Abstract

PT. Mulia Perkasa Kontraktor (MPK) is a service company whose head office is located in Cirebon City, West Java. The services provided include Cleaning Service, Landscaping, Security, and other services related to property management and maintenance. Based on the results of the study, there were problems found that were related to the processing of PT. MPK. Some staff complained that it was less effective because they had to access several separate applications where the data was stored, some even still doing it manually, namely writing on paper documents. To overcome this, a solution that can help is needed is to design a user interface for data processing information systems PT. MPK which focuses on 4 divisions, namely HRD, operations, logistics, and finance. The design process will use the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which aims to be a user-focused approach in design. There is a task scenario assessment process using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) and a usability evaluation process using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The average score obtained using SEQ from the four divisions is 6.3, and the average score for the SUS assessment is 81.6.

Abstract

Rizky Transport Surabaya is a car rental service that was founded in 2007 and is still running today. The services provided to the community still use the conventional system, where the main component in the system is humans. The business process applied still uses a method where customers have to come to Rizky Transport to inquire about the availability of the car they want to rent, then make payments that must be face-to-face with a note which is also still written on the receipt book. The services provided make customers less comfortable so that customers cannot place orders quickly and are also less efficient in making payment transactions. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution can be found, namely making a car rental information system using the Midtrans Payment Gateway. This car rental information system will be integrated with a payment gateway using Midtrans as a payment gateway API service and developed using the waterfall model SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The programming language used is PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The test carried out is validation testing using the blackbox testing method with a 100% valid success rate. Meanwhile, the usability test got 84% results, which means the system is categorized as very feasible. In the aspect of efficiency, the result is 4.25, which means the system has succeeded in providing satisfaction to users in placing orders and payments on the car rental information system.

Abstract

PT. Deliv Technology Indoraya uses metabase.com for monitoring business transaction data on the Deliv Kios Application. But many of the internal company, especially the directors, are not familiar with the user interface and how to access metabase.com. When they want to monitor data, internal parties always ask the engineer/admin where it will burden their work and the information will not be realtime. Because all business transaction data of PT.Deliv Tehnologi is in the metabase.com so that only directors, engineers, and admins are given access so that access permissions are not evenly distributed in each division of the company. Based on these problems, an Android-based Deliv Kios Dashboard Application is needed in order to assist internal companies in monitoring business transactions that are easy to use and in accordance with the organizational structure and user functionality. System development using the waterfall method, resulting in needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the system. All system development data information is based on Key Performance Indicators that have been determined in the needs analysis. The system implementation uses Laravel as the web service framework, and Kotlin on the Android implementation. The results of the implementation of the system are then tested using validation testing, mobile compatibility testing, and usability testing methods. The results of the test show that the system runs according to functional requirements and is able to assist internal companies in monitoring business transactions according to user functionality.

Abstract

E-Commerce is the process of buying and selling goods to consumers that can be done more quickly and efficiently, and is not limited by space and time. Supported by the covid-19 pandemic, online transactions or e-commerce increased rapidly compared to the previous year, which had an impact on PT. Java Indo Arjuna, a company engaged in plant cultivation, conducts sales manually, from product management to transactions, so a platform is needed that can handle these management problems. This is the background for the development of an e-commerce admin monitoring and management system called isitaman with the agile scrum model method because the system requirements are not known for sure. From the Agile Scrum method, 13 use cases are generated as basic needs, 8 main features, 4 main admin features, 17 product backlogs, and 20 sprint backlogs. From the 20 sprint backlogs, 4 sprint iterations were produced that implemented sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, user interfaces, APIs, source code, black box testing and sprint reviews as well as retrospectives. From blackbox testing, the results are 100% valid.

Abstract

E-Commerce is the application of technology that is often used and is growing rapidly to date, this is because it facilitates the process of buying and selling goods between sellers and buyers can be done anywhere and anytime. Supported by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the community is forced to comply with government regulations, namely the implementation of community activity restrictions (PPKM) so that offline buying and selling activities are difficult to carry out. PT Java Indo Arjuna (JAVINA) is a company buying and selling orchid plants and their equipment which has also been affected by COVID-19. At first, Javina carried out buying and selling activities with consumers using WhatsApp social media. Due to the increasing number of customers during the pandemic, the services provided via WhatsApp were not handled properly, Javina needed to reply one by one, from product-related info to confirming payments. This research was conducted to build an Android-based Orchid E-Commerce Application using Clean Architecture. The application is developed on the android platform. IsiTaman application is built using the Scrum method. This method was chosen because the initial requirements are still few, it can increase or change during development. IsiTaman testing is done by testing Blackbox and usability. Blackbox testing resulted in a 100% system success rate. In usability testing, the application has a System Usability Scale (SUS) value of 81.4. This value makes this application classified as acceptable category.

Abstract

e-commerce can facilitate goods trading, especially for business to customer, but the widespread use of e-commerce also creates new security problems, therefore the use of payment gateways is inseparable from the development of e-commerce, this research was conducted to develop e-commerce that meets the business value proportion of PT. Javina. The research that was carried out resulted in the isitaman.com e-commerce that is developed using Restful API, Laravel as a framework, and Midtrans as a payment gateway. This development is also done using the Agile Scrum method as a software development cycle. Then at the end of the development, testing was done using Nielsen's Attributes of Usability to measure the usability level of isitaman.com with a result of 4.0875 for effectiveness. It is hoped that this research can contribute to future research related to Restful API and E-commerce

Abstract

Bogor is one of the cities with a fairly high population growth in West Java Province. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the city of Bogor (BPS) in 2020 the city of Bogor has 1,126,927 inhabitants. The city of Bogor has increased by 1.33% compared to 2019. By looking at the trend of population development in the city of Bogor which continues to increase, it can be predicted that the number of people with social welfare problem will continue to increase. Some decision is needed to use and maximize usage of existing data for better understanding of the problem, therefore the City Government can make better efforts to reduce people with social welfare in Bogor. Geographic Information System (GIS) can be a useful tool to help visualizing the population condition of an area to describe the level of welfare of its population. GIS can also provide information in the form of thematic maps so that the condition of an area towards poverty can be presented in the form of digital map visualization and can make it easier to understand the information presented. This GIS shows existing data of people with social welfare and combine it with the existing geographic features. This social welfare data will be displayed with a Bubble Chart type of visualization. This type was chosen because it can clearly visualize the comparison of data for each sub-district.

Abstract

The retail sellers who use digital tools in business adaptation are can survive better during the pandemic. PT. Ayo Techno Idea, as a company that provides digital buying and selling transaction tools, has an application called Ngorder.id. Where application users (sellers) have difficulty dealing with uncertain stock needs manually. This study aims to explain the results of the implementation of the prediction method and dashboard visualization according to the needs of Ngorder.id application users. The research analysis procedure uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database process which consists of the data collection and evaluation stages. The results of the study have found that four data attributes are needed in the implementation of data mining prediction methods. Then, the results of the implementation of the prediction of product sales transactions using the Single Exponential Smoothing method got decent performance with details of one of the nine products having a MAPE value of 14.89%, seven products having a MAPE value range of 20% to 50%, and one product having a MAPE value of 68, 21%. While the implementation of the Double Exponential Smoothing method has a low-performance tendency. Where obtained seven products have a MAPE value of more than 50% and the remaining two have a MAPE value of 42.79% and 33.68%. In the study, the results of the visual representation of the data were divided into three pages with different focuses and got a usability score in the good category. So it is feasible to use it as a feature reference and to help make decisions on sales transactions for application products.

Abstract

Sepatu Bersih is a service provider that focuses on shoe washing and treatment has a website platform at www.sepatubersih.com which help their customer check the status of service provided about their shoe's treatment order. The platform itself currently considered less effective and it's hoped that the presence of other platform such as mobile apps can help with the shortcomings that existed in the previous platform. Goal-Directed Design (GDD) it's a method that can provide a solution for this case. In making the application, its necessary to research the users and stakeholder, especially the user interface before the application is made so that later the right application is in accordance within the goals or desires of Sepatu Bersih. Goal-Directed Design has 6 stages in its application, the first one is research to get input from users and stakeholders in the form of problems and expectations. The second one is modeling which provides personas and an overview of user and stakeholders, requirements is the third stage that will describe the needs of users. The fourth stage is a making framework that will provide a blueprint of the interface according to input from both users and stakeholders to be designed. The fifth stage is refinement which will enable to produce a high-fidelity prototype that will be tested and analyzed and later at the last stage which is support. The final evaluation here uses System Usability Scale (SUS) Questionnaire. After the design is done developed using Goal-Directed Design method. The final average value of the System Usability Scale is that the average value of the SUS score is 74, with an Acceptability value above 73 and also gets a Grade Scale in category C category, Adjective Rating is in the Good category.

Abstract

Currently live shopping is very promising for businesses and UMKM because live shopping is a method of selling products by live on social media or e-commerce guided by the presenter during live shopping activities which are commonly called streamers, audiences can feel the benefits of being able to interact with streamer, buy and view products in real-time. Business actors and UMKM are also competing to carry out direct shopping activities. It's not easy for them to be able to create audience trust in streamers. There are factors that affect trust in streamers, namely Online Streamer Personality along with the moderating effect of respondent's age and Visibility. This study aims to determine the effect of Online Streamer Personality, Visibility and the moderating effect of respondent's age on trust in streamers in live shopping. This research is a quantitative study using the SEM-CB method and moderation analysis. Tests carried out in this study used IBM SPSS 22 and IBM AMOS 26 tools. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 502 respondents. The results showed that there was one hypothesis that was not accepted, namely the Visibility of Trust To Streamer.
