovations to support education such as online learning in the learning process amid the Covid19 pandemic. Changes in learning methods that occur suddenly from conventional learning methods or directly switch to distance learning methods or using online learning media greatly impact and affect students who come from underprivileged families and students who are in areas where internet access and infrastructure are lacking. support. This study aims to create a classification model for measuring the effectiveness of online learning in the Pringsewu area using the classification method. The classification method is used to classify data based on the nature of the data that has been recognized by each class. Various methods can be used to classify data, namely the C4.5 Algorithm method. The results of the research carried out are a design classification model for measuring the effectiveness of online learning in the Pringsewu area such as Internet Access, Network Infrastructure,  Learning Media, Device Networks, Mastery of Technology Operations, School ICT Infrastructure, Learning Concepts, Motivation in Online Learning, Understanding of Learning Materials.Keywords—Design, Effectiveness, Online Learning, C4.5 Algoritm

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises are known to the public as BUMDes according to Government Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Establishment, Management, and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises to manage assets, services, and other businesses for the welfare of the village community. BUMDes is one of the agencies working in the economic and social fields as a provider of agents to the community, especially in the village business sector. The problem in this study is that the recording of goods sold often results in errors in the details of the number of goods sold and the stock of goods that are still available at BUMDes Mekar Jaya. As a result, it interferes with the business marketing process because the available goods data is less accurate. The research method used in this research is data collection method, information system development method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and fishbone diagram research flow. The analysis result of this study is that the web-based inventory application system at BUMDes Mekar Jaya in Panjerejo Village, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency has explained that by making a web-based inventory application system at BUMDes Mekar Jaya can improve work performance more, precisely and accurately. So, it can make it easier to work on reports of incoming goods or outgoing goods. For the manufacture of the application system, the researcher uses the PHP programming language and the MySQL database which is supported by several related applications. In this study, researchers also conducted testing using black box testing. A black box is a way to perform tests such as the functions which exist in the application to make it easier for general users. With the application system, this inventory can be used simultaneously with the old system so that within a certain time the old system can be abandoned and the new system can be fully used effectively.
