Abstract

Kurikulum sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pendidikan. Agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat dilaksanakan dan tercapai, guru harus mengikuti kurikulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi guru tentang penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah. SMP Taruna Dra Zulaeha Leces Probolinggo menjadi lokasi penelitian. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif interaktif untuk pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian, serta untuk menarik kesimpulan, yang semuanya dilakukan secara bersamaan dan berkesinambungan untuk menjamin validitas penelitian. Catatan lapangan dan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan guru PAI digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menghasilkan hasil yang valid. 1) Beberapa guru menanggapi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan baik, sementara yang lain tidak. Ini terungkap dari hasil temuan penelitian. 2) Menurut guru, Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kurikulum dinamis yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru, siswa, dan sekolah. Untuk mempertahankan dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan di Indonesia, guru percaya bahwa kurikulum merdeka memiliki prinsip-prinsip yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan siswa. 4) Menurut guru, kurikulum merdeka menawarkan kebebasan bagi semua bagian sistem pendidikan, mulai dari sekolah guru hingga siswa, tetapi kelemahannya hanya memerlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan. 5) Guru yang mulai menggunakan kreativitas dan inovasi di kelas menjadi bukti bahwa guru PAI sudah mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to describe, understand and analyze the Islamic religious educational culture at PZH Genggong which includes: the values ​​and customs of Islamic religious educational culture at PZH Genggong; the stages of the adaptation process by new santri in the Islamic religious educational culture at PZH Genggong; and the Multicultural Islamic Education model on the adaptation of santri in Islamic religious educational culture at PZH Genggong. In this study used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive Miles-Huberman data analysis model and Spradley ethnographic analysis. The results of the study show that the values ​​in PZH Genggong are accumulated in the Satlogi Santri and the Sembilan Budi Utama Santri (Nine Main Virtues of Santri), all of which include in moral, religious and scientific values. These values ​​are then expressed in structured customs of yaumiyyah, usbu'iyyah, syahriyyah, and sanawiyyah. And the process of adaptation of santri in PZH Genggong culture goes through several stages of the process including physical and psychological preparation before boarding (preparation for change), living in boarding school is fun (phase 1 –honeymoon), not feeling at home in boarding school (phase 2 - frustation), the learning to be a good santri (phase 3 - readjustment), and the last is becoming a santri of PZH Genggong (phase 4 -resolution). The multicultural Islamic education model through the process of adaptation of santri to the culture of PZH Genggong consists of the main values ​​that exist in PZH Genggong which are accumulated in the Satlogi Santri and the Nine Main Virtues of Santri, the social structure of PZH Genggong consists of individuals and society, environment and customs, social interaction, the process of adaptation which is the process of adjusting the santri to the values ​​and customs of PZH Genggong, occurs and the social function as the output of the process of adaptation of santri in the culture of PZH Genggong is the transformation of the values ​​of Satlogy Santri and Nine Main Virtues of Santri which is then expressed in the customs of the santri so that there is social harmony in the life of the santri at PZH Genggong.

Abstract

The Yellow Book is an identity and is the main focus in Islamic boarding school education, but the material is not easy to learn. Therefore, PP Lubbul Labib Banat I Kedungsari adopted a new method from PP Sidogiri Pasuruan, namely Al-Miftah Lil Ulum since 2017. This research aims to determine the process of using the Al-Miftah method starting from planning, implementing and evaluating it. This research uses a case study qualitative research type with data collection techniques; observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects studied were 31 students and 7 teachers. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the research show that at each stage there are several discussions, namely; At the planning stage include; learning objectives and experiences, determining learning activities, the people involved, materials, facilities and evaluation planning. The implementation stage concerns activities during the learning process; opening, apperception, giving new material, training, ending learning evaluation. At the evaluation stage it is divided into 2 namely for students and teachers. During the use of this method, the learning process has been running quite well and effectively. The indicators in this study are grammar and writing.

Abstract

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Online exam applications can be used by teachers as a medium to evaluate the level of achievement of students' understanding of these subjects. Training on making exam applications and providing knowledge about exam applications was carried out for Mojokerto 2 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 teachers as one of the community service activities. Abstract

Through using digital-based learning media, teachers can manage student assignments through a collaborative platform. By using digital-based learning media, students can access learning materials from anywhere. Some of the interactive digital-based learning media that can be used by teachers to teach are Genially which is used to create Powert Points, Google Sites, Book Creator used to make E-books, Animation studio to make learning animation videos, Blogger to share or publish learning materials to students. The problems of this community service partner are the teachers of MGMP Economics High School Lamongan Regency, namely: 1) There are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, 2) Teaching methods are still monotonous, with learning media that are not yet innovative. The solutions offered to overcome partner problems are: 1) Providing education about digital-based learning media to MGMP Economics teachers of Lamongan Regency, East Java, 2) Practice and assistance in making digital-based learning media. From the results of community service activities, it is known that 1) there are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, this can be seen from the number of teachers who are new to the application that can be used as a learning medium, 2) many teachers still use conventional learning media, because there is still a lack of knowledge and education about digital-based learning media applications.

Abstract

This research explores the role of organizational culture in enhancing teacher mindfulness in madrasas, viewed through the lens of Schein's organizational culture theory. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis followed a three-step process: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that three key elements of organizational culture significantly contribute to increasing teacher mindfulness. First, organizational culture artifacts, such as outing class activities and the 3S slogan (Greetings, Smile, Greet), play a vital role. Second, the espoused beliefs and values reflect the madrasa's unique vision, particularly the fifth content of the Five Santri Awarenesses—organizational awareness. Third, the underlying assumption is that integrating technology and open dialogue in madrasa activities and learning fosters a strong and influential organizational culture. This study highlights the importance of organizational culture in fostering teacher mindfulness, leading to a more harmonious and effective work environment that enhances educational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist di MA Mirqotul Ulum. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk mengungkap proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka telah berjalan melalui tahapan yang sistematis, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru, sarana prasarana, serta kesulitan dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan asesmen autentik. Di sisi lain, faktor pendukung seperti kolaborasi guru, dukungan kepala madrasah, keterlibatan orang tua, serta semangat guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi turut memperkuat pelaksanaan kurikulum. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist yang kontekstual, fleksibel, dan berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The role of teachers is very important in education, teachers must be able to combine material, to create effective, efficient and enjoyable learning. Availablity of teaching materials to support the learning process to achieve goals. The aim of this research is to develop teaching materials with the constraints of minimal time allocation in infrastructure in a learning context. The method used uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews, etc. in situations where time and resources are limited an efficient and effective approach is necessary to ensure the availablity of relevant materials and continue learning. This research proposes a development strategy that utilizes technology, curriculum, adjustment and collaboration between teachers and students to overcome these obstacles. The evaluation results show that this approach succeeded in improving the quality of learning despite the existing obstacles. The practical implication of this research is the provision of guidance and resources that can assist education in developing responsive teaching materials, in situations of minimal time allocation and infrastructure.

Abstract

Women's empowerment is a program increasingly promoted by the government. When women are empowered, they will contribute in various sectors, including education, economics, culture, health, the environment, and so on. The presence of female entrepreneurs will shape the presence of women entrepreneurs in each region, bringing new breakthroughs to their respective business fields. The objectives of this community service activity are: 1) To provide knowledge about digital technology that women in Purwo Hamlet, Pasuruan Regency, can use to explore creative entrepreneurial ideas. 2) To provide mentoring and capital assistance for the most creative, original ideas, which will be developed with a systematic business plan and business control. The stages of this community service activity begin with planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this community service activity are: 1) The women of Purwo Hamlet, consisting of housewives, teenagers, and adult women who have graduated from school, are very enthusiastic about finding entrepreneurial ideas by opening several business applications on their mobile phones, then designing business ideas or business plans. They are also given modest capital rewards for original ideas. 2) The business plan submitted by the women of Purwo Hamlet related to the natural resources in Purwo Hamlet and what was implemented was young papaya fruit, which was planned to be made into shredded fruit targeting vegetarian consumers.
