Mango productivity can compete with the rapid local and export markets which are opportunities for Indonesian farmers, but farmers must increase the yield of mangoes to increase marketing competitiveness due to the various inhibiting aspects including diseases. In the Mango Plant Diagnosis System Using the Naive Bayes Method aimed to assist farmers in overcoming the problem of diagnosing mango plant diseases. This system wad built based on the problems that occurred in farmers, namely the difficulty in recognizing the types of mango plants, due to the many similarities in the symptoms of mango plant diseases. Mangoes have long been felt by farmers causing the deflation of mangoes' crop yields. In 2015 a decrease of 10.39 percent from 2014 was 2.43 million tons to 2.17 million tons. Naive Bayes method which selected in this study was a method used to predict probability. This system was used on Android systems, because it was quite efficient and popular among the public. The results of testing this study indicate that, in testing the accuracy of 30 test data get an accuracy rate of 87.5%.

The transportation vehicle most used by the public today is motorcycles. According to data from the national statistics center, 81.5% of the transportation equipment used by the public is motorcycles from all transportation equipment in Indonesia. Motorcycles have advantages compared to other transportation equipment such as low maintenance costs, affordable prices, economical fuel and low maintenance costs. On motorcycles there can also be various problems with the engine which can interfere with driving comfort or even accidents. Many of the motorcycle riders have little knowledge of motor engine damage. Of the many classification methods that can be used to repair machine damage, one of them is the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MK-NN) method. The method studied the pattern of previous examination data based on symptoms of demage with eucledian distance calculation process, calculation of validity value and weighted voting calculation that the end result is used for class classification determination based on predetermined value of k. To identify damage to a motorcycle engine by using 9 types of damage with 13 symptoms and a total of 110 training data. The highest accuracy obtained from the test results was 86.67%.

Potato is one of the potential plant to be grown by people. The production and productivity of potato in indonesia decreases each year. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) takes a note of the potato production in Indonesia and it is getting reduction of 9.82% from 1.176.304 ton in 2009 to 1.060.805 ton in 2010. The potato productivity also decreases from 16.51 t/ha in 2009 to 15.95 t/ha in 2010. The problem which causes its decreasing productivity is pest attacks and disease, so it needs a system which can help to diagnose it since early time from the pest attacks and the diseases of potato. Method which can be applied to solve the problem in diagnosing the disease as well as doing the prediction is by using K-nearest neighbor (kNN). Based on the functional testing, the disease diagnosis system in potato plants works well according to the design requirements and successfully implemented in the form of a software. In this study, the number of K have little effect on the accuracy, because after being tested, it turns out that the more the k value does not guarantee its accuracy, and vice versa. The K-nearest neighbor method is good for the diagnosis of potato plants because it produces result an average accuracy of 91.785%.

The search pattern is one of the ways that you can use to specify the search in the form of recommendations suggest that appears on the internet user's browser, by looking at how often the Web sites visited by the users simultaneously other Internet. Research on the hidden patterns that are found in the database into a field that is in great demand these days. In the hidden pattern, there is some useful information. Large-scale data will have difficulty when analyzed with simple data analysis so that it takes a special technique to be able to analyze large scale data, i.e. data mining. The results of the analysis will result in a sistem that would later figure out patterns of internet users accessing a website from the results of analysis of the association between websites that are frequently opened simultaneously, after knowing the pattern It then can be used as a recommendation sistem search. So, in this study using a sales transaction data to determine patterns of sales by using Association Rule algorithm and Modified-a priori from data mining. Association Rule is a method for finding interesting relationships hidden in data by using the calculation of the value of the support and confidence. Algortime Modified-a priori is the development of the a priori algorithms searching frequent itemset with joining processes (join) and pruning (prune) and produce a faster time efficiency using hash compared with the a priori algorithms. The technique used is the hash with the hash map. The data used in this research is the internet user search data retrieved from history browser internet users as much as 20 users with the number of transactions by as much as 300 transactions. The results of this research have the minimum value of the highest support i.e. 34.11% and generates the rule amounted to 2. Minimum confidence highest i.e. 80.00% and generates the rule amounted to 3. The length of the itemset that is formed are 2-and 3-itemset. Obtained as a rule that has a lift ratio of more than 1.

The judge is an official who can try in a court of law in a country. Every day the head of the court makes a judge's decision to handle cases of various types and classifications. Cases that are registered by the plaintiff for each day have an average of 8 to 10 cases and for each week 35 to 40 cases. Whereas the judge's appointment time is quite short, which is a maximum of 3 days and at least 1 day. The head of the court experienced a difficulty in making a judge's decision because of the fairly short amount and timing of the stipulation. Then a system is needed that hopes to help the effectiveness of the selection of a judge so that the determination of the judge is faster and does not exceed the predetermined time limit. The method used in determining this judge is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The criteria used are leadership, cases handled, and length of decision. Each criterion has sub-criteria, namely: cases handled have the same type and classification sub-criteria, different types but the same classification, different types and classifications. The length of the verdict has sub-criteria is not good, the decision is long enough, long the decision is good, and the decision is very good for a long time. Leadership has sub-criteria of chairpersons, member judges, and single judges. The system output results in 5 alternative order judges with the highest to lowest values. Spearman rank correlation method as a method of testing the results of the system with results from experts. From the tests that have been done, it is obtained a correlation value of 0.646, the value means that the correlation obtained from the comparison of system results and experts is a strong correlation.

Bulai disease disease that infects of a corn plant and sorghum .Bulai caused by fungi peronosclerospora spp. Bulai disease caused by fungi peronosclerospora spp .Is one of the problems that have frequently afflicted by grower of corn , not only in indonesia but also all over the world. In indonesia bulai disease causing loss of field 50-80 %.Even in south sulawesi, bulai disease can result in loss of the reached 90 %. Climate factors as humidity and air temperature significantly impacted on the development of peronosclerospora spp . Especially on the wetness in over 80 % and temperature 28- 30°C and the existence of dew. But many farmers are still experience crop failure because of the trees did not notice that the trees were infected by bulai or late know if their plants bulai and do not know how to handle bulai .Hence there is a need for the tools to diagnose a disease of plants bulai early. data onBased on the background detailed, in this study author choose a method of fuzzy tsukamoto to build a system in diagnosing disease bulai in corn. uses the fuzzy tsukamotoâ€. The data used in the application is the data on symptoms of disease of bulai. in cornThe output of application be diagnosis information detected disease bulai in corn or not. The results of the system in the form of output for it easy for users in knowing about of illnesses suffered by the. The fuzzy tsukamoto to research it uses rule and degrees membership dissimilar to any symptoms depend on the maximum and minimum membership than degrees set user and the best result obtained when the inputan are at the limit below the value minimal or above the maximum. Gold is a precious metal which is one of the important roles in people's daily lives. Gold jewelry is usually sold in large places such as markets to small shops. The rise and fall of the sales of gold obtained by the seller is difficult to predict, one of the contributing factors is the uncertain gold price following the fluctuation of the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar. Though knowing the results of future sales can help the seller to know the benefits and losses in the coming period. Therefore, it takes a system that functions to do forecasting to find out the results of automatic gold sales with the Exponential Smoothing method which is one of the forecasting methods that can perfect a forecasting result by smoothing on past values ​​that function to produce forecasting values. Then, error evaluation of forecasting results was performed with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The lowest MAPE results obtained were located in the SES method when the parameter α = 0.4 with a value of 56.64. Based on the MAPE value that has been obtained using the three methods on Exponential Smoothing, the results obtained above 50, then the Exponential Smoothing method is not suitable to be used to calculate forecast sales of gold.

In the world of law as in Indonesia, a court is needed to conduct a trial. An institution that has the authority to deal with the case is the District Court, where there are parties who assist in resolving it. The substitute registrar is the party in charge and handles incoming officers. Determination of what is done in choosing who carries out the task is still done by appointment. This results in the appointment of a substitute clerk indirectly affecting the handling of case decisions to be resolved due to several criteria considerations. However, in determining the replacement clerks there is still no assessment for each criterion that will be used so that the results obtained are less than optimal. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) is one method that is able to overcome this problem. The test uses the Spearman correlation test method in determining the substitute clerks based on the results of expert rankings with system rankings. The results of testing the level of the system ranking relationship to the ranking of experts using 496 datasets obtained the results of the Spearman correlation average of 0.370376 which means having a moderate relationship. So that it can be concluded that the incompatibility of expert ranking results with system ranking is because there is a large correlation test value that is inversely proportional to the data specified.

Shoe treatment business is a sub business from developing conventional laundry with more complex and specific technic. This kind of business is a new one for the market, because all they know how to treat their shoe is just by washing it regularly. Actually the market potential for this business is promising, because shoe is daily essential for everyone's activity and of course it's part of the appearance to make a better looks. This business was known by the market in the early 2009, it was started by some accounts offering their service on the forum such as Kaskus, till the early 2012 this business has a bigger market due to the education of the people. The technic, tools, and stuff for shoe treatment had to be advance. By the time because of gaining demand of the market, the competition in this business is getting real. There so many business had to close too soon because cant do the strategical business plan, one of it was how to predict the service capacity. Therefore from that problem there is a method that could be useful for predicting the service capacity, using the Artificial Neuron Network method. By counting the process from the backpropagation and looking for the smallest output is 0,01616 of MSE to decide the most accurate number of the prediction.

In the world of industry the application of Polyurethane wheels are commonly used for factory and warehouse. At CV. Sumber Rejeki Teknik is a manufacturer of Polyurethane based wheels that focuses on making wheels for forklifts and trolleys. In manufacturing Polyurethane wheels, CV. Sumber Rejeki Teknik uses several Polyurthane materials because with a number of different material variations and characteristics, it is necessary to look for the best material for making Polyurethane wheels with the appropriate preferences and at low prices. Use the Simple Additive Weighting Method to find recommendations for the best material with a ranking form, the results of the agreement using the Simple Additive Weighting method then evaluating it using the Spearman Rank Correlation and Rank Correlation method. The results obtained based on the testing showed that the accuracy for forklifts was 58.333% and for trolleys was 41,666%. In testing carried out using Spearman Rank Correlaton the results for forklifts were 0.21678 and for trolleys were 0.24475.
