Abstract

Online cash waqf has grown rapidly alongside the digitalization of Islamic philanthropy in Indonesia; however, public literacy, awareness, and participation remain relatively low compared to its national potential. This study positions itself within the behavioral and Islamic finance literature by examining key determinants of individuals’ intention to participate in online cash waqf. Specifically, it investigates the effects of religious motivation, Islamic financial literacy, subjective norm, awareness, and perceived ease of use. Employing a quantitative approach, this study analyzes survey data from 150 Indonesian Muslim respondents using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct and indirect relationships, including mediation effects. The results indicate that subjective norm, awareness, and perceived ease of use have a significant positive influence on participation intention. Conversely, religious motivation and Islamic financial literacy do not have a direct effect; their influence is mediated through awareness and subjective norm. These findings demonstrate that social influence, cognitive awareness, and technological convenience play a more decisive role than religiosity or financial literacy alone. The study concludes that increasing participation in online cash waqf requires strengthened public education, improved digital platform usability, and community-based social campaigns, with practical implications for nazhir institutions and regulators.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of extending the Chief of Village’s time of office on the effectiveness of village government administration and what factors can influence the effectiveness of village government administration. This type of research is normative juridical research which seeks to solve problems by studying legal norms using Law in books or studies from relevant library materials. The results of this research show that firstly, extending the term of office of the Chief Village is completely irrelevant to the urgency of the need to improve Village government at this time so that it has no implications for the effectiveness of village government administration and continuity of development, the argument for extending the term of office is more like the subjective reasons of the Village Heads and tends to have a political nuance. Second, the fundamental factors that must be synchronized are the Village Head's leadership, partnership and collaboration with external parties and more substantial community participation and involvement. If these factors can be combined optimally then the effectiveness of village government administration will be created regardless of how long a village head has led.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) dalam meningkatkan adaptasi organisasi di era Industri 4.0. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Artikel-artikel yang relevan dikumpulkan dari database bereputasi dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola yang berkaitan dengan GTL, dynamic capabilities, dan adaptasi organisasi. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GTL berperan penting dalam meningkatkan adaptasi organisasi melalui penguatan kesadaran lingkungan, dorongan terhadap inovasi hijau, serta pengembangan kapabilitas organisasi. Selain itu, dynamic capabilities berfungsi sebagai mekanisme utama yang memungkinkan organisasi merespons perubahan teknologi dan tantangan lingkungan secara efektif di era Industri 4.0. Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini terbatas pada pendekatan studi literatur dan belum melibatkan pengujian empiris. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau metode campuran. Implikasi – Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemimpin organisasi dalam mengintegrasikan strategi keberlanjutan dan adaptasi. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur kepemimpinan dan adaptasi organisasi. Kebaruan – Penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif integratif dengan menghubungkan GTL dan dynamic capabilities dalam konteks Industri 4.0 untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang adaptasi organisasi.
