Abstract

Abstract The problem of this research is the perception that santri are often considered to lack a sense of ukwah wathaniyah. The purpose of the study was to determine how the influence of the uswatun hasanah nature of educators on ukhwah wathaniyah santri. The research method used is quantitative and the data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the significance value was 0.047, meaning that the significance value of the anova table was greater than 0.05 (0.047 <0.05). From this data, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the uswatun hasanah nature of educators on the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah of students at Nurul Huda Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, because the value of the regression coefficient is negative (-), it can be concluded that the nature of uswatun hasanah educators negatively affects the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah santri. So the regression equation is Y = 62.994 - 0.107 X. Thus it can be concluded that if the uswatun hasanah nature of educators decreases, it will negatively affect the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Keywords: uswah hasanah, ukhwah wathaniyah, boarding school, santri Abstrak Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya persepsi bahwa santri sering dianggap kurang memiliki rasa kecintaan terhadap tanah air (ukwah wathaniyah). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik terhadap ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dan instrumen pengumpulan datanya adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.047, artinya nilai signifikansi tabel anova lebih besar dari pada 0.05 (0.047 < 0.05). Dari data ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Al-Islami Kota Pekanbaru. Seterusnya, karena nilai koefisien regresi bernilai negatif (-), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik berpengaruh negatif terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Jadi persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 62.994 - 0.107 X. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik menurun maka akan berpengaruh negatif terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Abstract

Tafsir tarbawi is a course that contains Al-Qur'anic messages about education. When viewed from the current facts, the messages of tafsir tarbawi often do not receive serious attention among students. Such an attitude does not reflect the character of prospective Muslim educators. This study examines the effectiveness of tafsir tarbawi module based on team-based project model in Islamic Education Study Program, Riau Islamic University. The purpose of the study was to develop a learning module of tafsir tarbawi based on the team-based project model. The method used is research anddevelopment with the type of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluations (ADDIE). Data sources were obtained from questionnaires, expert advice, and tests. Data analysis used percentage and experimental design type one grouppretest/posttest. The results showed that the tarbawi tafsir message developed in the team-based project-based learning module was very effective in improving student learning outcomes. This is based on the results of the paired samples t-Test, namely there is a mean pretest value of 39.60 and a mean posttest value of 88.67. The score interval between 39.60 and 88.67 is 49.07. This means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Then from the results of the paired samples t-Test test as well, it was found that the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, there is an increase in student learning outcomes after using the team-based project-based tarbawi tafsir learning module.

Abstract

Abstract The low level of scientific literacy and critical thinking does not only occur in PAUD students, especially Kindergarten, but also occurs in Kindergarten teachers, this causes less than optimal learning in Kindergarten, especially in STEAM learning. In fact, to overcome the low level of scientific literacy, the government has included STEAM literacy and learning in the independent PAUD curriculum, which is one of the government's priority programs through the Ministry of Education and Culture, but in the field there are still many kindergarten teachers who do not know scientific literacy and STEAM learning, even though teachers are at the end of the scale. spear in a lesson. This Community Service is carried out with the aim of providing additional knowledge to kindergarten teachers regarding scientific literacy and STEAM learning. The method used in PkM uses a community approach, the community in question is the kindergarten teachers in Baru village, totaling 15 people consisting of 3 kindergartens. The implementation of PkM uses lectures as a model for delivering the material. The results of implementing this PkM are that kindergarten teachers gain new knowledge, skills and creativity in terms of scientific literacy and STEAM learning.

Abstract

This community service project aims to evaluate the impact of peer-led learning groups in secondary school educational psychology on students' academic performance and perceptions of collaborative learning. The project was implemented from October to December 2024 at SMP Islam Kepenuhan Kota Tengah, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The implementation of this community service project followed a structured, step-by-step approach designed to address identified gaps and partner challenges. Participants of 60 students were divided into two groups: those who participated in peer-led learning groups (experimental group) were 30 students, and those who received traditional teacher-led instruction (control group) were 30 students. The findings revealed that students in peer-led learning groups showed an 18% higher increase in academic performance than the control group. Survey results showed a significant increase in positive perceptions of collaboration, with 87% of students reporting that peer-led discussions improved their understanding of the material. Challenges identified included uneven participation in some groups and the need for additional training for peer leaders to effectively manage group dynamics. Peer-led learning groups are a viable strategy for improving secondary school students’ academic performance and perceptions of collaborative learning. These results highlight the importance of empowering students to actively participate in their education. Future initiatives should focus on providing comprehensive training for peer leaders and addressing group management issues to maximize the effectiveness of this approach.

Abstract

Bimbingan Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an 3T ini bertujuan untuk membantu anak-anak khususnya yang mereka tinggal di perumahan karya dua Putri dalam membaca, memperbaiki dan menghafalkan serta mengamalkan Al-Qur’an dengan baik. Program ini mencakup 3 aspek, mulai dari membaca dengan tajwid yang benar, memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qur’an, hingga menghafalkan surat-surat pendek. Dengan pendekatan yang terencana dan menyeluruh, bimbingan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dapat membantu anak dalam memahami, membaca, dan mengamalkan kitab suci dengan lebih baik. Melalui bimbingan yang terstruktur dalam program 3T yaitu Tajwid, Tahsin dan Tahfiz, pembaca Al-Qur'an dapat meningkatkan kualitas bacaan dan hafalan mereka, serta lebih mendekatkan diri kepada pemahaman dan pengamalan Al-Qur'an sejak usia dini. Hasil dari kegiatan Masyarakat yang telah di laksanakan terlihat bahwa Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada kelompok anak-anak di Rumah Qur’an “ Jannati” Perumahan Karya Dua Putri, Siak Hulu,Kampar yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada pelatihan untuk guru. Disini kami dari tim pengabdian Masyarakat memberikan bimbingan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang efektif dan efesien serta praktis serta bisa membuat anak mudah dalam belajar ilmu Tajwid, kemudian bisa memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qur’an, serta banyak hafalan Al-Qur’annnya dengan menggunakan metode yang terbaru dan popoler yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ummi. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing conditions of Tafsir and Hadith Tarbawi teaching materials, develop Tafsir Hadith Tarbawi teaching materials that are in line with the characteristics of early childhood learning, and test the effectiveness of the developed teaching materials in internalizing Islamic values for students of the early childhood Islamic education faculty of Islamic religion university of Riau. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data sources in this study were students and lecturers. The population in this study was all students of Early Childhood Islamic Education, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Riau Islamic University, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, by selecting 30 students. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the teaching materials developed are effective in internalizing students' understanding of Islamic values and capable of shaping good character from an early age. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education for early childhood.

Abstract

The current development of educational science has created many learning concepts. Some of Muslims has been ignored about these findings. One side deserves appreciation at the same time, but on the other side Muslims must directing their attention to study the concept of learning process in Islam itself. With the Literature Study or Library Research Method, learning process in Islam is a very important theme. The term learning process has been used in the sources of Islamic teachings (Al-Qur'an and Sunnah) there are at least three terms, namely ta'allama, darasa, and thalaba. From these three terms, it can be understand that learning process in Islam is an activity that is carried out seriously and need concentration, arising from a sincere intention, and carried out continuously. Learning process must also be pursued through the teacher, while a teacher should giving the attention to the readiness of students in receiving knowledge. Success or failure of learning process is largely determined by how physical and psychological involvement from the student as human being. The most important learning purpose according to the perspective of Islamic education is the practice of achieving the blessings from Allah swt.

Abstract

This research problem relates to private higher education institutions which are nomenclature under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through LLDIKTI. This model institution in the national discourse is identical to the General Higher Education institution (PTU). Meanwhile, if examined into the institution, it is found that the basic concept is Islam. The institution in question is the Islamic University of Riau. Islamic University of Riau itself is categorized as a PTU institution, on the other hand, this institution is also characterized by Islam. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is focused on social situations consisting of places, actors, and activities that interact synergistically. Meanwhile, the data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study are the Islamic University of Riau is a higher education institution based on Islam. Although by regulation it is considered a Public Higher Education (PTU), the Islamic University of Riau remains consistent with the basic idea of ​​its establishment. Meanwhile, the implementation of chess dharma da'wah Islamiyah in realizing a civil society campus at the Islamic University of Riau has been well programmed and carried out consistently in various existing units. The Islamic da'wah model is carried out by providing Islamic guidance for all academics. With good Islamic coaching, a good understanding of Islam is formed, so that all academics have the awareness to play a role in Islamic da'wah.

Abstract

The religious education study program is an education program that has a fairly stable chance of accepting new students. The development of the number of students in the Islamic education study program is relatively fluctuating.  Year after year, the number of students is relatively constant. If there is a decrease in the interest of prospective new students, then the decline is not too drastic. Likewise, when there is an increase in interest, the increase is not too significant. The research method chosen in this study is descriptive quantitative, which is to visualize the phenomenon with representative numbers. Data were collected using survey instruments and data analysis using the percentage formula, then presented with a pie chart. The results showed that the main factors influencing student decisions include intention (self-motivation), family encouragement, religious motivation, career prospects, social environment, and ukhrawi paradigm. The findings are expected to be a reference for educational institutions in improving the attractiveness and quality of study programs.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pentingnya eksistensi dosen di perguruan tinggi. Banyak faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi, salah satunya adalah dosen yang profesional. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana pengaruh kebijakan pembinaan keislaman terhadap profesionalisme dosen Universitas Islam Riau. Asumsi awal sebelum dilakukan penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh pembinaan keislaman terhadap terhadap profesionalisme dosen di Universitas Islam Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, instrument pengumpulan datanya adalah angket. Untuk analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Setelah dilakukan riset maka ditemukan nilai signifikansi 0.02 < probabilitas 0.05, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebijakan pembinaan keislaman terhadap profesionalisme dosen di Universitas Islam Riau. Pengaruh kebijakan pembinaan keislaman terhadap profesionalisme dosen di Univeristas Islam memiliki pengaruh positif berdasarkan nilai b = angka koefisien 0.555. Besaran pengaruh antara kebijakan pembinaan keislaman terhadap profesionalisme dosen adalah 17.1%, sisanya sebesar 82.9% diprediksi dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Sementara jika dilihat hubungan antara kedua variabel penelitian ini volumenya hanya pada level cukup kuat. Hal ini ditentukan berdasarkan nilai R sebesar 0.413, angka ini terletak pada rentang 0.40 – 0.599. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen perlu sekali pimpinan untuk selalu mengadakan kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan sehingga kesadaran keagamaan dosen tumbuh. Tumbuhnya kesadaran keagamaan dosen, secara teori akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja akademik mereka.
