Abstract

Workplace spirituality, self-esteem, and work engagement are things that will shape the intention to stay, including teachers in schools. This study aims to 1) Testing the direct relationship between work spirituality and the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI with the Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 2) testing the relationship of Self-Esteem to the intention to remain a teacher of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) Testing the relationship between work engagement and intention to stay, 4) Testing the relationship between work spirituality and work engagement in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency,5) Testing the relationship of self-esteem to work engagement, 6) Testing the relationship of spirituality in the workplace significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement, 7) Testing the relationship of Self-esteem significantly to Intention to Stay through work engagement.. This type of quantitative research was conducted on teachers of SMK PGRI and Sooko Negeri, Mojokerto Regency, with a total of 74 teachers. The sampling technique used for this study uses simple random sampling because its characteristics are homogeneous. Analysis using path analysis. The results showed that: : 1) descriptive analysis of workplace spirituality variables is included in the category of high, high self-esteem, rather high work engagement and intention to stay is included in the high category, 2) There is a direct influence between work spirituality on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 3) there is an influence of Self-Esteem on intention to stay in teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri in Mojokerto Regency, 4) there is an influence between work engagement on intention to stay, 5) there is an influence between work spirituality on work engagement in Teachers of SMK PGRI and Negeri Mojokerto Regency, 6) there is an influence of self-esteem on work engagement, 7) workplace spirituality indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement, 8) Self-esteem indirectly does not have a significant influence on Intention to Stay through work engagement.

Abstract

In reality, biology learning processes in schools still employ conventional methods, where the teacher is the center of learning and students tend to be passive. Based on observations and interviews with biology teachers at MA Ma'arif Ambulu, it was revealed that the lack of student activeness and concentration has resulted in low student scores that have not met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC). Therefore, this study aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes on human immune system material by applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model in class XI IPA 1 MA Ma'arif Ambulu. The TPS learning model is a cooperative learning approach that involves three main steps: Think, Pair, and Share. This study was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method in class XI IPA 1 MA Ma'arif Ambulu, involving 21 students. The study focused on human immune system material and consisted of two cycles, with each cycle comprising two meetings. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and tests, and then analyzed using quantitative data analysis methods. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes, from a classical average of 38% in the pre-cycle to 71% in the second cycle, meeting the minimum mastery target. Thus, TPS is effective in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes on human immune system material.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the flow of Ahl Al-Hadith theology that leads to the Salafiyah movement. The biggest basis is to have to hold on to al-Ma'usur wa-Manqul (religious texts, both hadith and Al-Qur'an). This is an argument that the majority of the people adhere to. He gave strength to the Salaf to oppose their enemies, namely, the atheists, extremists and reformers. The Salaf have ideas about the oneness of Essence, Ta'wil and Tafwidh and the oneness in creation. The teachings of Ahl Hadith that they reject ta'wil, philosophy and science of kalam. The Qur'an which in their view is worthy as the main guide for Muslims. In a contemporary sense, it refers to a reform movement. The term Ahl al-Hadith is often used interchangeably with the term Salafi and they prefer to call themselves Salafis, although they are often called Wahhabis with their enemies.   Keywords: flow of Ahl Al-Hadith, theology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul ajar Seni Rupa yang khusus disesuaikan bagi siswa kelas 4 di MI Al Hidayah. Modul ini dirancang untuk mendukung mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan (SBK) dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan belajar siswa berdasarkan konteks lingkungan dan kondisi sosial mereka yang berada di wilayah pegunungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap utama: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan materi, modul pengembangan, implementasi di kelas, dan evaluasi hasil. Proses validasi dilakukan oleh ahli desain dan ahli materi, yang menghasilkan skor kelayakan tinggi sebesar 85%. Modul ini mencakup tiga tema utama, yaitu menggambar lingkungan sekitar, membuat karya kerajinan, serta bereksperimen dengan tekstur. Implementasi modul diterapkan pada siswa kelas 4 melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning) yang interaktif dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa modul ini tidak hanya berhasil menarik minat siswa, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang konsep seni rupa yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Respon siswa dan guru menunjukkan bahwa modul ini dinilai sangat praktis dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penyediaan bahan ajar yang kontekstual, mendukung proses pembelajaran yang bermakna, serta selaras dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of granting marriage dispensation at the Kraksaan Religious Court from the perspective of positive law in Indonesia. Marriage dispensation is the court's authority to grant marriage permits for couples who have not reached the minimum age limit as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The research method used is qualitative with a juridical-sociological approach. Data were obtained through interviews with judges and studies of marriage dispensation decisions at the Kraksaan Religious Court during the enactment of Law Number 16. The results of the study indicate that the granting of marriage dispensation at the Kraksaan Religious Court is still dominated by reasons of pregnancy outside marriage and family pressure, although normatively it must consider aspects of the welfare and protection of children. In practice, judges tend to use social and psychological considerations in deciding cases, although sometimes they do not fully refer to the spirit of child protection in positive law. These findings indicate a tension between social reality and applicable legal norms, so that synergy is needed between regulations, public education, and child protection policies.

Abstract

Reforms and decentralization helped to accelerate progress towards achieving progress. Educational autonomy needs to be maximized in balancing the currents of the global climate. The ability of educational institutions to adapt to the global climate is very much needed. So that when faced with the current Covid-19 outbreak, schools can survive and run stably. The key component in the management of education is the curriculum. The role of the curriculum as the brain of the operationalization of the institution can be designed creatively and independently. Achievement-based independent curriculum as a manifestation of educational autonomy. This research focuses on the design and model of achievement-based independent curriculum development. The aim is to find an achievement-based independent curriculum design and model in boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the study found that the curriculum development design at SMA al Hikmah Boarding School was based on the competency standards of shalih, muslih, and optimal academic graduates. Meanwhile, the development step consists of four components, including philosophical construction, strengthening the foundation based on vision-mission-objectives, designing innovation programs, and producing program innovation outputs. Meanwhile, the Al Hikmah Boarding School curriculum model is independent-intergartive. The model by integrating the program into graduate competency standards is in the form of a life proposal and leadership character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas storytelling sebagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sekaligus pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan karakter religius siswa di MI Darun Najah Tiris Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan storytelling membuat pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Siswa yang sebelumnya pasif kini lebih aktif bertanya, berdiskusi, dan menanggapi materi pembelajaran, sehingga motivasi belajar meningkat secara signifikan. Metode storytelling juga mempermudah pemahaman materi PAI dengan menghadirkan kisah para nabi, sahabat, tokoh Islam, dan contoh moral sehari-hari, sehingga pesan moral dan nilai-nilai religius tersampaikan secara efektif. Selain itu, storytelling membantu menanamkan karakter religius siswa secara nyata, termasuk kejujuran, kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin, yang tercermin dalam perilaku sehari-hari baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa storytelling merupakan strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, mempermudah pemahaman materi, dan mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembentukan karakter mandiri dan religius melalui pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Unggulan Cahaya Cendekia Glagah, Kecamatan Pakuniran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam bagaimana lingkungan sekolah mendukung proses internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman pada siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, koordinator keagamaan, guru kelas, dan siswa, serta didukung oleh observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter mandiri dan religius siswa. Kegiatan pembiasaan harian seperti shalat dhuha, tadarus Al-Qur’an, menjaga kebersihan, dan saling membantu diintegrasikan secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru berperan sebagai teladan yang menanamkan nilai disiplin, kejujuran, dan kesabaran yang ditiru oleh siswa. Pembentukan karakter terjadi melalui sinergi antara pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, dan keterlibatan lingkungan, sehingga siswa mampu memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam secara kontekstual. Faktor pendukung mencakup suasana sekolah yang religius, program pembiasaan yang konsisten, dan kerja sama dengan orang tua, sementara hambatannya meliputi kurangnya dukungan keluarga dan keterbatasan waktu praktik. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan lingkungan sekolah dalam pembelajaran PAI efektif memperkuat dimensi moral, sosial, dan spiritual siswa, serta menumbuhkan karakter yang utuh dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi desain pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis kitab Ad-Diyah, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di kelas II dan III SD Cahaya Cendekia Glagah Pakuniran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI berbasis kitab Ad-Diyah diintegrasikan dengan praktik langsung ibadah siswa, sehingga lebih aplikatif dan bermakna. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan orang tua, antusiasme siswa, serta kebijakan sekolah yang selaras dengan visi pesantren. Adapun hambatan utamanya adalah keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan kesulitan siswa dalam memahami bahasa Arab klasik. Dampak positif dari implementasi ini tercermin pada peningkatan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor siswa. Mereka lebih memahami tata cara ibadah, lebih disiplin dalam praktik keagamaan, serta mampu melaksanakan wudhu dan shalat dengan benar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kurikulum pesantren dan nasional dapat menjadi model alternatif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi media Canva sebagai sarana evaluasi interaktif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di kelas II SD Unggulan Cahaya Cendekia Glagah Pakuniran Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru PAI, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, serta siswa kelas II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Canva mampu menciptakan suasana evaluasi yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Guru menggunakan Canva untuk membuat kuis bergambar, latihan menebalkan huruf, dan menyajikan kisah para nabi secara visual, sehingga siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti evaluasi. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan jaringan internet dan kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan fitur Canva secara optimal. Meskipun demikian, penggunaan Canva terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa, sekaligus memperkuat nilai-nilai keislaman melalui pendekatan pembelajaran digital yang kreatif.
