Abstract

Work is hard, but if it is carried out with joy or it can be said that if you like the work you do, then the person is in a state of well-being. This study aims to explain the dimensions of well-being in detail so that it can be used as the main reference for further research that has special attention to the meaning of well-being in the perspective of psychology. This literature review article develops a conceptual framework on the dimensions of well-being. Based on the literature review, this research arrives at the finding that there are six dimensions of well-being which are the essence of positive functioning psychology theories ranging from self-acceptance, autonomy, environmental mastery, positive relationships, purpose in life, and personal growth. The research methodology and arguments that accompany this study can help advance discussions in psychology, management, and business administration courses. This research has important implications for future studies that use quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodologies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia pada saat pandemi covid-19 berlangsung, data yang digunakan adalah data tahun 2019-2022. Ekspor minyak kelapa sawit dalam penulisan ini identik dengan ekspor neto minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia terhadap negara tujuan utama ekspor selama pandemi covid-19 pada akhir tahun 2019-2022, dapat dikatakan tujuan lebih rincinya yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi ekspor neto minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia pada saat pandemi berlangsung di akhir tahun 2019-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan. Sedangkan metode analisisnya menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspor Ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) masih berjalan dengan baik, walaupun sempat ada penurunan permintaan karena adanya pandemi covid-19 dan beberapa peraturan ekspor-impor yang ditetapkan pemerintah juga tidak hanya karena kondisi pandemi tetapi juga beberapa kondisi lain seiring adanya pandemi covid-19 ini.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah produsen dan eksportir terbesar minyak kelapa sawit di dunia. Meskipun bisnis minyak kelapa sawit menjadi sebab kunci dari penggundulan hutan di negara-negara seperti Indonesia dan Malaysia, permintaan dunia akan minyak kelapa sawit menunjukkan kecenderungan meningkat sejalan dengan jumlah populasi dunia yang bertumbuh dan karenanya meningkatkan konsumsi produk-produk dengan bahan baku minyak kelapa sawit seperti produk makanan dan kosmetik. Minyak sawit (CPO) merupakan komoditas ekspor utama Indonesia. Pada tahun 2022, CPO menyumbang sekitar 16% dari total ekspor non-migas Indonesia. Potensi ekspor CPO Indonesia masih sangat besar, mengingat Indonesia merupakan produsen CPO terbesar dunia. Pada tahun 2023, ekspor CPO Indonesia ke negara-negara Afrika melonjak hingga 800%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa negara-negara Afrika memiliki potensi sebagai pasar potensial bagi CPO Indonesia. Selain negara-negara Afrika, negara-negara lain yang juga memiliki potensi sebagai pasar potensial bagi CPO Indonesia antara lain India, China, dan Pakistan.

Abstract

The crude oil refining process supervised by the Indonesian government produces BBM (Fuel Oil). The increase in crude oil (BBM) prices caused by rising crude oil prices around the world as well as fluctuations in foreign exchange rates is a major problem. The complexity of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is increasing, impacting energy prices and the world economy, including Indonesia. To respond to this, the government increased fuel subsidies. However, there are questions about how effective the policy will be. The impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on fuel availability in Indonesia is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Indonesia must consider the impact, even if it is not directly involved. Russian fuel imports increased significantly in 2021, but fell in 2022. In Russia, the conflict caused energy supply problems and fluctuations in energy prices around the world. Due to US threats against fuel imports from Russia, complexity increases, and Indonesia must choose between providing further subsidies or raising fuel prices to maintain stability. Although Indonesia's commodity exports increased, the conflict affected oil imports and crude oil prices, causing crude oil prices to rise domestically.

Abstract

The high level of dominance of the US dollar as a global transaction tool has many significant negative impacts on its adherent countries, including the 5 ASEAN countries which include Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. This research aims to make observations regarding the reasons that strengthen the dedollarization phenomenon as well as things that might arise during this process. This research uses a literature study method obtained through various trusted sources. The findings in this research explain that the decision to use a currency to be used as a global transaction tool is initially determined by the strength of the currency itself (in this case the US Dollar), as the level of dominance increases, resulting in the desire for various parties to prioritize its use. Local Currency Settlement (local currency). Those who decide to actualize dedollarization must adopt the various processes that previous countries have gone through that are considered successful. However, this certainly contains many stones, especially since dedollarization efforts have only had limited success.

Abstract

Kopi, sebagai minuman global yang berasal dari tanaman pertanian, memegang peranan sentral dalam ekonomi Indonesia yang menjadi salah satu produsen terbesar di dunia. Meskipun berhasil mengekspor, sektor kopi di Indonesia dihadapkan pada tantangan perubahan iklim dan kendala produksi. Untuk mempertahankan posisinya di pasar internasional, Indonesia perlu mengambil langkah-langkah strategis seperti peningkatan kualitas kopi, diversifikasi produk, pemenuhan standar internasional, dan kolaborasi sektor publik dan swasta. Melalui analisis Metode RCA, ekspor kopi Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat, Mesir, dan Jerman menunjukkan daya saing yang kuat dengan rata-rata RCA sekitar 6 hingga 7,561296. Mesir menjadi tujuan ekspor yang paling unggul dengan RCA tertinggi pada tahun 2019, meskipun mengalami penurunan selama pandemi. Untuk menjaga daya saing, perlu dilakukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam peningkatan kualitas dan produktivitas perkebunan kopi, serta kerjasama antarstakeholder untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan sektor kopi Indonesia secara berkelanjutan di pasar internasional. Untuk menjaga daya saing, perlu dilakukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam peningkatan kualitas dan produktivitas perkebunan kopi. Pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan stakeholder terkait perlu bekerja sama untuk mengatasi tantangan dan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan sektor kopi Indonesia secara berkelanjutan di pasar internasional, memastikan bahwa ekspor kopi terus menjadi kontributor utama pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

This research aims aims to analyze the impact of rice imports from Thailand and Vietnam on rice market price stability in Indonesia. Using quantitative methods, this study explores time series data from 2018 to 2022 to analyze demand and supply. Average rice consumption, domestic production, and rice imports from both countries are calculated as part of the quantitative calculations. An evaluation of medium and premium rice price variables was also conducted to identify potential market fluctuations. The research findings provide in-depth insights into the relationship between rice imports, domestic production, and rice price stability in Indonesia. This research is expected to make a valuable contribution in managing rice supply and formulating appropriate economic policies in Indonesia. The research was conducted to determine whether production, price and consumption have a relationship with Indonesia's rice imports. From various sources by discussing the production, price and level of domestic consumption. It was found that Indonesia's rice import quantity is influenced by the level of domestic rice consumption and production, which has an impact on the price of rice in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

In the international trade market, there is intense competition between Indonesia and Vietnam in textile exports. This study examines the dynamics of this competition with a concentrate on the elements that affect the outcome of both countries in exporting textiles to the world market. The focus of the analysis is on competitive advantage, business strategy and the economic impact of the country. Using a comprehensive research method, the journal identifies that production costs, product innovation and marketing strategies are key factors in textile export competition. Comparative advantage in this case plays an important role in shaping each country's position in the international market. The analysis also covers both countries' responses to global market dynamics, trade policy changes and other challenges affecting the textile industry. By understanding these factors, this journal provides policy recommendations that can improve the competitiveness and export status of Indonesian and Vietnamese textiles. The results of this study make an important contribution to understanding the complexity of textile export competition at the international level and provide a foundation for political strategies that can support both countries' sustainable growth in this sector. The analysis also covers both countries' responses to global market dynamics, trade policy changes and other challenges affecting the textile industry. Abstract

Perdagangan internasional merupakan pilar utama ekonomi global karena itu di perlukan peran pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas perdagangan internasional khususnya ekspor, dengan cara menerapkan kebijakan pembebasan bea masuk dan memberikan insentif untuk UMKM pemerintah juga harus bisa memanfaatkan potensial perluasan pasar dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, pengawasan ketat terhadap impor juga diperlukan untuk melindungi industri dalam negeri dari dampak negatif perdagangan internasional. Pemerintah perlu menggunakan berbagai instrumen, seperti tarif dan kuota impor, untuk menyeimbangkkan antara melindungi industri lokal dan memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri.perjanjian perdagangan bebas juga menjadi instrumen penting untuk membuka akses pasar yang lebih luas. penelitian ini menyoroti peran kunci pemerintah dalam mengelola dinamika perdagangan internasional demi pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia meningkatkan iklim persaingan usaha, yang membuat setiap UMKM berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan. UMKM harus mampu memberikan keunikan dari segi produk dan branding agar dapat menjadi pembeda dan nilai lebih bagi konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan identitias usaha seperti logo, kemasan dan pembuatan katalog produk untuk mendukung proses rebranding. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada satu mitra UMKM makanan ringan yaitu Mulyasari Snack. Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan identifikasi awal kondisi UMKM, pelatihan secara tatap muka dan daring, pendampingan implemetasi dan ditutup dengan presentasi hasil pendampingan oleh UMKM. Melalui proses pelatihan, mentoring dan coaching, UMKM Mulyasari Snack berhasil melakukan rebranding menjadi Mulasari Snack. Rebranding yang dilakukan terdiri dari perubahan nama, logo, dan kemasan. Selain itu untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran produk Mulasari Snack juga membuat katalog produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan UMKM memberikan dampak yang siginifikan dengan melakukan rebranding, UMKM berhasil mendaftarkan merek dagangnya ke HAKI.Abstract: The development of MSMEs in Indonesia increases the climate of business competition, which makes every MSMEs strive to improve product and service quality. MSMEs must be able to provide uniqueness in terms of products and branding so that they can become a differentiator and add value to consumers. The community service activities aim to provide mentoring and training on the creation of business identities such as logos, packaging and product catalogue to support the rebranding process. The community service is done on one UMKM partner of snack, Mulyasari Snack. The stage of activity begins with the initial identification of UMKM conditions, face-to-face and online training, accompanying implementation and concludes with the presentation of accompanied results by UMKM. Through the process of training, mentoring and coaching, UMKM Mulyasari Snack managed to rebranding into a Mulasari snack. Rebranding consists of changing the name, logo, and packaging. In addition to improving product marketing activities, Mulasari Snack also makes a product catalog. The activity of devotion to the community of accompanying UMKM gives a significant impact by doing rebranding, UMKM managed to register its trade mark right.
