Beef consumption in Indonesia keeps increasing, but the increase has not been balanced with the addition of an adequate production. The rate of population increase beef cattle is relatively slow, 4.23% in 2007. The productivity of the livestock affected by the feed factors, management and breeding. The problem often encountered breeders is the availability of feed, which feed given to livestock contain nutrients that are low so will affect the availability of feed and digestibility of nutrients that impact low produkt ivitas cattle. Based on cases occurs, then the system is built on this research is "beef cattle feed composition optimization using genetic algorithm and simulated annealing". Methods used in beef cattle feed composition optimization on this system using a genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. The purpose of merging algorithm and genetic simulated annealing (SA) is to make use of the advantages of simulated annealing that are able to survive are facing local optimum and the search process which is controlled by the temperature to be used in cover lack of genetic algorithms. The results of the testing that has been done progressively smaller values popsize and iterations, the greater the value of tn and t0 then the more likely genetic algorithm and simulated annealing to get better results than the algorithm Genetics alone, otherwise the larger value of popsize and iterations, the smaller value of tn and t0 the small possibility of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing for getting better results., genetic algorithm, simulated annealing

Red chili pepper (Capsicum annum l.) is one of the many vegetable commodities consumed by the people of Indonesia, both as a food and flavoring the fulfillment of nutrition. Chilli needs in Indonesia from year to year has increased steadily. However, up to this time chili production in Indonesia is still not able to satisfy the needs of the community. This is because the fluctuating production with low productivity belong. loss can achieve 40-50%. Directorate General of Horticulture mentions that in the year 2012, the level of damages to crops of chili in Indonesia caused by pests and diseases reach 35%. Tsukamoto Fuzzy method is a method that has a tolerance on the data and very flexible. The advantages of the method are namely Tsukamoto is intuitive and can give feedback based on information that is not accurate, qualitative, and ambiguous. The required variable in this study are antraknosa symptoms on chili. The accuracy of the test results was 88.33%.

Goatshare one source of animal protein that is in demand by Indonesian people after cattle and chickens. However, disease in goats is an important thing that must be considered, because it can cause harm to farmers and can even cause livestock deaths. The problem of recognizing the symptoms of goat disease can be solved by using the system. So a system was made to identify diseases in goats, so that farmers could find out the types of diseases that attacked and handled them appropriately. The method used is fuzzy tsukamoto. Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is one method that can be used to process the value of symptom input to identify disease. The initial step of this method includes the value of the symptom of the disease. Then do fuzzification calculations, inference calculations and defuzzification calculations. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out in this study, the accuracy of the 50 test data is 94%.

Indonesia has the potential of a large farm with superior products such as dairy cattle and beef cattle, the superior products of these farms are growing and concentrated in the development area of ​​the production center. With large amounts of production, the need for animal protein in Indonesia is increasing with increasing public awareness of the importance of nutritional intake. Therefore, the health of livestock raised by farmers is important to meet the nutritional needs and in addition to income for the livestock owners themselves. Promethee is a method of determining the order (priority) in multicriteria analysis. The key issues are simplicity, clarity, and stability. Promethee method is well used for the diagnosis of disease in cattle because it produces an accuracy of 92.73%.

Cattle are animals that have a lot of economic potential. Diseases of cattle can be spread quickly, and can make the cattle dead. Diseases of cattle can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. To prevent diseases of cattle is not continues, the farmers of cattle must know about diseases in animal cow, so it can do the prevention and treatment as early as possible. To diagnosis which diseases that attack cattle, it is necessary to build an diagnosis systems. This diagnosis on diseases of cattle is using Bayesian Network method. The diagnosis process is done by entering the facts of the symptoms on cattle and then calculated by using Bayesian Network. The result of this system is the diagnosis of diseases that attack the cattle with the recommendation of its control solution. Based on the results of the test that coducted in this study resulted an accuracy of 93.33%, so it can be concluded this expert system to diagnosis diseases on cattle using Bayesian Network is able to work well.

The injury is common place occurs in a sports game. The risk of injury is a State when the individual risk hazards due to perceptual deficit gets or physiological, lack of awareness about the dangers, or old age. Injuries that are often experienced by invistasi futsal futsal players between HIGH SCHOOL/Central Java-se Equal the year 2013, namely the head injuries that often occur in the eyes of 31.8%, upper limb injuries often occur at the wrist, 33 3%, a lower limb injury often occurs in the knee injury to 36% and togok an injury often occurs at the waist 65.38%. Being the overall percentage of injuries that happen on most body limbs down 47.18%, especially on the knees of 36%. Fuzzy K-NN classification is a method that combines technique with fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor Classifier. Algorithms of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor gives value to the membership class on test data rather than putting test data on a particular class. FK-NN classification is a method used to predict the test data using the value of the degrees of membership test data on each class. The required variable in this study was injury symptoms. Highest accuracy of the test results is when K = 5 the value of 94,29%.

Among commodities, vegetable chilli is vegetables that have the highest economic potential, and the area of pertanaman including the widest chilies among other vegetables (Darmawan and Pasandaran 2000). However, the level of productivity of the chili belongs is still low. Fuzzy K-NN classification is a method that combines technique with fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor Classifier. Algorithms of Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor gives value to the membership class on test data rather than putting test data on a particular class. F-KNN classification is a method used to predict the test data using the value of the degrees of membership test data on each class. The required variable in this study was chilli plant disease symptoms. Highest accuracy of the test results is when K = 5 the value of 92%.

Seed Laboratory BPTP East Java is one of provincial government work units that was appointed as the technical implementer to conduct a study in seed growth. Currently this facility is developing automatic watering device based on soil humidity sensor, but the device cannot predict the volume of water needed in order to keep the soil moisture. With the help of humidity sensor on device and expert's knowledge, the observations dataset of soil moisture to the waters volume requirement are obtained. This study was conducted to implements linear regression method so that the device can perform predictions based on dataset patterns as an equation. The accuracy of prediction results with this method is measured by the coefficient of determination. The coefficient of determination can be decreasing due to the arising of observation outliers because Inaccuracy of observation results. The solution from this study is using evolution strategies with information criteria as comparison for detecting observation outliers to eliminated. After eliminating 6 observations outliers were detected by evolution strategiess in this study, shows increase in the coefficient of determination from 0.9673 to 0.9935

Rabbit is one of the many pets maintained by the general public in Indonesia. Like others pet, rabbits are also susceptible to various diseases. This will cause harm to rabbit farmers if not treated properly. Most rabbit farmers have difficulty identifying the type of rabbit disease and the way of treatment, so they should consult directly with the veterinarian to get the right solution. To fix this problem, then in this research a system was created to help rabbit farmers in identifying diseases in rabbits quickly and precisely. The system is made in the platform android application so users can diagnose diseases flexibly whenever and wherever. This research using Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to calculate recommendations for diseases detected. In application, begins with the formation of fuzzy sets. Then rule formation in the inference machine using the MIN implication function. The final step is calculating the z value of each rule using a weighted average. The biggest z value is used as a recommendation for a detected disease. The data used were 16 types of rabbit disease with 49 symptoms of the disease obtained from interviews with one of the veterinarians in Malang City. The results of the implementation and testing of accuracy in this research amounted to 95% of the 20 test data indicating that the system was working properly.

Road damage is one of the many problems experienced in Indonesia, especially in the capital city, such as Makassar as the capital of South Sulawesi Province and becoming focus of problems that must be resolved by the local government Unfortunately, there is no balance between the number of damage roads and the budget. So, the government needs a system to help the government in recommending road improvements based on factors that can be quantified. This thesis will discuss the application of AHP-TOPSIS method to determine road priority recommendations to be repaired. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in this case will play a role in the weighting process and continue with the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method to calculate the shortest distance between the alternative with the value of the positive ideal solution. AHP method includes several processes, such as normalization, calculation of eigen vector values, calculation of index value consistency and calculation of the value of consistency ratio. While the TOPSIS method includes several processes namely normalization, calculation of positive and negative ideal matrices then proceed with the calculation of the maximal measure max value and separation measure min. This system uses data from 78 data which form the basis of calculations and 10 road recommendation data which become test data. The application of the AHP-TOPSIS method to determine priority recommendations for road repair in Makassar using various factors such as: good road conditions, moderate road conditions, damaged road conditions, severely damaged road conditions and LHR (average daily traffic). From this study obtained an accuracy value of 70% due to the difference between the results of system trials with data obtained from the Public Works Office of the City of Makassar.
