Abstract

This study is to investigate the impact of Technofinance Literacy, Financial Support, and the Use of Bookkeeping Applications on the Financial Behaviour of Generation Z in West Nusa Tenggara. Data were gathered using a quantitative methodology employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), with questionnaires administered to 246 eligible respondents. The analysis indicates that all three independent variables exert a positive and significant impact on financial behaviour. Financial support has the most significant influence, suggesting that persons who have financial assistance or supervision are more likely to exhibit responsible and organised financial behaviours. Technofinance literacy plays a crucial role, emphasising the necessity of comprehending and employing financial technologies for personal financial management. Moreover, the use of bookkeeping software, albeit with a diminished effect size, continues to significantly influence the development of disciplined financial habits. The findings indicate that integrating external assistance, technology literacy, and digital tools can significantly improve financial behaviour and should be incorporated into the development of educational or policy initiatives aimed at enhancing financial well-being among younger demographics.

Abstract

Perkembangan fintech telah membawaperubahan signifikan dalam perilaku keuangan,terutama di kalangan Gen Z. Di Kota Mataram,penggunaan layanan fintech payment meningkatpesat, namun tidak selalu diiringi dengan financialliteracy yang baik dan kontrol diri yang memadai.Fenomena seperti pengeluaran impulsif, gaya hidupkonsumtif, dan penggunaan fitur “pay later” tanpaperencanaan menjadi tantangan yang dihadapi olehGen-Z. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatifdengan fokus pada eksplanatory research. Sampeldalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden yangmerupakan Gen-Z pengguna aktif fintech payment diKota Mataram. Teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan metode purposive sampling dengankriteria tertentu. Instrumen pengumpulan databerupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring.Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linierberganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSSStatistics versi 25, serta dilakukan uji validitas,reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik untuk memastikankelayakan model analisis. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independenyaitu fintech payment, financial literacy, dan locus ofcontrol berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapfinancial management behavior.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan guna menarik perhatian investor. Salah satu praktik yang dilakukan oleh manajemen dalam menyajikan kinerja keuangan adalah manajemen laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kebijakan utang, dan perencanaan pajak terhadap praktik manajemen laba pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2024. Sektor kesehatan dipilih karena menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif selama pandemi Covid-19, di tengah penurunan ekonomi secara umum, serta ditemukannya kasus manipulasi laporan keuangan seperti pada PT Indofarma Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Eviews versi 12 dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi investor, regulator, dan manajemen perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi manajemen laba, serta mendorong transparansi dan akuntabilitas pelaporan keuangan.

Abstract

Digital financial services like SPayLater are increasingly popular among students due to their payment flexibility. However, using these services carries financial risks such as high interest rates, late payments, and lowered credit scores. These issues are exacerbated by low levels of financial literacy and risk perception among students, which can influence unwise decisions about using SPayLater.This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and perceived financial risk on the decision to use SPayLater. The study was conducted on students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bumigora University, using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 100 student SPayLater users.Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The variables used in this study included financial literacy, perceived financial risk, and the decision to use SPayLater. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables.The results of the study indicate that financial literacy and perceived financial risk have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use SPayLater, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that students with high levels of financial literacy and perceived risk tend to be wiser and more selective in using this service. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions and financial service providers in improving student financial literacy.

Abstract

Tata cara pengelolaan keuangan menjadi topik yang sangat hangat untuk didiskusikan di tengah kondisi masyarakat yang saat ini sedang bermasalah dalam hal manajemen keuangan. Konsep Piramida Keuangan menjadi salah satu solusi dalam masalah keuangan tersebut, terlebih bagi masyarakat yang masih kurang mampu dalam menentukan skala prioritas kebutuhan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui siaran radio di RRI Pro 2 Mataram, yang disiarkan secara langsung dalam durasi 60 menit. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode diskusi melalui kegiatan talk show yang dipandu oleh penyiar radio. Siaran ini menjangkau seluruh titik di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini memberikan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai literasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan dasar kepada para pendengar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ilmu pengetahuan terkait literasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan dasar kepada para pendengar sehingga dapat lebih bijak lagi dalam mengelola keuangan menggunakan konsep piramida keuangan.

Abstract

The young generation was an agent of change demanding environmental hygiene, which was particularly vital to disease prevention efforts. Besides, young representatives from diverse groups were advocating for environmental restoration and preservation out of concern for the potential consequences of climate change on the global community in the future. Thus, the article's objective was to introduce the young generation to the significance of environmental protection and influence their perspective on beginning to safeguard the earth at a young age. Also, the article's objective was to disseminate information regarding the implementation of the concept of environmental protection, which was transmitted and disseminated on the radio via a sharing session. The approach method utilized in this article is a shared session, presented in the manner of a Talk Show. Therefore, the young generation were spearheading the effort to address climate change with enthusiasm, ingenuity, and an unyielding dedication to a sustainable trajectory. The youth's crucial position on the environment will solve climate change, emphasizing their contributions, obstacles, and the significance of their participation in shaping a more favorable future for future generations.

Abstract

Rascals Hotel Kuta Lombok is an accommodation business entity located in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok. Facing increasingly competitive business competition, this hotel provides excellent service with a beautiful environment and authentic traditional interior design. To maintain competitiveness, this hotel adopts technology but is limited to operational efficiency. The purpose of this activity is to build employee understanding and strengthen management initiatives to implement the green hotel concept. This activity is carried out through a series of socializations, digital service observations, and consultation discussions. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm and initiative of hotel management to implement the green hotel concept. Employees have a basic understanding of the green hotel concept that strengthens resource assets. As a follow-up, it is necessary to create a strong management policy to strengthen long-term joint commitment and can improve operational efficiency and overall hotel competitiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG Score) and Profitability on Stock Return with Audit Quality as moderation in companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index for the 2021–2023 period. This research is associative causal with a quantitative approach. The population consists of companies in the SRI-KEHATI Index, and the sample selection is conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the sample criteria, 12 companies met the requirements with a research period of three years, resulting in a total of 36 data samples. In this research a panel data regression model is applied using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and the moderation variable is tested using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with EViews 10 software. The results of this research indicate that ESG Score has no effect on Stock Return while Profitability affects Stock Return. Moreover, Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of ESG Score on Stock Return, and the Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of Profitability on Stock Return.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are essential drivers of Indonesia’s economic development, particularly in the informal sector. Despite their potential, food-based SMEs in Mataram continue to face challenges in sustaining competitive performance. This study aims to examine the effect of product knowledge and financial literacy on SME performance, with a specific focus on the moderating role of competitive advantage. The study adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis method. A purposive sampling technique was employed, involving 160 food SME owners or managers in Mataram, Lombok, who have been operating for at least six months. Measurement validity was confirmed through outer loadings and AVE values, while hypothesis testing involved direct and moderating effects. The results show that both product knowledge and financial literacy have a significant and positive influence on SME performance. Product knowledge enhances marketing confidence, while financial literacy supports efficient resource management. Furthermore, competitive advantage significantly moderates the relationship between product knowledge and performance, reinforcing its effect. However, it does not significantly moderate the relationship between financial literacy and performance, suggesting that without a well-managed strategic edge, financial literacy alone cannot optimize performance outcomes. These findings underline the importance of integrating knowledge, financial acumen, and a sustained competitive advantage to achieve superior and sustainable SME performance. This study offers valuable practical insights for SME actors to strengthen strategic capabilities and contribute to regional economic resilience.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises need to prepare remarkable anticipations for business continuity, one of which can develop strategic choices in the field of marketing management through entrepreneurial orientation, and develop product innovation, marketing capabilities, and competitive advantages so that it will be able to improve business performance. The population in this study is owners or managers of small and medium culinary businesses in Mataram City, with 146 respondents. Data processing methodology using Structural Equation Modeling or SEM using AMOS program. This research uses the basic theory of Service Dominant Logic (SDL). The hypothesis in this study is overall accepted except for the fifth hypothesis. Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on product innovation, and marketing capability, and product innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage; product innovation has a significant effect on SMEs’ Performance. Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on SMEs' Performance. Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between product innovation to SMEs' performance, and product innovation mediates entrepreneurial orientation to SMEs’ performance.
