Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pedagogik yang diterapkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa di SDN 01 Tanjung Enim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, yakni pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi ibadah, penggunaan media digital, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pendekatan naratif melalui kisah-kisah nabi. Strategi ini mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan membangun keterlibatan siswa secara aktif. Selain itu, pendekatan humanis dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua turut memperkuat hasil pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, strategi pedagogik yang inovatif dan adaptif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi serta pemahaman keagamaan siswa secara menyeluruh

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat pada saat ini, sehingga informasi yang tersedia dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, efisien serta akurat. Pada Unit Transfusi Darah PMI ini sangat minim pelayanan informasi mengenai ketersediaan darah melalui mobile device sehingga banyak masyarakat yang kurang informasi mengenai persedian darah. Maka perlu ditemukan cara memecahkan masalah yang ada dengan menyediakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan divisualisasikan dengan use case diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi donor darah yang mampu menyediakan data stok darah, jadwal kegiatan donor dan lokasi, serta informasi donor darah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation and employee engagement on employee performance. A quantitative approach with total sampling was used, involving 62 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. T-test results indicate that digital transformation (t = 3.625) and employee engagement (t = 9.343) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-test shows an F-value of 91.394 > F-table 3.15 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Digital transformation increases work efficiency and speed, while employee engagement strengthens motivation and responsibility. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between technology implementation and active employee participation in improving the quality of public services

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam menggunakan strategi Think Pair Share. Penelitian ini bagian dari penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Lokasi penelitian adalah SD Negeri 09 Pontianak Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 peserta didik kelas IV. Teknik pengumpul yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi dengan instrumen panduan observasi dan checklist dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi Think Pair Share peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik diperoleh data sebagai berikut: Prasiklus sebesar 58,30%, siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,24% menjadi 66,54% dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,19% menjadi 75,73%.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the application of the learning contract learning method to the learning activities of class X BDP students at Vocational High School 1 Pontianak. This research is a quantitative research with experimental method. The data source was used by students of class X BDP 1 as the experimental class and class X BDP 2 as the control class. Data collection through questionnaires and documentation. From the results of the research the researchers found that: The implementation of learning history using the learning contract learning method includes planning by determining learning objectives, applying learning contract learning methods and evaluating. Student activities during the learning process showed that students were able to explain material about the origins of their ancestors and conduct group discussions. In the learning process using the learning contract learning method there is an influence on the history learning activities of class X BDP SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. As for learning activities such as arriving on time, listening to subject matter and having group discussions related to historical material. In this case the learning contract learning method aims to achieve what is planned as well as possible. Keywords: Learning Menthods, Learning Contract, Activity

Abstract

The use of traditional medicine in Indonesia is also related to the many types of plants in this country, understanding of traditional medicine is still very lacking so it is necessary to provide education about traditional medicine. The aim of carrying out this service is to provide understanding and skills to the people of Sejahtera Village about the use of traditional medicine to increase body immunity. This activity was attended by 40 people. The result of this activity was increased knowledge about the processing, types and use of traditional medicines. Counseling is provided using an interactive lecture method through distribution of leaflets, traditional medicine books and social service. The effectiveness of the extension was tested by administering a questionnaire on community satisfaction with the activities carried out. The results of service activities have provided increased knowledge and skills of the community regarding how to use traditional plants for body immunity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor pertanian yag terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi penelitian ini mencakup 24 perusahaan sub sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di BEI, dan dari populasi ini dipilih 6 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan periode penelitian selama lima tahun, yaitu 2019-2023, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen meliputi profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur aktiva, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah struktur modal. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26 mengungkapkan bahwa, secara statistik, profitabilitas dan struktur aktiva tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Sebaliknya, likuiditas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan, variabel independen profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur aktiva secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen struktur modal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply the Business Model Canvas with the current Business Business Model Canvas and Future Business Model Canvas organic porridge PT. Rofindiya Ekamulia Sukses. The problem in this study is that the "Bubur Onic" organic porridge business which is a famouse organic porridge in the area has not mapped the business and looked for solutions to retain consumers. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The subject of this research is the owner of business "Bubur Onic". In the midst of the increasing number of culinary business competitors who present a more modern concept compared to those businesses that still package their businesses conservatively. The analytical technique used is SWOT analysis to see the weaknesses and threats faced by optimizing the strengths and opportunities they have and mapping the business using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study showed customer segments in geographical, demographic and psychographic segment types, Value Propositions with performance, Cuztomization, innovation and owned, Channels via Whatsapp, telephone, website and Facebook, Customer Relations using personal assistence and Co-Creation, Revenu streams from asset sales and bubur pouch services, key resources in the form of physical, intellectual, human and financial. Key activity of production based on orders and marketing activities, key patnership is partnerships, and cost structure in the form of fixes and value costs for value driven.

Abstract

The problem in this case is that we, researchers, are motivated to test the dimensions of the Fraud Pentagon, whether using it has a significant influence on the academic fraud of Medan State University students from various faculties. So that from the existence of various faculties, researchers will be able to analyze the comparison of academic fraud in various faculties using the dimensions of the fraud pentagon. This type of research is quantitative research, using a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population used in this research was from various faculties of Medan State University, the number of samples in this research was 32 students. It is hoped that this research can become research that is able to explore information related to pressure and behavior towards academic cheating. Furthermore, the results of this research are expected to reduce academic cheating behavior
