<![CDATA[Studies on hermeneutics tradition has developed very rapidly. Onthe way, many approaches made by some Muslim intellectuals toget the real message of the hadith. Depth study of hadith is notonly perpetrated by the Muslim intellectuals, even orentalismegroups participating in the assessment of the tradition with adifferent purpose. Studies of Hadith orentalis much studied bypeople in a variety of disciplines, they are trying to put forwardnew theories in order analysis hadits. <![CDATA[Sachiko Murata has given a new scientific discourse in Islamic studies, especially in gender chess with a feminine approach that seeks to explain the relationship of cosmoslogi with humankind, in his study, Sachiko also combine it with the Chinese scholarship Tao with Tao of Islam collaboration mengahasilkan new treasures by taking the opinion- Sufis, Sachiko rate that to understand the relationship of the difference is required understanding of Sufis with background wisdom in understanding the cosmos and the creation of god. Sachikos anxiety begins when he takes on the task of teaching his students in America about Islamic studies, many of which are felt by Sachiko in his teaching, where students ask about the oppression of women in the east and students departing from the negative doctrinal values of womens oppression Islam.

<![CDATA[In recent years many studies have developed from both groups who doubt the authenticity of the Sunnah and the power of Sunnah as a source of Islamic law. This problem inspires Muslim scholars who consider that the group's doubts are due to the weakness of the study and the approach taken by the previous ulama as well as academic re-examination, the shahrur is a figure of Muslim scholars seeking hermeneutical methods so that the hadith still has original value and is accountable for academic value.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines the problem of implementing the qanun jinayat in Langsa City Aceh Darussalam after the stipulation of Qanun Number 6 of 2016 concerning Jinayat Law, there are at least two groups of pros and cons to the enforcement of the Qanun Jinayat, the pro groups consider that the enforcement of the Jinayat Qanun is already good otherwise the contra group views that the enforcement of the Jinpu Law Qanun Jinayat is not optimal and seems to be selective so that many people underestimate the task of wilayatul hisbah and the Islamic Sharia Service. This type of research is non-doctrinal and the approach used is the sociological approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. After conducting research it was found that enforcement of qanun jinayat in Langsa City Aceh Darussalam has not been implemented well. This is caused by several factors, namely: (1) the legal substance which shows that the contents of the qanun jinayat in Aceh are weak from the aspect of legal protection for women so that it is considered discrimination; (2) the legal structure relating to law enforcement is felt not to be firm against perpetrators of violations of the qanun jinayat; (3) the culture of legal awareness of the community is low so that jinayat violations still occur; (4) morality of law enforcement and fifth, legal support facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The Sunnah experienced a very rapid development in the course of the study of the Sunnah, many studies of the Sunnah which discussed it with various approaches, say golzhiher analyzing the As-Sunnah from the context of the sanad with a historical approach, studies of the Sunnah were studied by many people orentalis in various disciplines of science, they try to put forward new theories in order to examine and criticize the Sunnah of the Prophet which was caused by experiencing the purity of the text because there was interference after the Prophet died. Many criticisms occur and result in Muslim scholars who after completing and completing their education try to study with hermeneutical approaches. ]]>

<![CDATA[Economics in general is knowledge and investigation of the principles of property in Islam, distribution, and the use of goods and wealth in the context of the Quran. The study of assets in the Economy is a human desire in an effort to fulfill their needs. In this paper, we will discuss the analysis of Quran in chapter Al-Furqan verse 67 which intersects directly with the verse on economics, especially economically in the distribution of assets and the method used in this paper is the Maudu'i. This research is a literature review (library research) with primary data in the form of QS. Al-Furqan Verse 67, the approach used is the hermeneutic approach by examining the words contained in the verse. The results showed that there was a correlation between extravagant and vicious characteristics, because extravagant nature tends not to be able to control the property acquired proportionally which is able to lead to extravagant.]]>

<![CDATA[Although the guardian plays a crucial function in marriage, there are numerous issues that can occur when the guardian declines to act in that capacity. Their children are left with a conundrum by this. The study will examine how the KUA can settle guardianship disputes in Langsa City without escalating disputes or requiring an application to be made to the religious court. The empirical studies that were used to develop this research used a normative sociological methodology. With this method, the empirical features of how mediation can be carried out by non-judge mediators are taken into consideration in addition to the normative analysis. This study contends that the KUA plays a significant role in settling the issue of marriage guardians, and that the way selected can prevent lengthy conflict between children and dads. Following mediation, taukil wali replaces wali adhal. This approach is seen to be quite effective because it doesn't create any disturbance and the marriage still happens, therefore it eliminates the possibility that the prospective bride and groom may flee.]]>
