Abstract

Yukmoco is a bookstore domiciled in the city of Surabaya. Yukmoco sells products indirectly through various warehouse partners. Yukmoco stores its products in multiple cities according to where the warehouse partners are located. The business process carried out by Yukmoco still has several problems. Among this problem is that the system currently owned by Yukmoco can only make purchases at one warehouse partner in one transaction. Another problem that occurs is the need to monitor orders placed by buyers. The web-based E-Commerce system was developed to solve existing problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall model, which uses an object-oriented approach. The system was developed with the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework, and the database used is a relational database using MySQL. The developed system has been tested using unit testing on the 3 main methods of the system with valid results. Integration testing is carried out on 2 related methods to produce valid test results. Validation testing was carried out on 22 functional requirements to have valid results. Compatibility testing states that the system can run well on 5 popular web browsers. The results of usability testing with the SUS method obtained a result of 79, which means the system is acceptable to users.

Abstract

Startups are business entities that have a small scope. Nevertheless, startups are not free from some problems. One of them is the Botanis Kota Startup. This startup has a problem with the division of work duties, which is mostly done by business owners. With a website to make transactions and orders, it is hoped that it can reduce the owner's workload. The steps taken in conducting this research use the Waterfall software research method. This research begins with a literature study, then conducts requirements engineering for the system, system design, system implementation, and system testing. In requirement elicitation step, the results obtained are system requirements consisting of 42 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Next, the design results in a software design that is made in accordance with the needs of the needs analysis. After the design is complete, implementation is carried out with the PHP programming language using the YII framework and MySQL database. At testing stage, the results obtained from unit testing using the highest cyclomatic complexity is worth 10 and the function test of 3 sample components and software integration is 100% valid, then validation testing of 42 functional requirements and 100% valid value, then compatibility testing found there were minor problems that did not affect the main functions in Safari and Firefox browsers. The results of the tests carried out, the system built has met the requirements of functional and non-functional needs of the problems found in the case study taken at Botanis Kota Startup.

Abstract

Hikmah Jaya Plastik Jombang is a shop providing various plastics and cake ingredients located in Jombang Regency. The problem that employees often complain about is the inventory calculation process which takes about one hour every day before the store closes, Frequent calculation errors made by the shop cashier due to errors in writing or reading the total of items on the sales transaction notes also become the case in this process. In supervisor's term, there is also an error resulting from the validation of the existing goods, this can occur due to the possibility that the sales transaction note is lost before the stock calculation is carried out. Employee also finds difficulty in monitoring the amount of goods, and this prolongs the process of restocking. Based on these problems, a goods management information system was developed. System development is carried out using an object-oriented approach and using the SDLC waterfall. Research sequentially includes literature studies, requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, conclusions and suggestions. The requirements engineering phase showed 42 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The design phase includes architectural design, component design and database design. The implementation phase is executed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. The unit testing phase was carried out using the white box testing approach with 100% valid results. Validation testing was carried out using black box testing approach with 100% valid results. Compatibility testing was carried out on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers with 100% valid results.

Abstract

Lecturers are a profession that has an important role in the world of higher education, they are professional educators as well as scientists who provide their knowledge to college students. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, lecturers must have a certificate as professional lecturers, which can be obtained from Pekerti AA training. Pekerti AA training is a training program for lecturers that focuses on improving the quality of learning at the university where they work. The Pekerti AA training management application will focus on making it easy for training applicants to register and find all information related to training, as well as making it easier for the committee to manage applicant data. In the process of designing the Pekerti AA application, a good user experience is needed. To get a good user experience, a human-centered design development method is needed. The testing procedure necessitates usability testing and also filling out the UE questionnaire. By involving five respondents, the test results were obtained, namely a value of 89% for the value of effectiveness and a value of 0.09174 goals per second for the value of efficiency. A value of 80, with those included in grade A-, means good and acceptable. The results of the UEQ show that attractiveness and stimulation get excellent status, while perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, and novelty get good status.

Abstract

Pesantren Mahasiswa FIRDAUS is one of the Islamic boarding schools that open registration every year. The registration process is carried out by purchasing a registration form available at the pesantren location. The students who apply are freshmen from out of town. These students have problems buying registration forms because they are still in their hometowns. And the activity of managing registration also experienced problems in managing the quota of new students because the status of being accepted as a student was based on the time of payment. To answer the obstacles mentioned earlier, a solution was given in the form of a registration system that has the function of accepting registration and payment. The process of forming this system begins with the elimination and analysis of needs and generates 20 functional needs and one non-functional need. Then the design process and implementation process are carried out with the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern which is supported by the Codeigniter framework and the implementation of payment functions is supported by Midtrans's payment gateway service. In the next stage, testing was conducted on the implementation of the system. Testing was carried out using white-box testing, using the unit testing method which resulted in 100% valid status, and integration testing which also resulted 100% valid status. Then, black-box testing was carried out using the validation testing method on 33 test cases, which resulted in 100% valid status and also compatibility testing which resulted that the system can work well on 7 types of web browsers.

Abstract

In Article 12 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 5 of 2014, it is explained that The Civil Servant is a profession that is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the implementation of government and national development tasks. In its implementation, it is required to apply professional policies and public services that are free from political interference and free from the practice of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. In monitoring the performance of Civil Servants, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia issued regulations written in Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 on the Civil Service Performance Management System. The Civil Service Performance Management System requires Civil Servants to prepare a document called the Employee Performance Target. At SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap South Sulawesi, the preparation of the documents is still done manually using Excel templates, which leads to problems such as frequent human error, difficulty in monitoring the progress, and because there is no time limit it allow data manipulation. From these problems, researcher were motivated to develop a website-based Teacher Employee Performance Target Application using the PHP programming language and the Laravel combined with TailwindCSS frameworks using the waterfall development method. This method begins with requrement analysis and engineering, designing system, implementation, and testing the system. Research resulted with the program successfully passed all established testing paths with valid results on 5 function samples. In addition, valid values were also generated from integration testing on 2 related components. The validation testing results on 31 functional requirements indicated that all valid test cases were successful and the compatibility testing showed that the system can be accessed through various web browsers without significant issues.

Abstract

Supplier Bebek Prembun is a business in the field of providing ducks to meet the raw material needs of restaurants and slaughterhouses. Purchase transactions of ducks from traders and sales transactions to restaurants with accounts receivable payment systems. Bill payments that are not charged become a problem when the restaurant is late in making payments, because it will hinder the process of buying ducks from traders. The daily turnover of ducks is very fast so it is difficult for Prembun Duck Suppliers to record incoming and outgoing money. Development of Livestock Distribution Management Information System Website Based Case Study of Supplier Bebek Prembun is expected to solve this problem. The system was developed by applying the waterfall model. Functional and non-functional requirements are obtained from the needs analysis process by conducting field observations and interviews. The design is made so that the implementation system is in accordance with the needs analysis. The system is implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The implemented system was tested by unit and integration testing using the white box method, validation testing using the black box method, and compatibility testing using sortite software. White box testing was carried out on 4 sample methods and the status resulted in valid. Black box testing was carried out on 42 functional requirements to produce all valid functionals. While the results of compatibility testing are that the implemented system can run well in various web browsers.

Abstract

Digital Marketing memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu bisnis atau usaha sehingga banyak perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan Digital Marketing, dan ini menjadi salah satu strategi yang bisa dikatakan sangat efektif. Langkah yang dilakukan perusahaan tersebut tentu juga dapat diterapkan oleh UMKM. Salah satu mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu UMKM Kopi yang berada di Probolinggo. Aktivitas pemasaran UMKM tersebut yang dilakukan saat ini masih menggunakan media brosur, poster dan juga menggunakan media sosial serta Online Shop. Dengan melalui media sosial diharapkan jangkauan pembeli akan lebih besar. Namun berdasarkan analisis pasar, data penjualan dan media sosial, peminat dari kopi tersebut tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan teknik Digital Marketing agar mitra UMKM memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai cara memasarkan produk kopi dengan memperhatikan target audience, konten yang menarik, foto produk dan branding yang kuat. Dengan harapan mitra UMKM memiliki alternatif metode pemasaran yang lebih efisien. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui penyampaian materi, praktik pengambilan gambar dan publikasi di media sosial. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berlangsung pada bulan Agustus-September 2022 dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang dari UMKM Kopi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu 80% mitra UMKM mampu mengerjakan aktivitas pelatihan dengan benar dan mempublikasikan produk yang dipasarkan melalui media sosial. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan yang telah diselenggarakan membuat mitra UMKM Kopi di Probolinggo dapat memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial dengan memperhatikan aturan dalam digital marketing.Digital Marketing has a very important role in the sustainability of a business, so it's no wonder that many companies have implemented Digital Marketing, and this is a strategy that can be said to be very effective. The steps taken by the company can certainly also be applied by MSMEs. One of the partners in this activity is UMKM Coffee in Probolinggo. The MSME marketing activities that are currently being carried out still use brochures, posters, social media, and Online Shops. Through social media, it is hoped that the reach of buyers will be greater. However, based on market analysis, sales data, and social media, coffee enthusiasts are not as expected. This activity aims to provide training and assistance in Digital Marketing techniques so that MSME partners have insights and knowledge about how to market coffee products by paying attention to the target audience, interesting content, product photos and strong branding. It is hoped that MSME partners will have alternative and more efficient marketing methods. This activity is carried out through material delivery, taking pictures and publication on social media. The implementation time of this activity took place in August-September 2022 with 25 participants from Coffee MSMEs. The results of this activity are that 92% of MSME partners can carry out training activities correctly and publish marketed products through social media. This activity concludes that the training that has been held makes Coffee MSME partners in Probolinggo able to market their products through social media by paying attention to the rules in digital marketing.

Abstract

Program Peningkatan Keterampilan Dasar Teknik Instruksional dan Applied Approach atau biasa disebut PEKERTI-AA merupakan program wajib bagi seluruh dosen perguruan tinggi, khususnya program PEKERTI yang mana wajib diikuti dosen sebelum mengikuti sertifikasi dosen dan AA. Pada pelatihan PEKERTI-AA khususnya di Universitas Brawijaya Malang, seluruh proses pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan secara manual khususnya pada proses pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga pasca pelaksanaan. Hal ini memiliki dampak adanya batasan untuk peserta dan staff administrasi seperti halnya pengarsipan dokumen dan hanya dosen Universitas Brawijaya saja yang dapat mendaftar. Maka dari itu, pengoptimalan khususnya pengelolaan terhadap sistem pelatihan PEKERTI-AA, menggunakan solusi aplikasi sistem pelatihan PEKERTI-AA berbasis website. Metode yang diadopsi dalam pengembangan yaitu Waterfall. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada aplikasi sistem pelatihan PEKERTI-AA menggunakan metode white box (pengujian unit serta integrasi) dan metode black box (pengujian validasi) serta compatibility menggunakan Sortsite. Hasil pengujian terhadap setiap kasus uji pada aplikasi sistem pelatihan PEKERTI-AA mencerminkan bahwa 100% valid serta dapat berjalan di berbagai peranda web versi terbaru, seperti (1) Edge; (2) Chrome; (3) Firefox; (4) Safari.

Abstract

Diklat merupakan suatu proses pelatihan atau belajar mengajar yang bertujuan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keahlian, keterampilan, dan sikap Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pelayan publik. BKPSDM Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai instansi yang salah satu tugasnya adalah merencanakan dan menyelenggarakan diklat bagi ASN di daerah situbondo, memerlukan suatu sistem manajemen yang dapat memenuhi alur operasi standar dalam pendaftaran dan pendataan diklat, juga perekaman jam pelajaran dari setiap ASN terdaftar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibangunlah sebuah sistem manajemen pelatihan bagi ASN untuk memudahkan BKPSDM Bidang Pengembangan Kompetensi Aparatur dalam manajemen pelaksanaan dan pendataan diklat di Kabupaten Situbondo. Sistem dirancang dan dibangun dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek, menggunakan pola perancangan Model-View-Controller, serta mengimplementasikan model pengembangan SDLC Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan aplikasi. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan bantuan Laravel sebagai framework yang membantu dalam implementasi fungsional sistem, dan framework Tailwind CSS untuk membantu implementasi antarmuka sistem, juga MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data relasional. Terdapat 25 kebutuhan fungsional dan 1 kebutuhan non-fungsional yang diimplementasikan pada sistem, dengan hasil pengujian 100% valid pada setiap kasus uji pada tahap pengujian validation, unit, dan integration. Sistem juga dapat dijalankan pada seluruh versi web browser dengan berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan aplikasi Sortsite.
