Abstract

منذ سنة 2013 الماضية قد قررت وزارة الشؤون الدينية فى تطبيق الكتاب التعليمي للمنهج الوطني (K-13). والغرض منه لمساعدة مدرسي اللغة العربية فى تعليمها لدى الطلاب. ومن خصائص هذا الكتاب كانت محتوياته تحتمل على مجال تعليم المهارة اللغوية والتراكيب. لكمال محتويات فيه، يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الكتاب التعليمي تحليلا دقيقا. ابتداءا من التحليل عن تعليم المهارة الأربعة فيه، ثم المباني الصرفية، التراكيب ويليها التحليل من ناحية التدريبات اللغوية. وبعد قيام الباحث بالتحليل، كان الكتاب المدرسي للمنهج الوطني خاصة للصف العاشر يحتاج إلى التحسينات لتحقيق الكتاب المدرسي الجيد لدى الطلاب.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that focus on moral education. Islamic boarding schools at this time were divided into ancestor and modern boarding schools. There are differences in the curriculum and learning models of Arabic in the two pesantren. Salaf Islamic boarding schools have a special curriculum in understanding the understanding of Islam. Learning Arabic in the Salaf Islamic boarding school is oriented towards grammatical learning by memorizing the terms nahwu and shorof and memorizing nadhom. While the Arabic language learning curriculum in modern pesantren aims not only for religious scholarship, but aims to use all language skills in communication. This Islamic boarding schools believes that language learning activities must provide students the ability to communicate correctly, both in oral and written form.

Abstract

مهارة الاستماع أول مهارة ينال بها الطلبة المفرادات، الأسلوب والتعبير فى الكلام. أما عملية تعليم الاستماع فبعض من المدرسين يهملون بتعليمها ويشكو طلبتهم بالإضافة إلى استماع التعبير الشفهي من الناطق العربي. وهذه المشكلات أيضا يوجهها بعض الطلبة فى جامعة كياهي الحاج عبد الحليم. من جهة ما يلزم على الطلبة أن يمارس سماعهم من الناطق الأصلي، ومن جهة آخر ليس لهم الاستعداد فى دراسة مادة الاستماع. وعلى التناقض الواقعيهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة المشكلات فى عملية تعليم الاستماع لدى الطلبة والمدرسة يبحث عن أسباب ظهور تلك المشكلات وحلولها من جهة الحاجة الطلبة والمدرس. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفيعلى المدخل الكيفي لأن الباحث يريد وصف ظواهر عملية تعليم الاستماع وصفا دقيقا وتحليلها إلى نتيجة ما. أما النتائج فيما عمله الباحث فهيالحلول لمقترحاتهذه المشكلات منها أن يهتم المدرس بإعداد المواد التعليمية لمهارة الاستماع، وتقديم المفردات الجديدة التي سيستمعها الطلبة بطريقة تعليمها ولا يترك المدرس التقويم كل نهاية الدرس لمعرفة نجاح عمليته فى التعليم.

Abstract

This research examines educators' efforts to form an attitude of religious moderation towards Dayah Darul Hikmah West Aceh students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type of research, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Dayah Darul Hikmah West Aceh has systematically improved attitudes toward religious moderation among its students. Efforts begin with careful planning based on the principles of religious moderation from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, such as tas?muh, tawassuth, taw?zun, itid?l, mus?wah, and sy?ra. Furthermore, educators socialize and apply the values ??of religious moderation in learning in and outside the classroom by emphasizing tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences. The practice of religious moderation can be seen from an attitude of mutual respect, respect and affection regardless of differences among students. They also maintain good relations with followers of other religions. This practice aligns with multicultural education, peace, character, inclusiveness, and rahmatan lil'alamin. However, there are challenges, such as misunderstanding regarding religious moderation among educators. This research concludes the importance of socialization, in-depth understanding, evaluation and continuous improvement in efforts to increase attitudes towards religious moderation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of the Naqsyabandiyah congregation in fostering moral education for students at the Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga, Aceh. This research is field research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing the Naqsyabandiyah order at Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga significantly contributes to Santri's moral development. The implementation method is carried out systematically, including registration, following a series of dhikr and riyadhah practices, and guidance from murshids and caliphs. The contributions of the Naqshbandiyah order include cleansing themselves of dishonorable morals, stemming the spread of heretical teachings, forming individuals with noble character and obedience to Allah, increasing worship and good morals, and raising awareness of Allah's supervision. The moral development of students is carried out through the methods of habituation, example, and socializing. The good implementation of the Naqshbandiyah order, supported by efforts at habituation, example, and the concept of socializing, has positively improved the morals of Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga students.

Abstract

Management of educational human resources as the most strategic effort in maximizing the management of an educational institution. The quality of human resources is closely related to literacy, literacy is related to science, science is related to understanding and intelligence. The low mindset regarding the importance of literacy culture in society makes the quality of human resources stagnate at a low level, this is based on the PISA and UNESCO assessments. Literacy is an essential element that must be instilled in human resources today. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of human resources at SMAN 1 Puri. This research uses a case study approach with a qualitative research type, by placing an object into a case in the research. While collecting research data with observation methods, interview methods, and documentation.  The analysis flow uses an interactive analysis model, by carrying out four stages, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction. The result of this study is that the management of human resources at SMAN 1 Puri is carried out by following the management function, namely implementing a planning, organizing, realizing and supervising, which is the main point in the management of human resources is the implementation of literacy culture, Such as planning an annual literacy program, training and self-development, writing classes, discussions of various genres of literary works or scientific papers, and holding a literacy camp for 40 days.

Abstract

Artikel ini berangkat dari maraknya penggunaan media sosial instagram yang seiring  berjalannya waktu banyak digemari dan menjadi pusat informasi serta layanan kepada publik oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi dan pola yang seharusnya dapat  dimaksimalkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Malang dalam memaksimalkan konten unggahan yang ada  di instagram. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih konten analisis kualitatif sebagai jenis  penelitihan kualitatif, dengan memaksimalkan studi dokumentasi sebagai sumber data primer. Temuan dalam penelitian ini di antaranya bahwa unggahan akun instagram Pemerintah Kota  Malang meliputi operasi, informasi, edukasi, promosi, dan simbolik. Sedangkan eksistensi  unggahan akun milik Pemerintah Kota Malang masih pada taraf kontinuitas posting.

Abstract

The grade two students at SD Al-Qur'an Roudlotut Tholibin have difficulty remembering vocabulary in the process of learning Arabic. Because they consider that learning Arabic was a difficult thing to do because it’s a foreign language. However, using fun method did not bored and easier for students to capture the material or vocabulary that has been given. The article was conducted to determine the application of fun learning methods in grade 2 students at SD Al-Qur'an Roudlout Tholibin in learning Arabic to make it easier for students to memorize Arabic vocabulary. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research, where the data collection used interview, observation and documentation methods. In the from observations result found that the main problem was that students had difficulty understanding Arabic words hence it affected when students memorized vocabulary. In order for students to easily capture the material provided by the teacher, the right method was needed. Therefore, the Fun Learning method was considered to have a positive influence on the teaching and learning process of Arabic because it’s focuses on creating an interactive and comfortable learning atmosphere. Hence, the children did not bored and running well. For example, providing vocabulary material through singing or through games, that way students wmore easily capture the material delivered by the teacher. Abstract

Teacher certification is the process of granting formal credentials to educators as recognition of their competence and professionalism. Based on Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, teacher certification is mandatory to improve the quality of education. Certified teachers are expected to meet professional standards in teaching and classroom management. This study aims to analyze the professionalism of certified teachers at MIN 49 Pidie and evaluate the supervision process implemented. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that certified teachers at MIN 49 Pidie have improved in teaching creativity, the use of electronic media, and administrative management. Despite limited resources, teachers can implement more varied teaching methods. Additionally, academic supervision is conducted through lesson plan reviews, classroom observations, and individual meetings between the school principal and teachers to evaluate performance and provide professional development solutions. With effective certification and supervision, teachers are increasingly motivated to enhance their competencies through training and educational seminars.

Abstract

The investigation employs a quantitative strategy utilizing a survey research methodology. The research is carried out at Private Islamic Elementary Schools in the KKMI Cluster of Pancatengah Sub-District, Tasikmalaya Regency. A Simple Random Sampling technique is applied, involving a sample size of 92 teachers. Questionnaires are used for data collection, and data analysis is conducted using SPSS version 24 for Windows. The research outcomes are outlined as follows: (1) There is a noteworthy positive impact of facility management on teachers' work effectiveness at Private Islamic Elementary Schools in the KKMI Cluster of Pancatengah Sub-District, Tasikmalaya Regency, substantiated by the computed t-value surpassing the tabulated t-value (6.626 > 1.987) with a coefficient of determination of 0.553, indicating a 55.3% influence. (2) There is a significant positive effect of the work environment on teachers' work effectiveness at Private Islamic Elementary Schools in the KKMI Cluster of Pancatengah Sub-District, Tasikmalaya Regency, validated by the calculated t-value exceeding the tabulated t-value (5.351 > 1.987) with a coefficient of determination of 0.494, signifying a 49.4% impact. (3) There is a substantial positive combined impact of facility and infrastructure management and the work environment on teachers' work effectiveness at Private Islamic Elementary Schools in the KKMI Cluster of Pancatengah Sub-District, Tasikmalaya Regency, confirmed by the computed F-value surpassing the tabulated F-value (86.960 > 3.10) with a coefficient of determination of 0.661, indicating a 66.1% effect. In summary, both facility and infrastructure management and the work environment positively and significantly influence teachers' work effectiveness at Private Islamic Elementary Schools in the KKMI Cluster of Pancatengah Sub-District, Tasikmalaya Regency, both individually and collectively. This study suggests that all stakeholders should actively manage and maintain facilities and infrastructure while preserving the school's work environment to enhance teacher effectiveness consistently.
