Abstract

Based on the comment data that has been collected through data provided by the Nugraha Eka Courier route regarding serivce to customers, a sentiment analysis will e carried out to determine positive and negative comments. The collected data is divided to be used as training data and testing data for the classification process which is supported by the rapidminer application. The method used for clarification in this study is the Naïve Bayes method. This study aims to get the value of service accuracy based on comments given by the community. The results showed that the naïve bayes method was able to classify the comments that had been collected by getting an accuracy value for positive comments of 82,25% for negative comments getting an accuracy value of 17,75%. It is avident that the proposed method can be used to classify the services of the Nugraha Eka courier (JNE) line through the comments that have been collected.

Abstract

The actions of workers and the conditions of the work place greatly influence the occurrence of work accidents, where accidents that often occur in welding workshops are workers tripping over tools or materials in the welding area, ringing in their ears, inhaling welding fumes, hands being pinched, being hit by hot iron sparks, and so on. Data collection is carried out by direct interviews in order to obtain data from work processes, accidents that may occur and findings from direct observations and similar related research. In processing the data, after the analysis has been carried out, it can be calculated based on the level of risk in the form of a value. This research aims to reduce the risk of work accidents using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment method, where this method is to find out how to identify potential dangers that may arise in the area and assess the risks using a risk assessment matrix. In this research, qualitative analysis was carried out using an observational approach. Of the 7 workshop activities, namely dropping goods/materials using a crane, cutting materials, welding, plate rolling, smoothing weld marks (granding), sandblasting, and painting, there are 28 potential hazards which are classified into: 21 risks in the Low Risk category (75%), 3 risks in the Moderate category (11%), and 4 risks in the High category (14%). With a frequency level range of 1-5, the severity value range starts from 1-2 and the risk levels obtained are low, moderate and high.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan dan sosial paling serius di dunia, dan menjadi fokus perhatian pemerintah. Meningkatnya kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba berarti jumlah pecandu narkoba di Indonesia terus bertambah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah memperkenalkan program untuk mencegah peningkatan pecandu narkoba, program rehabilitasi. Model Matematika dengan faktor rehabilitasi merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk menganalis pecandu dan pengguna narkotika di Sumatera Utara. Model matematika penyebaran pecandu narkotika dari White dan Comikey dengan menambahkan kelas populasi yang berhenti dari pengguna narkotika (R) dan selanjutnya dilakukan penambahan pada setiap kelas populasi sehingga penambahan variabel model berupa kelas populasi rentan yang diberikan program rehabilitasi (Se), kelas populasi penguna narkotika yang diberi program rehabilitasi (Ue) dan kelas populasi berhernti dari pengguna narkotika yang diberikan program rehabilitasi (Re). Rehabilitasi yang dimaksud dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi atau penangganan untuk para pencandu dan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem pendekatan yang ilain, isalah isatunya idengan menggunakan imodel isimulasi dasar metode Monte Carlo adalah melakukan pengujian pada elemen-elemen probalitiasi melalui sampel angka random. Hasilnya perkiraan jumlah penyalahgunaan pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah 1638 orang, 1726 orang. Jumlah perkiraan penyalahgunaan narkotika tersebut naik dari jumlah penyalahgunaan narkotika dengan program rehabilitasi pada tahun 2019 yang jumlah penyalahgunaan narkotika 1638 orang. Jumlah penyalahgunaan narkotika dengan program rehabilitasi pada tahun 2019, 2020, 2021 menaik sekitar 5%.

Abstract

In the field of agriculture in Indonesia, there are forms or types of plants, one of which is food crops. Currently, the food crops that develop in Bandar Kwala village are rice, corn, peanuts, and cassava. So that there is competition for nutrient absorption between plants and many types of plant-disturbing organisms that appear and cause farmers to experience crop failure, the selling price in the market is not proportional to the price of the seeds they buy and the care they do. For each type of plant that is planted, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that affect the growth of a plant, one of which is land management, seeding, fertilization and pest control. The purpose of this research is to apply the SMARTER method to get the ranking of plants suitable for planting on agricultural land in Bandar Kwala village based on food crop criteria. In the SMARTER method, the ranking results are obtained by looking at the final value obtained by each alternative, where the alternative rice plant gets a final value of 0.9581 as the first rank, the cassava plants alternative gets a final value of 0.2628 as the second rank, the alternative to peanut plant gets the final score was 0.2354 as the third rank, and the alternative maize crop obtained a final score of 0.0899 as the fourth rank.Keywords: Plant, decision, rank, SMARTER MSC2020: 90B50

Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) adalah pendekatan statistik multivariat yang merupakan campuran dari analisis faktor dan analisis regresi. SEM memiliki beberapa metode salah satunya adalah GeneralizedStructuredComponentAnalysis (GSCA). GSCA adalah metode SEM berbasis faktor yang sangat penting dan dapat digunakan untuk menghitung skor (bukan skala) dan juga dapat dilakukan untuk sampel yang sangat kecil. Pada penelitian ini, GSCA diaplikasikan pada MTsN Tebing Tinggi, sebab sampel yang dimiliki pada penelitian tersebut berjumlah kurang dari 100. GSCA merupakan solusi dalam penelitian ini, GSCA yang diaplikasikan pada MTsN Tebing Tinggi untuk mengetahui pengaruh remunerasi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru MTsN Tebing Tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh guru di MTsN Tebing Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel Remunerasi terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefsien jalur  0,880 sehingga hasil ini merupakan suatu yang signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan nilai p – value<0,05. Demikian halnya padavariabelmotivasiberpengaruhpositif pada variabelkinerjadengankoefisienjalursebesar 1,013 Berdasarkannilaitersebutdapatdinyatakankedua variabel tersebut signifikankarena p – value < 0,05. Oleh karenaitudapatdinyatakanbahwa Guru yang memilikimotivasi yang tinggidapatmemberikankinerja yang baik.Sedangkan pada variabel remunerasi memiliki koefisien jalur -0,065 terhadap kinerja, dan berdasarkan p-value kedua variabel ini memberikanpengaruhnegatif dikarenakannilai p – value > 0,05.

Abstract

Transportasi publik ramai dimanfaatkan bagi warga metropolitan dan diberi trayek. Di lain pihak, saran juga jasa transportasi perkotaan tidak mengindahkan keamanan fisik atau kualitas pelayanan menyebabkan penduduk perkotaan lebih memilih transportasi individu sebagai sarana pemenuhan mobilitasnya. Peran Kementerian Perhubungan Kodya Medan adalah satuan perwujudan. Peraturan Daerah Kodya Medan di bidang perhubungan dikoordinasikan pada KaDis juga berkewajiban pada walikota melalui sekda. Kerangka riset yang diterapkan periset adalah penelitian kualitatif, di mana informasi dikumpulkan. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data pendahuluan dan sekunder, narasumber pada riset ini yaitu Kepala Perhubungan Kota Medan. Pelayanan, informan utama yaitu Kepala Kementerian Perhubungan. Divisi lalu lintas serta angkutan darat dan narasumber lainnya. Ia merupakan kepala bagian ketiga Koperasi Angkutan Umum Medan (KPUM) dan bagian paroki perkotaan yang memanfaatkan tranportasi publik. Hasil riset ini untuk mengetahui bahwa Kementerian Perhubungan Kodya Medan telah melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Fungsi dan fungsi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan adalah sebagai perantara, pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pengendalian. (Kata Kunci: peran, kemampuan trayek, kualitas jasa, transportasi publik)

Abstract

Oil palm has an important role for the country's economy and is one of the commodity crops for Indonesian plantations. The oil content in palm oil has benefits for everyday life such as cooking oil, processed food, cosmetics and so on. Selection of quality fresh fruit bunches (FFB) for oil palm suitable for harvest requires a method to determine which fresh fruit bunches (FFB) are very suitable. One way to do this is by using the profile matching method. The profile matching method is a method of making decisions by assuming that there is an ideal variable level. The results of the study concluded, among others: the decision support system used to assist in selecting the quality of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm worth harvesting. The application of the profile matching method can make decisions in selecting the quality of fresh fruit bunches worth harvesting based on ranking for the 30 samples used. TBS20 with a value of 4.9 is ranked first and TBS16 with a value of 3 is ranked last.

Abstract

TBC (Tuberculosis) yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi pernapasan kronis yang menular dan satu dari 10 penyebab kematian tertinggi dunia. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), Indonesia menempati peringkat ketiga tertinggi tepat setelah India dan China. Sehingga perlu adanya model pengestimasi yang sesuai untuk membantu pemerintah dalam menentukan penanganan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penggabungan antara Fuzzy Time Series dengan Markov Chain. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data jumlah penderita TBC pada Triwulan I pada tahun 2016 hingga Triwulan I tahun 2021 berdasarkan arsip Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Model pengestimasi dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain (FTS-MC) dalam penelitian ini memberikan hasil estimasi pada periode Triwulan II Tahun 2021 sebanyak 8723 penderita TBC dengan tingkat kekuratan mencapai angka 95%. Hasil ini sangat penting sebagai dasar untuk perencanaan strategi pengendalian TBC yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Curly red chilies are one of the vegetable commodities that have an effect on national economic growth. North Sumatra is one of the largest red chilli have a problem with price fluctuations which will result in inflanation. Erratic chili prices will have an impact on society and the country. The right policy to avoid negative impact on price fluctuations of North Sumatra’s curly red chilies is to predict it in the future. The purpose of this study was to obtain the result of the prediction of the price of North Sumatra curly red chilies. The results of this analysis can be used in determining the right policy. The method used in this study is the Holt Winters Additive Method, because the Holt Winters Additive Method is a method that can be used for forecasting data that has elements of trend and seasonality. The data used in this study is the average price of North Sumatra curly red chilies per week from January 2020 to February 2021 which is obtained from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center. After testing the price of curly red chilies in North Sumatra, a forecast data plot is obtained which tends to follow the actual data. Then the error rate is measured using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error). The MAPE results obtained were 10.15% with the best parameters ? = 0.84, ? = 0.09 and ? = 0.83. this means that the Holt Winters Additive method has a good level of accuracy used to predict the price of curly red chilies in North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The bread-making business is part of the finished food industry which uses wheat flour as the main raw material for its production process. Bread production has quality characteristics, namely bread surface roughness (Smaller is better) and material processing rate (Larger is better). The combination of the Taguchi-Principal Component Analysis method is used to optimize bread products. The experimental design used is the L9 orthogonal matrix. These quality characteristics are influenced by factors such as the length of time for mixing and kneading, yeast fermentation, roasting time and the dose of water with 3 levels each. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is used to eliminate correlated correlated responses to an uncorrelated quality index. The results showed that this method can improve the quality of bread production in influencing the surface roughness of the bread and the significant speed of processing the ingredients is the dough time, yeast fermentation, and baking time.
