Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation to learn Natural Science (IPA) in elementary school students through the Science, Environment, Technology, Society (SALINGTEMAS) learning model. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Sindang III, Majalengka, Indonesia, where the research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. In cycle I, meeting II, student learning motivation reached 71%, while in cycle II, meeting II, there was a significant increase to 84%. In addition, observation data of educators' learning actions showed that in cycle I, meeting II the percentage reached 44%, while in cycle II, meeting II, it increased to 78%, exceeding the desired target. Observations of student learning actions also showed an increase, from 66% in cycle I, meeting II, to 88% in cycle II, meeting II, exceeding the target set. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the application of the SALINGTEMAS learning model is effective in increasing the motivation of elementary school students to learn science.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Unemployment on Poverty Levels in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is quantitative data. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The estimation tool used in the study iseviews10 and the analysis selected for use in this study isFixed Effect Model(FEM). The results of the study show that the value of Y = 9.464451 + 0.144933X1 + 0.134832X2 and the partial results of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) variable have a positive but insignificant effect on the Poverty Rate in Indonesia, meaning that an increase in GRDP is not necessarily able to directly reduce the poverty rate. Meanwhile, unemployment was found to have a positive and significant effect, meaning that the higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate. When both variables were analyzed together (simultaneously), both were shown to have a significant effect on poverty, indicating that this combination of macroeconomic factors is important to consider in poverty alleviation. The level of explanation of the model is also very high, with an Adjusted R Square of 99.3%, meaning that almost all variations in the poverty rate can be explained by changes in GRDP and unemployment, while only 0.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi nilai karakter dalam cerita rakyat Bungo sebagai sarana pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Cerita rakyat Bungo tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai sumber pembelajaran yang kaya akan nilai-nilai karakter, seperti kerja keras, kejujuran, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Pada pembelajaran sejarah, nilai-nilai ini diintegrasikan melalui berbagai metode, termasuk diskusi, proyek kreatif, dan presentasi, yang secara aktif melibatkan peserta didik dalam memahami hubungan antara cerita rakyat dan peristiwa sejarah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan cerita rakyat dalam pembelajaran sejarah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap nilai-nilai budaya dan menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap sejarah serta identitas bangsa. Selain itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pengembang kurikulum dan guru lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaan cerita rakyat dalam proses pembelajaran, serta menekankan perlunya studi lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas metode ini di berbagai tingkat pendidikan. Metodologi penelitian ini mencakup: (1) konteks penelitian yang terdiri dari lokasi dan waktu penelitian, (2) bentuk dan strategi penelitian, (3) data dan sumber data, (4) teknik pengumpulan data, (5) teknik pengambilan sampel, (6) validitas data penelitian, dan (7) teknik analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi untuk memastikan keakuratan interpretasi hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Kota Pariaman memiliki beragam destinasi wisata yang menjadi salah satu penggerak pertumbuhan ekonominya. Namun, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan menurun dan berfluktuasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kota Pariaman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, yaitu pemilihan responden berdasarkan pertemuan kebetulan dengan peneliti. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Pantai Gandoriah, Pantai Cermin, dan Pantai Kata di Kota Pariaman. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden. Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai t-hitung 4,027 > t-tabel 1,98580 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pemasaran digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai t-hitung 1,885 < t-tabel 1,98580 dan nilai signifikansi 0,063 > 0,05. Secara simultan, citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai F-hitung 26,684 > F-tabel 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,351 yang berarti bahwa citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35,1% terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan sisanya sebesar 64,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, supervision, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. DEF Balikpapan. Although similar studies have been conducted previously, the novelty of this research lies in evaluating organizational behavior factors within the context of a heavy-equipment company that is undergoing digital transformation and tighter performance monitoring. Using a quantitative approach and saturated sampling of 27 employees, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that organizational culture has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, supervision has no positive influence, while job satisfaction significantly improves performance. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect employee performance. These findings contribute to literature by highlighting the inconsistency of cultural and supervisory effects in companies with evolving digital work systems and restricted autonomy
