Abstract

Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has a savings and loan service unit that deals with all savings and loan matters carried out by Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative members. Until now, Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has only carried out manual records related to data on cooperative members, including data on savings and loans. This can lead to errors or data loss. Tutur Mandiri Women's Cooperative has also been going to implement a system but the information system has not been implemented. The reason is that administrators and supervisors find it difficult for doctors, too complex and not following the needs and desires of the cooperative. So the cooperative management needs a prototype that is used for recording data on savings and loans. To be able to produce a prototype, it is necessary to carry out the process of designing an information system interface. Based on these problems, research was carried out on the design of an information system interface prototype using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method which later can provide an introduction, explanation, and initial description of how the management of a cooperative organization of savings and loan data. This research was conducted by conducting literacy studies, planning the Human-Centered Design (HCD) process, determining the context of use, specifying the needs and requirements of users and organizations, designing solutions and prototypes, evaluating solutions and prototypes, and improving the design of solutions and prototypes.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque, located in Malang City, has a mosque management organization which consist of takmir and remaja masjid that aims to build a mosque that is comfortable for the community to use. Many activities carried out by mosque management organization are related to routine worship activities and spiritual activities that require physical assets to support them. However, there is a problem with the information on assets owned by the mosque which could potentially cause obstruction of mosque activities due to unknown asset conditions. The absence of information on mosque assets can also lead to waste because the proposed purchase of goods is not managed so that it can lead to repurchasing of items already owned by the mosque. Based Ibnu Sina Mosque's problems on asset information, this study aims to build a physical asset information system that can facilitate mosque management in managing assets owned by the mosque. With the physical asset information system, it is hoped that the mosque management can use the information system to implement better mosque physical asset management. The physical asset information system developed with waterfall approach on web-based system with Laravel framework that based on PHP programming laguange to facilitate easier access and further development of the information system of the Ibnu Sina Mosque. The results of the validation test on the physical asset information system of the Ibnu Sina Mosque give good results with some feedback records from users and the compatibility test results show good compatibility on most web browsers available for the desktop version.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah (BAPPENDA) is a government agency engaged in regional taxation. Badan Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah (BAPPENDA) has several functions, one of which is the payment of taxes. Where in this function problems often occur during the queuing process carried out by taxpayers. The accumulation of queues resulted in unclear bookkeeping processes carried out by tax counter employees. On the side of taxpayers, they can experience inconvenience when queuing. Therefore, Badan Pengelola Pendapatan Daerah (BAPPENDA) needs a queuing information system that can make it easier for taxpayers and counter officers to make tax payments. In conducting the requested system design, researchers use the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. In the analysis process, the system requirements data were collected from respondents. In this process, several system requirements are obtained, namely this system has 3 actors, 9 features, 9 functional requirements, and 2 non-functional requirements. Obtained several needs such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. After the analysis and design phase is complete, an evaluation process is carried out using the Traceability Matrix and Usability evaluation. At the traceability evaluation stage, very satisfying results were obtained, namely all needs were met in the design diagrams. And the results of the Usability evaluation, the efficiency aspect as a counter employee gets 96.1% and a taxpayer of 100%. In terms of the effectiveness aspect, counter employees earn 0.99% and taxpayers 0.1%.

Abstract

PT Agung Aquatic Marine or PT AAM is engaged in the field of export and import of ornamental saltwater fauna and flora, so the data from transactions and the availability of products became important in running their business operations. But those data are managed on separate divisions inside PT AAM, this could slow down the process of decision making by the executives of PT AAM. Because of that, PT AAM plans to integrate these data into a centralized source that helps in decision-making. One of the solutions to that problem is the development of a data warehouse so that the data can be integrated and makes it easier to make a decision. In the development of the data warehouse, a flow or method is used to make it easier to design and implement the data warehouse that is the Kimball or Nine-Step Kimball methodology. The data warehouse that has been developed, produces 4 dimension tables with 2 fact tables, that is fact table of ordering and purchasing. Then a requirement validation test is carried out which results in a valid status on all of the test cases. Other than that, an ETL process performance test is carried out that shows the average time of execution is ± 24 seconds for each ETL process of fact and dimension tables. Next, an ETL process scheduling test is carried out that produces the task that runs automatically and without any problems.

Abstract

Dander Water Park is a tourism place managed by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bojonegoro Regency. Dander Water Park ticket counter still uses a manual system, where the ticket purchases are limited to cash payment. In addition, both visitor and ticket sales data are still reported manually. This ticket sales and reporting mechanism causing problems because tourists have to come directly to Dander Water Park to buy and find out the availability of the tickets, it also takes a long time to collect data of visitors and ticket sales, moreover, there are frequent errors found in the process of visitors data collection. This research will develop an e-ticketing system that is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to overcome these problems. System development was carried out using waterfall method. This research produced 21 use cases, 16 activity diagrams, 20 sequence diagrams, class diagrams consist of 11 class models and 14 class controllers, 27 UI designs, and 10 tables resulted from database design using Physical Data Model (PDM). The system implementation was carried out using MySQL with programming language PHP utilizing the Laravel 7.29.3 and Bootstrap 4.5 framework, and succeeded developing an e-ticketing system that was integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway. Black-box testing gets 100% valid results. Compatibility testing found that this system is compatible but still has several minor and major issues. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) gets final results of 78,55%, which means the system has been accepted with agreed results.

Abstract

School is an institution that has several components that must be managed such as curriculum and learning components. At SDN Mulyorejo 3 Malang, some of the tasks in these components, such as scheduling activities, are still done manually using a spreadsheet and require a long time to generate a schedule. In addition, class management activities are not good because all subjects are contained in one classroom and attendance activities are carried out through WhatsApp groups. Therefore, to solve this problem, the school wants to build a system that can support these activities. The system was developed using the waterfall method in which there are stages requirements analysis, system design, system implementation using the CodeIgniter framework, and system testing using black box testing and user acceptance testing. Based on the results of black box testing, it was found that the system developed was in accordance with the design made. While the results of user acceptance on TU staff get a value of 94.28% which means that the system can be received very well. Then the results of user acceptance on the teacher get a value of 50% which means that the system is quite acceptable. While the results of user acceptance on students get a value of 87.5% which means that the system can be received very well.

Abstract

The Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University, Malang has a web application called the Integrated Administrative Information System (SIAT). The web application has several problems such as improper table arrangement, unequal size of content, and sloppy writing. This study aims to evaluate the appearance of the current web application and design prototype improvements which will then be evaluated in order to reduce the problems contained in the SIAT web application and produce improvement solutions so as to make SIAT even better. To determine the usability value, an evaluation is carried out using the Web Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) which consists of four categories, namely Content, Organization and Readability, Navigation and Links, User Interface Design and Performance and Effectiveness. Improvement prototype design solution is made using the Human Centered Design (HCD) method which has several stages, namely understanding and determining the user context, specification of user needs, designing solutions and evaluating solution designs. The results of this study indicate that the design of the improved prototype made is better than the current web application design so that the usability value in each WEBUSE category has increased. Previously, there were several points in the WEBUSE category that resulted in poor and moderate usability levels, but after improvements were made, all points per WEBUSE category were at the good usability level .The design of this prototype produces a design solution that has a higher level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) is a Ponorogo Regency Government Institution that is engaged in investment and licensing services with a one-stop system. However, based on the results of the researcher's interview with the Head of Service Division of DPMPTSP Ponorogo Regency, there are problems in licensing services. This is because there is already a-based licensing information system, web but in its application, the public as applicants for licensing documents still experience problems in applying for permits and uncertainty in the processing time of documents. To solve these problems, an effective and easier-to-use information system is needed in licensing services. The purpose of this research is to develop Sistem Informasi Perizinan Terpadu (SIPT) and android application that uses the SDLC method Waterfall. SIPT will be the backend of the based permit application which android will be the frontend of the application. The system design is carried out using an object-oriented paradigm, while the system implementation is carried out using Laravel framework for the backend and Android Studio for the frontend application which is integrated using web services. The testing phase is carried out using Validation Testing which obtains valid results for all application functionality, as well as by conducting User Acceptance Testing for stakeholders which produces an acceptance value of 80% and Compatibility Testing using Android Virtual Device (AVD) produces compatible results for all devices tested.

Abstract

Balai Besar Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru (BBTNBTS) as a Technical Implementation Unit from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has management plan centered around TNBTS area that aims to lay the operational foundation for the management of natural conservation areas in a systematic, focused and integrated manner. BBTNBTS has a letter management activity to support the implementation of those program plan. Letter management activities are still carried out manually to this date, causing several problems, such as the increased risk of losing data recorded in the agenda book, as well as difficulties in searching for specific mail data, monitoring the status of mail processing, and recapitulation of letters. Based on these problems, the solution that can be applied is to develop a correspondence management information system that can be a means to facilitate staff in managing incoming and outgoing letters at BBTNBTS. The web-based information system is built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) approach, using the PHP programming language that utilizes the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. Validation and compatibility tests are also performed to ascertain that the system is feasible to use.
