Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in the performance of Sahabat Yatim Indonesia (SYI) Yogyakarta Branch employees by increasing the amount of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) received. This research is qualitative, with data sources in the form of primary and secondary data. The method used in collecting data was interviewing and looking at the financial reports held by the SYI Yogyakarta branch. There were seven interview informants, including branch heads and employees of the SYI Yogyakarta branch. The validity of the data was tested using the source triangulation method. This research uses data analysis techniques, such as data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research find that the strategy to improve employee performance carried out by the SYI Yogyakarta branch has gone according to plan; this is realized through measurable implementation and supervision through monitoring and evaluation. The strategy to increase ZIS revenues has also been running well. The increase in ZIS proves that this is accepted every month. The theoretical implications of this research can be helpful as a reference for further research on a similar theme. The practical implication of this research is that the SYI Yogyakarta branch can maintain employee performance in increasing ZIS acquisition. The leadership of the SYI Yogyakarta branch can provide policies for distributing employee performance according to employee duties and functions so that employee performance can run better by the organizational structure of the SYI Yogyakarta branch.

Abstract

Komunikasi pengajaran merupakan instrumen penting dalam bidang pendidikan. Yang tidak hanya bersifat transmisional sebagai penyampai materi ajar namun juga bersifat relasional untuk membangun kedekatan dan keterbitan siswa dan pengajar secara emosional. Kedekatan emosional yang diangun melalui strategi komunikasi dipandang mampu membangun motivasi dan semangat belajar siswa utamanya dalam suasan pembelajaran yang penuh tantangan. Pemanfaatan komunikasi humor dalam ruang pembelajaran oleh pengajar menjadi salah satu strategi komunikasi relasional yang ingin diteliti dalam penelitian ini, tak tercuali saat pembelajaran dilakukan melaljui jaringan on line. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri dan memahami pemanfataan komunikasi humor dalam menciptakan sense of immediacy diantara pengajar dan siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui jaringan media on line. Karakteristik komunikasi bermediasi online menuntut keterampilan penyampaian komunikasi relasional yang berbeda, tidak hanya dalam bentukan pesannya tapi juga kemampuan pemahaman pada karalteristik media on line itu sendiri. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mewawancarai tenaga pengajar dari kalangan guru dan dosen. Hasil yang diperoleh memperlihatkan pemanfaatan humor ruang pembelajaran cenderung berdimensi bonding humor dan coping humor dengan gaya affialite humor yang lebih menekankan pada penciptaan suasana kebersamaan dan kenyamanan iklim komunikasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a chemistry e-module based on local wisdom in Bengkulu using Canva and Flip PDF Professional. It also aims to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, and practicality of e-modules as well as the degree to which they raise students' chemistry learning outcomes. A module based on customs from the Bengkulu people. The ADDIE development stages analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are used in this study's use of the Research and Development technique at MAN 2 Bengkulu City. Questionnaires and assessments of learning outcomes are two methods used to collect data. Following the use of the e-module, student learning outcomes were 80.59, with an 88.24% completion rate. The t test findings show that the e-module is beneficial in enhancing learning outcomes; for alpha = 5%, the t count of 15.52 is greater than the t table of 1.694. The average student assessment for the product efficiency component of the chemistry e-module was 3.5, falling into the good category with an 87.5% percentage, according to the results of the student questionnaire. In contrast, the average student evaluation for the product's usefulness factor was 3.53, placing it in the good category with an 88.25% percentage

Abstract

Research-based learning (RBL) is a learning model that involves research activities in the learning process. The higher education system cannot separate from learning and research activities. This study aims to present a case study that explores the learning experiences of 5 students of the doctoral education program and how their research skills differ before and after implementing RBL in a local-based science learning development course. Collecting data methods are interviews, learning notes, product assessments, and questionnaires. Data analysis consisted of examining, categorizing, and recombining the quantitative and qualitative evidence to discuss the research's initial propositions. Research results show that the ability of doctoral program students applied knowledge in practical contexts, research skills, critical and analytical thinking, scientific communication skills could be improved through research-based learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Toribulu, Kecamatan Toribulu, Kabupaten Parigi Mautong, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Pelaksaan penelitian ini berlangsung mulai dari 17 April sampai dengan 17 Juni 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah penyemprotan pupuk organik cair yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan yaitu (P0) Kontrol, (P1) 2 ml/l air, (P2) 4 ml/l air , (P3) 6 ml/l air. Setiap perlakuan terdri dari 3 tanaman diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 36 unit percobaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5% untuk melihat perbedaan konsetrasi yang berbeda tampa perlakuan. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, lilit batang, berat basa akar, berat kering akar.
