Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research focused on education budget management and school infrastructure quality in disadvantaged areas from 2000 to 2024. The analysis explores key themes such as financial management, infrastructure development, and the role of technology in enhancing educational outcomes. Results reveal that effective budget management and strategic resource allocation are pivotal in improving school facilities and overall educational quality, particularly in under-resourced regions. The integration of technology, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, offers promising solutions for bridging gaps in access and learning quality, although the digital divide remains a significant challenge. Furthermore, strong leadership and community involvement are identified as crucial for the successful implementation of educational reforms. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach that combines financial management, infrastructural improvements, and technological integration to address educational disparities in disadvantaged areas.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff on patient satisfaction in accessing healthcare services in disadvantaged areas of Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 50 respondents through a structured questionnaire, employing a Likert scale of 1-5. Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 to determine the relationships between the independent variables (distance travelled, cost of service, and availability of medical staff) and the dependent variable (patient satisfaction). The results indicate that distance travelled and cost of service have significant negative impacts on patient satisfaction, while the availability of medical staff positively influences satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and healthcare providers in addressing the barriers to healthcare access in underserved regions of Indonesia and improving patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the food distribution system and product innovation in enhancing the availability and affordability of functional foods in Sukabumi District. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was utilized to analyze the relationships between variables. The results reveal that the food distribution system has a strong positive effect on affordability and a moderate effect on availability, while product innovation significantly impacts both affordability and availability, with a stronger influence on the latter. The combined explanatory power for affordability and availability demonstrates the critical interplay between distribution efficiency and innovation in ensuring functional food accessibility. These findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, producers, and distributors to address logistical and innovation-related challenges, thereby promoting sustainable food systems in the region.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of environmental education and plastic waste management on ecological awareness and pollution reduction in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 190 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that both environmental education and plastic waste management significantly enhance ecological awareness, which in turn drives pollution reduction. Plastic waste management also exhibits a strong direct effect on pollution reduction, highlighting its critical role in mitigating environmental degradation. These findings underscore the importance of integrating educational programs with effective waste management systems to foster sustainable urban development. The study provides actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and environmental practitioners in addressing Jakarta's pressing environmental challenges.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of airline ticket price reduction policies and tourist consumption behavior on the choice of year-end holiday destinations in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 60 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that both airline ticket price reduction policies and tourist consumption behavior significantly influence destination choices, with price reduction policies having a stronger effect. The regression model explains 63% of the variance in destination choices, highlighting the importance of affordability and spending preferences in shaping travel decisions. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers and tourism stakeholders to design strategies that enhance destination competitiveness, particularly during peak travel seasons.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Talent Retention and Competency Development Programs on Turnover Intention and Organizational Effectiveness in banking companies in Central Java, utilizing a quantitative analysis with a sample size of 140 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that both Talent Retention and Competency Development Programs positively influence Organizational Effectiveness, respectively. However, an unexpected positive relationship between Competency Development Programs and Turnover Intention suggests that employees may feel more competitive in the job market, prompting higher turnover intentions despite enhanced skills. Moreover, Talent Retention significantly reduces turnover intention. The findings emphasize the importance of a strategic approach to talent management that aligns competency development with employee satisfaction and organizational culture. The study provides actionable insights for banking companies seeking to enhance organizational performance while mitigating turnover risks.
