Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat perkembangan dari siklus bisnis dari periode ke periode. Penyebab Siklus Bisnis berbeda dari periode satu ke periode lainya, dan hasil analisanya juga memperlihatkan ada variable yang kurang atau yang harus dimasukan di siklus bisnis periode berikutnya. Yang mana hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti – peneliti terdahulu tentang RBC, dampak Siklus, fluktuasi memberi goncangan terhadap perekonomian. Bisa dilihat pekembangan siklus bisnis itu dipengaruhi oleh waktu dan kemungkinannya bisa dihitung sehingga bisa diketahui seberapa besar dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara.

Abstract

Partially liftstyle has a positive and significant effect on brand switching with a calculated tvalue of 2.944 >ttable of 1.98 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Partially the reference group has a positive and significant effect on brand switching with a tcount of 4.127 >ttable of 1.98 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Partially product attributes have no effect on brand switching with a t-value of 1.110<t-table of 1.98 and a significant value of 0.270>0.05. Simultaneously lifestyle, reference groups and product attributes have a positive and significant effect on brand switching with an Fcount of 87.221>Ftable of 2.70 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Then the hypothesis is accepted. The R2 test results in this study obtained an R2 value of 0.740. This shows that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The learning process in the 2013 curriculum is carried out with students being the center of learning, so that students have a role to be able to be more active in the learning process. Natural Sciences (IPA) is learning content related to the process of searching for something systematically and in accordance with the results of discoveries. Science learning is not just about learning concepts, principles or mastery of knowledge in the form of facts, but in science it is known as the process of discovery. Based on the results of initial observations carried out at SDN 109/II Manggis Kab. Bungo on January 20 2022 obtained information related to the learning process in the science learning content in class V which was carried out at the school, which did not show that all students were actively involved in the learning process. The type of data used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative data. The subjects in this research were all students and teachers of class V at SDN 103/II Manggis, Bungo Regency, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection using interviews is a data collection technique carried out to obtain in-depth information from sources. Based on the results of the research, it shows that through the application of the Discovery Learning model with a Scientific Approach, it has a good impact on increasing students' learning activeness in science content, as can be seen from the increase in students' learning activeness in science from pre-action, namely by 23.07% until at the end of cycle II it increased to 84 .61%. Increasing students' learning activity occurs periodically from cycle I to cycle II by applying the Discovery Learning model syntax, namely stimulation, problem statement (problem identification), data collection, data processing, verification (proof) and generalization (drawing conclusions) and the Scientific Approach with the elements of observing, asking, collecting information/trying, reasoning/associating and communicating.

Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying di sekolah merupakan isu yang memprihatinkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pencegahan perilaku bullying melalui sosialisasi dan pembinaan di SMAN 14 Bungo. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan pembagian leaflet kepada 260 siswa kelas XI serta 35 orang diantaranya yang terlibat bullying diterapkan bimbingan atau pembinaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pembinaan efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bullying dan dampaknya, serta mendorong mereka untuk tidak melakukan bullying.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to realize Quality and Accountability of Government Services in the District. The data source used in this research is primary data. This research was conducted at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City, located on Jl. Zaini No.1, Balai Kurai Taji, Pariaman Sel., Pariaman City, West Sumatra 25536, Indonesia. The research will be carried out in June 2022 until completion. Based on the research results, it was concluded that communication had a significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05; and Communication and Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05;. The R Square value was obtained at 0.984, this means 98.4%, which means that the ability of the Communication (X1) and Human Resources Ability (X2) variables in explaining the Work Effectiveness variable (Y) is 98.4%. Meanwhile, the remainder (100% - 98.4%= 1.6%) is explained by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Hasil analisis situasi Masyarakat Desa Cubadak Air Selatan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan bagaimana menambah pendapatan rumah tangga dengan makanan olahan. Selama ini Masyarakat desa Cubadak Air Selatan masih mengeluhkan kurangnya pendapatan dalam rumah tangga. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini Masyarakat desa Cubadak Air Selatan terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga mendapatkan pengetahuan dan ide untuk bisa menambah pendapatan/penghasilan dalam rumah tangga dengan mengolah ayam menjadi nuget ayam.  Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ditunjang dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung membuat nuget ayam. Pendampingan yang diberikan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan nuget ayam yang enak gurih dan dapat dipasarkan sebagai pendapatan tambahan rumah tangga nantinya. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dapat menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan, yaitu rasa ingin tahu, kreatif, kerja keras, dan jiwa kewirausahan. Kegiatan diawali dengan pelatihan, kemudian dilanjutkan pendampingan bagaimana cara memasarkan produk nuget yang dapat diterima dilingkungan Masyarakat sekitar desa Cubadak Air Selatan. Hasil evaluasi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah ayam menjadi nuget ayam serta dapat memasarkan produknya dilingkungan sekitar dan hasilnya nanti dapat menambah pendapatan rumah tangga.

The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the multiple linear equation Y= 6.554 + 0.538X1+ 0.306X2. Based on the results of the t test, the price perception variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Lifebuoy brand bath soap (5.688 > 1.66298) with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 1.66298) with a significance level of 0.010 (0.010 3.11) with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), it can be stated that price perception (X1) and brand awareness (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on soap purchasing decisions. Lifebuoy brand bath in Nagari Koto Dalam Barat, Padang Sago District. The magnitude of the influence of price perception and brand awareness on the decision to purchase Lifebuoy bath soap is 52.7%, while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other than the model studied.
