Abstract

The world of banking develops according to recent advancements in technology which focuses on improving the quality of service by transitioning from conventional transaction to electronic-based service (e-channel). The Electronic Channel Operations (ECO) of Bank Mandiri in Region IX Kalimantan is one of the operational units that run the e-channel service, especially in ATMs and EDCs for users in Kalimantan. Based on the achievement reviews in the November 2018 period, in the operational activities, there were indicators that achieved an SLA and there a few indicators that did not achieve SLA. One of the indicators were based on how well the incident was resolved and if it achieved SLA towards the users. In order to support the completion of performance achievement of an incident, l, therefore a measurement of how ready the service provider operations are needed, especially in incident management and problem management. This research utilized a framework which is considered a best practice on IT management services which is ITIL version with Service Operation Domain. Based on the analysis of the rate readiness of the Service Operation Domain which has an average score of 2.42 or equal to level 2 (Repeatable). However, to ensure that every activity in the service operations was defined entirely in the procedure and could be communicated to every staff member, therefore it needs to be raised to level 3 or equal to the defined level. The aim of providing recommendations to Region IX's Eco Unit is to improve the current readiness rate and to optimize the IT service management on the electronic channel.

Abstract

Hayunanto Medical Center Special Hospital is a special hospital that focuses on mental health rehabilitation and drug dependency rehabilitation services in Malang. One of the health services that requires a fast flow of information at this hospital, especially in the inpatient department. However, the implementation of data collection continues to occur in documents or forms which are then stored only with a sheet of paper in the folder making data sorting too long, so the effect on the data discovery process takes so long, because patient data is not stored in storage memory. In the application of a manual system, it will be difficult to control because the processing is carried out by humans, so the occurrence of errors will be even greater, such as the occurrence of repeated recording or data redundancy. This system was created using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method which includes the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. Inpatient information system has been made with the results of validation tests to test functional systems produce 100% valid and compatibility tests to test non-functional requirements obtained by 2 critical problems in 2 applications. User Acceptance Testing conducted with 5 correspondents from each user shows the inpatient service information system can still be well received by the user.

Abstract

SMA Brawijaya Smart School is an upper secondary school under the auspices of Universitas Brawijaya. Each year, the student of SMA Smart Brawijaya High School reaches an average of 450 people and the teacher reaches 34 people. With such a large number of students and teacher, SMA Brawijaya Smart School still uses Microsoft Excel in assessing student learning outcomes. The administration section must convert one file individually created by the educator into a leger before being converted into a report card format. Another problem that is about the conversion process that is not going well because the teacher makes a mistake that makes the Microsoft Excel file format that has been set up a part of the administration to be changed. The administrative part must be returned back one by one file that was transferred so the conversion process changes. Based on the published problems, a computerized information system was developed using the waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to install the report-making process in the SMA Brawijaya Smart School. Analysis of needs resulted in 43 functional needs and 2 functional needs. System testing is using black-box testing, compatibility testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The result of black-box is 70 test cases with 100% valid results. And compatibility testing result is causing minor and major problems in some browsers that have some incompatible CSS properties. In testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) has a yield of 82%, which means the student learning outcomes information system is very accepted by the user.
