Abstract

Multicultural education is a manifestation of the process of respecting diversity among others and accepting each other. The most basic thing about this education is to uphold human values so as to create a sense of justice, togetherness and a sense of inequality or discrimination. As an example and role model that needs to be observed is Drajat's attitude in preaching and teaching morality. He and the community were known to be very wise and more concerned with caring for others. Thus it can be seen in his advice which includes catur menehono. It's a pity if Sunan's teachings on human rights are used as a memory in history. Therefore, here the writer wants to study more in the meaning of chess menehono teachings Sunan Drajat and try to redesign how the social teachings are applied in the scope of education.

Abstract

Religious character is the first and main character that must be instilled in children as early as possible, which becomes the basis of religion in the lives of individuals, society and the Indonesian nation. Religious character is not only related to religious relationships but also to relationships between human beings. Familiarization with religious programs in schools has a very important role in cultivating the character formation of children as they grow older, because schools are formal institutions that are the initial foundation for students at the next level. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of religious activity programs, especially at MTsN 5 Jombang, develops students' religious character. This type and approach to research uses qualitative research with a case study type. Data collection methods were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, data verification and drawing conclusions. The data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. The results of this research illustrate that: 1) The forms of religious activity programs at MTsN 5 Jombang include: tadarus Al-Qur'an and reading asmaul khusna, dhuha prayers, memorizing the Al-Qur'an, midday prayers in congregation at the school mosque, infaq which is held every Friday. 2) Implementation of the religious activity program in developing religious character at MTsN 5 Jombang is as follows: First, school policy in which all school members participate in all forms of religious activities implemented by the school. Second, the commitment of the school community is realized through the participation and cooperation of all school residents led by the head of MTsN 5 Jombang. Third, creating a religious atmosphere by setting a schedule for implementing religious activity programs.

دراسة العربية ليست دراسة اللغة الأجنبية للاتصال والتفاهم. ولبعض المسلمين دراسة العربية هي دراسة دينهم. لذا يحتاج التلاميذ الكتب العربية كوسيلتهم فى فهم اللغة العربية التي هي جزء من الدين الإسلامي. وهو كتاب مدارج الدروس العربية الذى ألفه كياهي الحاج محمد بصري علوي. ويريد الباحث تحليل هذا الكتاب أي مدارج الدروس العربية تحليلا دقيقا على منهج الوصف. لأن أهداف هذا الباحث نيل المعلومات الكثيرة من جوانب المحتوى والتقويم والتصميم من كتاب مدارج الدروس اللغة العربية

Abstract

This paper analyzes official documents from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (KMA No. 183/2019, No. 184/2019, and No. 347/2022) and Arabic language textbooks across levels (MI grade 6, MTs grades 7 & 9, and MA grade 10) to examine the application of the Scope–Sequence–Continuity (SSC) principle in Arabic language learning and to design an Arabic language learning plan that is adaptive to input heterogeneity in Madrasahs. This research uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach to KMA documents and official textbooks from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The combination of regulatory sources and teaching materials allows mapping of SSC outcomes, material sequences, and repetition patterns across levels while testing the consistency between policies and classroom practices. Therefore, the analysis of each chapter is mapped in the SSC matrix and validated through source triangulation and theory triangulation to reveal the gap between the ideals of the policy and the reality of implementation. Research findings indicate that the curriculum has been designed with a relatively consistent SSC foundation, but has not fully anticipated the heterogeneity of student input. This article highlights the curriculum gap, interprets the data through content analysis, and proposes the concept of input differentiation as a novel contribution to Arabic language learning planning.

Abstract

This article aims to examine international language standards that may be used as references for teaching Arabic in institutions other than madrasas. The author chose Rusydi Ahmad Thu'aimah, ACTFL and CEFR as materials for standardizing foreign language teaching because there is no doubt about the quality and fame of the three standards. It's just that there must be common ground and differences between each of the three standards. The standardization of Arabic teaching in madrasas has been determined by the publication of KMA number 183 of 2019. This guide contains how to implement the Arabic Arabic curriculum in madrasah. However, the next question is what about the guidelines or standardization of Arabic teaching in public schools, Islamic boarding schools, and course institutions in Indonesia Thus, this research is theoretical in nature more towards conceptual. And to get the conceptual answer, the researcher uses a qualitative approach with qualitative content analysis methods and is a documentary study with the primary sources being the works of Rusydi Ahmad Thu'aimah, the ACTFL guidelines and the CEFR guidelines. The results of this study indicate that there is no tafāul teaching (interaction) in the ACTFL and CEFR guidelines and this is the uniqueness of Rusydi Ahmad Thu'aimah's standard. While the uniqueness of ACTFL compared to others is the division of novice, intermediate, and advance standards into three parts. While CEFR has a distinctive importance for teaching texts that are more communicative and contextual, such as teaching text in the form of letters and the importance of an image in the text. The implication of this finding is that the standardization of foreign language teaching needs to be integrated into one use for teaching Arabic language outside madrasah.

Abstract

This research examines educators' efforts to form an attitude of religious moderation towards Dayah Darul Hikmah West Aceh students. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type of research, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Dayah Darul Hikmah West Aceh has systematically improved attitudes toward religious moderation among its students. Efforts begin with careful planning based on the principles of religious moderation from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, such as tas?muh, tawassuth, taw?zun, itid?l, mus?wah, and sy?ra. Furthermore, educators socialize and apply the values ??of religious moderation in learning in and outside the classroom by emphasizing tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences. The practice of religious moderation can be seen from an attitude of mutual respect, respect and affection regardless of differences among students. They also maintain good relations with followers of other religions. This practice aligns with multicultural education, peace, character, inclusiveness, and rahmatan lil'alamin. However, there are challenges, such as misunderstanding regarding religious moderation among educators. This research concludes the importance of socialization, in-depth understanding, evaluation and continuous improvement in efforts to increase attitudes towards religious moderation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of the Naqsyabandiyah congregation in fostering moral education for students at the Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga, Aceh. This research is field research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing the Naqsyabandiyah order at Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga significantly contributes to Santri's moral development. The implementation method is carried out systematically, including registration, following a series of dhikr and riyadhah practices, and guidance from murshids and caliphs. The contributions of the Naqshbandiyah order include cleansing themselves of dishonorable morals, stemming the spread of heretical teachings, forming individuals with noble character and obedience to Allah, increasing worship and good morals, and raising awareness of Allah's supervision. The moral development of students is carried out through the methods of habituation, example, and socializing. The good implementation of the Naqshbandiyah order, supported by efforts at habituation, example, and the concept of socializing, has positively improved the morals of Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga students.

Abstract

Teacher certification is the process of granting formal credentials to educators as recognition of their competence and professionalism. Based on Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, teacher certification is mandatory to improve the quality of education. Certified teachers are expected to meet professional standards in teaching and classroom management. This study aims to analyze the professionalism of certified teachers at MIN 49 Pidie and evaluate the supervision process implemented. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that certified teachers at MIN 49 Pidie have improved in teaching creativity, the use of electronic media, and administrative management. Despite limited resources, teachers can implement more varied teaching methods. Additionally, academic supervision is conducted through lesson plan reviews, classroom observations, and individual meetings between the school principal and teachers to evaluate performance and provide professional development solutions. With effective certification and supervision, teachers are increasingly motivated to enhance their competencies through training and educational seminars.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the concept of hermeneutics initiated by a professor in the field of tafsir. He is named Farid Esack, has tried to find a solution of change for the people oppressed by the Apartheid regime at that time. Hermeneutics liberation is not just a theoretical concept, even its applicability is a solidarity of liberation. From a reflection and liberation solidarity movement, just being tolerant is not enough. A praxis, inter-religious dialogue is a solution that it considers to generate the spirit of freedom of the people of North Africa. In Indonesia, conflicts over religion-name, sectarianism, and strife can still be found in the community. So by dialogue, discussion together solve the problem to seek a better and appropriate point when applied in Indonesia multicultural society. It should be noted, however, that the implication of the concept offered by Esack is that the interpreter must have the courage to study the contents of the Qur'an in a rational way as well as being an actor in national activities to establish solidarity in the life of the nation.

Abstract

Management of educational human resources as the most strategic effort in maximizing the management of an educational institution. The quality of human resources is closely related to literacy, literacy is related to science, science is related to understanding and intelligence. The low mindset regarding the importance of literacy culture in society makes the quality of human resources stagnate at a low level, this is based on the PISA and UNESCO assessments. Literacy is an essential element that must be instilled in human resources today. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of human resources at SMAN 1 Puri. This research uses a case study approach with a qualitative research type, by placing an object into a case in the research. While collecting research data with observation methods, interview methods, and documentation.  The analysis flow uses an interactive analysis model, by carrying out four stages, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction. The result of this study is that the management of human resources at SMAN 1 Puri is carried out by following the management function, namely implementing a planning, organizing, realizing and supervising, which is the main point in the management of human resources is the implementation of literacy culture, Such as planning an annual literacy program, training and self-development, writing classes, discussions of various genres of literary works or scientific papers, and holding a literacy camp for 40 days.
