Abstract

Rizza Collection boutique is one of the boutiques in the city of Malang that provides a variety of Muslim products with many variations and contemporary models. In addition, this boutique also opens production to order clothing on request according to customer wishes. However, until now, the request for clothing is still ordered by visiting the boutique directly. In promoting products and online transactions, it is done through social media, so that payments are made manually. The payment and ordering mechanism for the clothing request has not been effective. To further facilitate transaction activities at the Rizza Collection Boutique, an e-commerce website that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway has been developed. Customers will find it easier to make payments without having to confirm to the admin, as well as make it easier to order clothing requests without having to come directly to the boutique. In doing development, analysis and design are needed to determine functional and non-functional requirements on the system, namely using UML diagrams and database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The development of this system is carried out using the waterfall model, CodeIgniter DBMS MySQL framework. Testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method to get 100% valid results, which means the system can run according to the specified requirements analysis, compatibility testing obtains that the system is compatible so that it can be run on various types of browsers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) gets the final result with a percentage value of 91.77%, it can be concluded that the system developed can be accepted by the user with the results strongly agree.

Abstract

From the results of observations on the Google Play Store and initial interviews with 3 participants, it shows that users still find problems and difficulties in using the H&M application. The problems consist of application user interface problems, user experience, and slow application responses. Therefore, a usability evaluation was carried out to find out more about the problems experienced by users when interacting with the H&M application. In addition, it is also to calculate the value of the aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction with the H&M application. Based on the results of the problem analysis in the initial usability evaluation, the types of problems found in the form of problems with buttons, information, navigation, typography, gestures, layout, scrolling, application bars, responses, filters, reviews, item selection, checkout, status, text fields, and menu. From the analysis of the problems, it is produced 38 number of guidelines (guidelines) improvement. The results of user interface improvements in the form of mockups and prototypes that have been designed are then carried out further usability evaluations. Furthermore, the comparison of usability values ​​in the initial usability evaluation and further usability evaluation is carried out. In the aspect of effectiveness, the success rate metric has increased from 50% to 86.25%. Meanwhile, the error rate metric value decreased from 63% to 12%. In terms of efficiency, the value of the time-based efficiency metric has increased from 0.60% per second to 2.80% per second. In the aspect of satisfaction, the SUS score obtained also increased from 30.75 to 81.62.

Abstract

Currently, SMAN 105 Jakarta still makes little use of the Information System in teaching and administrative activities. In solving these problems, the Student Attendance Information System was developed for SMAN 105 Jakarta. Currently SMAN 105 Jakarta only has a website that only displays school information and the limited features that can be provided on the website to support learning activities in schools directly and are limited to the interests of the ministry of education, not from the school directly. System development is carried out using the waterfall software development life cycle to develop Student Academic Information Systems. The system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and in the design of the application, UML is used to build requirements, use cases, and other supporting diagrams. Testing of functional requirements in this system is carried out using blackbox testing which produces valid results in testing these requirements. With the UAT assessment of stakeholders, it results in a score of up to 100% acceptance of the system being built which indicates that the system is acceptable to stakeholders.

Abstract

Wulan Store is one of the food shops in Boyolali City that provides a variety of daily basic needs that serve retail and wholesale sales. In addition, this store also provides services for the delivery of goods ordered by customers to the desired address. However, until now ordering goods and buying and selling transactions are still done manually, namely visiting the store and paying directly. The mechanism for payment and ordering of goods is not yet effective, because it causes long queues at the store. To make buying and selling transactions easier at the Wulan Store, a sales application that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway was developed. The test is carried out using the blackbox testing method to get 100% valid results, which means the system can run in accordance with the specified requirements analysis, compatibility testing obtains that the system is compatible so that it can be run on various types of browsers, System Usability Scale (SUS) which obtains the final calculation results. usability evaluation with an average SUS value of 78. This shows that the usability level of the Wulan Store sales application can be accepted and used easily by users.

Abstract

The letter is a written communication medium to convey information to the intended party, either for individual or organizational purposes. Management of correspondence CV. Mandiri Nusantara is still done manually until now because the letters received and sent have various types and the number is not small as time goes by. If you still use conventional methods, you have a lot of risk of losing mail data, taking up a lot of space, making it difficult to get mail information, as well as correspondence management processes such as archiving, distributing, and making letters. In archiving there are incoming letters that are received directly in the form of physical documents, whereas some companies or agencies still send incoming letters in the form of physical documents to CVs. Mandiri Nusantara and incoming mail from Gmail. With the existing problems, it is necessary to develop a web-based mail management application to help manage correspondence. Between applications and Gmail can be integrated using the IMAP protocol, retrieve email messages every month from Gmail to be displayed on the application as a CV archive. Mandiri Nusantara. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in development even though it only requires a relatively fast and short time does not reduce product quality, only 60 - 90 days have maximum results. The results of the development of a web-based mail management application utilizing the IMAP Gmail protocol integration technology (Case Study: CV. Mandiri Nusantara) can assist in managing correspondence such as archiving, distributing, and creating letters and makes it easier to find mail information with 100% valid BlackBox testing results. and the test results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted by 3 examiners consisting of the director, finance, and the main manager of correspondence or administrators have 88% results, that the web-based mail management application has met the needs of users in managing CV correspondence. Abstract

PT Sea Mobile Indonesia is a private company engaged in the wholesale trade for fees or contracts which includes the business of agents who receive intermediaries, commissions, auctions, and other wholesalers. Meeting activities are one of the communication processes that are often carried out to negotiate or resolve problems that require a good management process. However, at PT Sea Mobile Indonesia meeting activities still experienced several obstacles such as uneven distribution of meeting information and the attendance and recapitulation processes still using the manual method. Based on these problems, a solution was found, namely the development of a web-based meeting management information system. This development uses the waterfall method with an MVC architecture that uses the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is integrated with WhatsApp where WABLAS is the WhatsApp gateway service. Then system tested by using validation, compatibility, and usability testing. Validation testing using the black box method with a success rate of 100% valid. While the results of the compatibility test are compatible, showing that the system can run well on various web browsers and the percentage of usability testing is 82%, meaning the system is in a very feasible category. While the results of the analysis of the efficiency aspect obtained a value of 3.97, meaning that the system has provided satisfaction to the user in finding the information sought and the ease of navigation of the meeting management information system menu.

Abstract

CV Mitra Solusi is a company engaged in services in repairing computers, printers, cctv, banking tools and others. Within one day CV Mitra Solusi made repairs for more than ten customers. Not infrequently, CV Mitra Solusi is flooded with computer repair service rentals. This is what lies behind the problems that exist in CV Mitra Solusi. On the external side, sometimes many customers experience anxiety because they do not know the progress of the ongoing repair work process. So far, customers often ask about repair progress and pick-up times only by telephone. Of course this is considered less effective if the number of repair queues is dense. Another problem faced is the lack of payment options and payments are still manual. Not infrequently payments are hampered because of money change problems or the payment confirmation process that takes time. This research develops a monitoring and payment system for computer repair services to overcome these problems. System development is carried out using the waterfall method with 18 use case diagrams, 18 activity diagrams, 16 sequence diagrams, 11 class model class diagrams and 14 class controller class diagrams, 19 user interface designs, 9 tables modeled on the Physical Data Model (PDM). In implementing the system, the MySQL DBMS is used with the PHP programming language and Laravel 8 is used, the system is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway and the Whatsapp API. There are 3 tests, black-box testing gets 100% valid results, Compatibility testing gets the system results are compatible, but there are some major issues and minor issues. The results of the Usability Testing (NUA) obtained a final score of 81% which means the system is very feasible.

Abstract

File management is very necessary for an institution, namely as the information center of a company. The existence of files or documents that are old will certainly make it difficult for companies to obtain data quickly and accurately. Based on the results of interviews with employees from the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Dua, the appearance of the file management system in the office is not good and office staff also find it difficult to access the system. This implies that there are usability problems that arise because the system cannot be used by users to achieve their interests in accessing the system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of users who are used in designing a web-based file management system at the Two Foreign Investment Tax Service Office, then design a solution from the File management information system at the Two Foreign Investment Tax Service Office, and evaluate the results of the system solution design. File management information at the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Two. This study uses an interactive system development method, namely Human-Centered Design. The research stages start from planning the human centered design process, analyzing the context of use, analyzing user needs, evaluating the usability of the previous system, making a solution design, and evaluating the usability of the solution design. The results of this study are the usability value of the previous system was 43.25%, while the solution design increased to 77.25%, and the prototype of a web-based file management system at the Foreign Investment Tax Service Office Two Jakarta.

Abstract

The self-quarantine needs for COVID-19 patients are becoming limited as daily case of this virus keep increasing in Indonesia and the world. In a study explained that self-quarantined patient have to wait some time to get the needs such as oxygen tank, convalescent plasma, and foods. That situation causes people to find help by sending broadcast messages through social media. The information that spread over many social medias make it harder for people who want to give some donation to find that information, and since the content of social media is very diverse, sometime causes the information cannot be found by others. Therefore, this research is conducted to build an information system TEMASI (Teman Masa Isolasi) that can be an information center so people who needs some help can meet people who wants to give them help. This system will be built using waterfall method that is chosen because all the system requirements can be defined clearly at the beginning of the development phase. The system will be mobile based so it can be used anywhere and anytime. The system will be built using React Native framework to support multi-platform application. The system itself will be tested using both functional and usability test. The functional system validation test produces a result that the system has 100% success rate. At the usability test, the system has System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 73.25 for patient and 73.75 for the donor. Those scores make this system included in acceptable category so it can be used by users.

Abstract

Dental and oral disease is one of the most common diseases in Indonesia. The results of the 2001 SKRT-Surkesnas morbidity study showed that dental disease was in the highest position out of the ten most common disease groups that people complained about. Doctor Prima Luthfia is a dentist who opens an independent dentist practice. A patient can have a consultation at Luthfia's doctor's practice by making an appointment with a doctor. Doctors cannot serve more than one because the practice is independent. Problems arise when Luthfia's doctor has two patients who have appointments at the same time due to Luthfia's scheduling error. From these problems, a solution is proposed which forms the basis of this research, where web-based development is carried out using the Telegram bot API integration. The method used is the waterfall, where in this method there are stages of literature study, needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and evaluation. Using Node.js as a system development framework, Express.js as an API framework, and MongoDB as a database, the system development has been successfully carried out, and has been tested using the Blackbox method which results in 100% validation of system functions and Usability testing using the System Usability Scale with a score of 85.25 which reached the Acceptability Range criteria and obtained a B value in the Excellence category.
