Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of variations in the placement of magnets and flux barriers on the back emf value in the 12S8P permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) modeling. Process the output voltage (back emf) by varying the geometry of the magnet's location and adding a carrier flux to each variation of the magnet's geometry because magnets are one of the most important parts of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG). Where in this study there are 2 independent variables, namely the location of the magnet and the addition of a carrier flux. Where variations in the location of the magnet there are three variations, namely on the surface of the rotor, 2 mm below the surface of the rotor, and 4 mm below the surface of the rotor and each variation will be added with a flux barrier. While the dependent variable in this study is the back emf value. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression method, where the simulation results are then entered into MS.Excel and then processed using SPSS software. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the location of the magnet and the addition of a carrier flux could affect the Back EMF value, as indicated by the significance of the regression analysis of the dependent and independent variables 0.001 <0.05. From the Back EMF value data, the closer the magnet is to the stator or rotor surface, the greater the back EMF value, on the contrary, the farther the magnet is from the stator or rotor surface, the smaller the back emf value.

Abstract

Computerized and information technology technology is now developing rapidly throughout society. The impact of this technology also affects the system in the community which is the simplest system of buying and selling. E-commerce that affects changes in the buying and selling process, where buying and selling transactions are not always done face-to-face. Objectives To foster entrepreneurial skills in SMK Karya Bakti Brebes students through Web-based E-Commerce training. Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be developed and beneficial for vocational students to do business in various fields in generating independent profit. Through the method of carrying out activities through the preparation stage, namely planning to make teaching materials for training and observation in the potential of students' interest in the field of entrepreneurship. The activity phase carries out the process of granting competency in making and Web-based E-Commerce Innovation. This evaluation phase knows the level of success so that a follow-up process can be carried out. The dedication carried out at the Vocational School Bhakti Brebes received a good reception from the school both from the principal, teachers, and all staff working there. Activities develop entrepreneurial skills from students so that when they graduate students get provisions in working or creating job opportunities, or entrepreneurship

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kelayakan nilai pentanahan pada gedung A dan gedung D di Universitas Peradaban menggunakan elektroda ground rod jenis tembaga. Nilai pentanahan yang sesuai dengan standar PUIL 2011 yaitu 0 sampai dengan 5 Ω. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai tahanan pentanahan yaitu variabel kedalaman elektroda, jenis tahanan tanah, diameter elekroda, jumlah elektroda dan jenis tanah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran dengan menggunakan alat earth tester dengan merek kyoritsu dengan metode tiga titik. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang didapat untuk nilai rata-rata tahanan pentanahan gedung A yaitu 0.518 Ω dan untuk nilai rata-rata tahanan pentanahan gedung D yaitu 0.804 Ω. Keduan bangunan itu sudah memiliki nilai tahanan pentanahan sesuai dengan PUIL 2011. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mendapatkan nilai tahanan pentanahan ≤ 1 Ω dengan jenis tanah rawa yaitu 10 Ω-meter maka dibutuhkan kedalaman 12 meter.

Abstract

The grounding system is an direct protection against instrumentality that uses electricity as a source of power from overcurrent and leakage current or usually caused by lightning. Measurement of the value of grounding resistance is carried out every 6 months to maintan the resistance value of the grounding system to meet PUIL standards. For the grounding system theat has a resistance value above 5 Ohm, it is necessary to add a ground root that is connected in parallel. The resistance value data before and after the addition of the gorund root will then be carried out a simple linear regression analysis using software SPSS 25.0 for windows. The analysis method used in this study is quantitative analysis method to find out whether or not the effect of additional ground root on the grounding resistance. Based on the output model coefficient on SPSS, it showed a significance value of less than 0.05 which means the addition of a parallel ground root had an effect on the value of grounding risistance or could improve the grounding resistance. The output of summary model showed a correlation value (R) of 0.639, which means that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a strong relationship, while the value of R Square or the percentage of the effect of adding ground root to the value of grounding resistance was 40,9% while the other59,1% was influenced by other unexamined factor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kapasitor bank terhadap Perbaikan Daya pada Direct On Line (DOL) berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) di Motor Listrik 3 Phase. Mayoritas beban di industri memakai beban motor induksi 3 phase yang merupakan beban induktif. Keuntungan motor listrik 3 phase tersebut dan negara yang masih menyubsidi konsumsi listrik. Hal ini merupakan suatu indikasi setiap konsumen dapat melakukan perbaikan faktor daya dengan tujuan efisiensi daya. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis kuantitatif dengan mengeksperimenkan penambahan kapasitor bank pada motor 3 phase. Melalui tahapan perancangan alat, pengujian alat pengambilan data faktor daya & efisiensi, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian penggunaan kapasitor bank berpengaruh pada perbaikan faktor daya yang ditunjukkan dari signifikasni 0,001 < 0,05 pada rangkaian DOL di motor listrik 3 fasa berbasis PLC. Diperkuat dengan nilai rata-rata cos phi sesudah penggunaan kapasitor bank memiliki nilai 0,912 yang artinya sudah sesuai standar PLN yaitu nilai 0,9. Cos phi mendekati angka 1 dapat dikatakan penggunaan listrik lebih efisien. Dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata efisiensi sebelum dan sesudah yaitu 68,29% menjadi 91,17% artinya mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Permasalahan di mitra guru SMK 75 Dua Purwokerto untuk mengadaptasi kedunia kerja dan industri diperlukan persiapan untuk lulusan yang siap terjun. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pelatihan khususnya bagi guru sebagai tenaga pengajar untuk mempersiapkan siswa untuk terjun kedunia indusitri dan usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan keterampilan mitra mengenai Teaching Factory (TEFA) melalui science digital eduprenuership (SCIPRE) berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai upaya mempersiapkan lulusan yang terserap dunia kerja atau berwirausaha. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pelatihan yaitu melalui participant practice yaitu peserta melakukan praktik/ mengaplikasikan dari teori yang dibahas secara langsung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMK 75 Dua Purwokerto dengan sasarn guru dan tenaga pendidik dilingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan keterampilan mengajar Teaching Factory menggunakan science digital eduprenuership (SCIPRE) berbasis kearifan lokal berjalan lancar, antusias dan mendapatkan respon yang baik dari Guru SMK 75 Dua Purwokerto. Diperkuat dengan peningkatan keterampilan mengajar TEFA dilihat dari rata-rata nilai keterampilan mengajar TEFA yang tadinya 60,4 menjadi 84,6 dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The availability of fossil energy is increasingly in crisis due to its continuous use. The best alternative to anticipate this is new renewable energy (EBT). Minihydro Power Plant (PLTM) is a small-scale power plant that uses water power as the main medium to drive turbines and generators, the water comes from rivers by utilizing the height of the waterfall and the amount of water discharge. By knowing the water discharge value, it will later be analyzed with the power value produced by the generator. The type of research used is quantitative analysis research and pre-experimental one shot case study using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows laptop software. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis on summary, ANOVA and coefficient models. In the summary model, it is known that the R Square value is 1,000, which means that the influence of the independent variable (water flow) on the dependent variable (power) is 100%. And this is confirmed by the coefficient results which show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the water discharge has an effect on the power produced by the generator. The higher the water discharge value, the higher the power produced.

Abstract

In the digital and disrupt era 4.0 requires innovation in meeting human needs, especially in commerce. The purpose of this study is to increase student interest in entrepreneurship through e-commerce textbooks. This research is a research and development research with ADDIE model. Product validity data collection using questionnaires and tests to find out the increase in entrepreneurship. The results of data analysis and discussion can be concluded that from the development of e-commerce teaching materials validation of material experts, media experts and peers shows that products in the excellent category are appropriate to use. Small group product trials obtained an ideal percentage of 85.2% and were categorized very well. The results of the analysis of increasing entrepreneurial skills from the use of e-commerce teaching materials obtained an N-Gain value of 0.45, indicating that e-commerce development to improve entrepreneurship capacity is effective and appropriate for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The existence of batteries in the substation functions to maintain the stability and reliability of the DC electrical system, where the protection system on the control panel must not go out. Therefore, routine battery maintenance and testing are needed so that the battery can run properly and optimally. Battery testing is a routine agenda that is carried out every 6 months. For daily maintenance, a visual inspection (vision) can be carried out, while monthly maintenance is carried out in the form of a battery equalizing test which is carried out so that the 110V DC battery remains stable and can supply DC to auxiliary equipment when in an emergency. The test results obtained in this study were that the equalizing test on the 110V DC battery that was carried out obtained the battery results in normal conditions. This is explained, when the battery is connected to the load and the voltage per battery cell is measured in floating charging mode showing an average voltage of 1.34 V DC. When the battery is in equalizing charging mode, the voltage capacity on each battery cell can be said to be normal or stable with a total voltage value of 128.2 V DC and a temperature value of 27 ºC. For the measurement results of each battery cell after equalizing charging, the average voltage value per battery cell is 1.35 V DC with a total voltage of 116 V DC. It can be concluded that the equalizing test on the 110V battery unit 1 of the 150 KV Main Substation is fairly normal and the battery is ready when run in discharge mode

Abstract

Electrical energy is a very essential energy where almost all human needs are related to it. The distribution of electricity in both of transmission and distribution networks are expected to operate optimally and continuously. The constraints in the distribution of electrical energy are usually caused by several factors, including rainfall and load imbalances. The data on the value of rainfall and load imbalance will later be analyzed with the value of electrical power loss. This study aims to determine whether rainfall and load imbalance affect the electrical power loss. By knowing the value of these constraints, it will be analyzed with the value of electrical power loss. The type of research used is quantitative analysis research using multiple linear regression test.. Based on the results of linear regression analysis in the summary model, ANOVA, the coefficient showed a rainfall significance value of less than 0.05, it meant that there was no significant effect on electrical power loss and a load imbalance significance value of more than 0.05, mit showed that there was a significant effect on power loss electricity. Meanwhile, the percentage of influence of the independent variable of rainfall and load imbalance on the dependent variable of power loss was 9,4% and the remaining 90,6% was influenced by other variables not examined.
