Abstract

Hospital is an advanced healthcare provider for the patent of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) / National Health Insurance members. Providing qualified and satisfied services for all JKN members are very important to answer the negative image that lays within the community about the poor quality of services towards JKN member patent. RumahSakit Mata Cicendo (RSMC) or Cicendo Eyes Hospital-Bandung is a national health referral hospital in Indonesia. JKN members put a very high expectation regarding RSMC service quality level. Therefore, studying the JKN member patents’ family satisfaction which leads to health care service repurchasing intention is very important to be conducted. The current study is aimed to picture and analyze the correlation between JKN member patents’ family satisfactionlevel, and repurchasing intention towards RSMC service. This quantitative study is conducted at RSMC Bandung in December 2016. Based on Slovin formula, the study samples generated are 91  respondents. The research finds that both satisfaction and service repurchasing intention are high. In addition, path analysis with SPSS v23 shows that health care service satisfaction level positively influence repurchasing intention at about 75,3%.

Abstract

Community service is a form of mandatory activity carried out by every lecturer in carrying out the tridharma of higher education, with the aim of implementing theory and helping and providing input to the community in solving problems faced by the community. This year's Community Service was carried out virtually or online due to the covid-19 pandemic which required lecturers to carry out the community service programme (PPM) implementation process at home, still according to the rules given by the University. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, technology has played a major role in various activities, one of which is business for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through the use of social media and e-commerce, online marketing can reach a wider range of consumers. So that if MSME actors can maximize the use of social media and e-commerce, their income will increase and their products will be known throughout the region. Therefore, it is necessary to have digital-based training aimed at helping business actors to gain knowledge and have skills in using digital platforms. Through this PPM, we evaluate digital-based training that has been attended by MSME partners. Through this PPM, we evaluate digital-based training that has been attended by MSME partners. This programme service to the community is carried out virtually from July 10, 2021 – August 11, 2021. Technically, the implementation of this program is carried out from the stage of finding MSME partners, distributing questionnaires, to processing questionnaire data to evaluate the impact of digital-based training followed by MSME partners.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a problem-solving model by measuring the competence, digital marketing, and members’ performance of several cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods with sequential explanation strategies through direct surveys to several cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency by conducting a structured questionnaire spread using closed questions taken from some literature using a Likert scale and some open-ended questions. Data analysis uses descriptive and verification uses t-test, ANOVA, and R square. This research was conducted to 100 members of cooperatives located in Pangandaran Regency. The reveal that the competence of cooperative members and digital marketing affect the achievement of cooperative members’ performance, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, the influence of cooperative members’ competence on the performance of cooperative members is 25,4%, while the influence of digital marketing on the performance of cooperative members is 8%. Simultaneously, it was found that the influence of cooperative members’ competence and digital marketing on the performance of cooperative members was 25,4% too.

Abstract

This paper conceptualises a model of Shariah governance for halal hotels using Indonesia as a case study. Besides, it examines the roles and functions of the local Sharia standard-setting body within the national regulatory regime. One of the most important developments for the nascent halal hotel has been the efforts to establish Shariah governance, i.e., an overall process that governs the activities of halal hotels to comply with Shariah or Islamic law. This process may create clarity and consistency of Sharia rules for the halal hotel industry. The data analysis of this paper mainly comes from secondary sources of information either through existing rules or regulations of halal hotel, fatwas (Islamic legal verdicts), annual reports of the halal hotel, and other secondary materials. The originality of this research shows a model of Shariah governance for the halal hotel industry.  Keywords: Shariah Governance, Halal Hotel, Shariah Standard-Setting Body.

Abstract

Psychological pressure is a prevalent issue among employees, which is now openly acknowledged and discussed. The focus on mental health encourages employees to alleviate mental stress, enabling them to have faith in their own capabilities, stay motivated to reach their full potential, and seize opportunities to excel, ultimately leading to job satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction. The research methodology employed includes a review of literature and empirical studies found in various books and previous research journals. The findings indicate that Work-life Balance, Workplace Incivility Behavior, Psychological Well-being, and Employee Assistance Program have an impact on Job Satisfaction. Based on the results, it is recommended that organizations prioritize initiatives promoting work-life balance, address workplace incivility behavior through training programs, foster a respectful work environment, and promote psychological well-being through mindfulness practices and stress management programs. Additionally, implementing an effective Employee Assistance Program with counseling services and support can significantly contribute to overall job satisfaction.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence refers to the process of regulating feelings and expressions in response to emotion regulation as an authentic display of employees in serving customers. The existing literature has provided strong evidence for the impact of customer-focused emotional work. However, an empirical examination of the mechanisms underlying this relationship is largely different from previous studies. This research focuses on employees' emotional intelligence in regulating emotions to make customers satisfied with the services provided. This article reports on a study examining the role of emotional work in channeling the impact of emotional intelligence on customer satisfaction. Specifically, the study measured the emotional intelligence of service employees and customers with in-depth acting to find out how relational relationships occur. The sample size in this study was 232 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) 4.0 with outer model measurements: convergent validity, discriminant validity, reality test, and inner model measurement; Coefficient Determinant of (R2), Significance (t-value) and model fit test using R square, Q square, SRMR, Goodness of Fit Index. Results show that employees who are emotionally intelligent and able to regulate their expressions and feelings will increase the influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The bureaucracy needs to reform to create anti-corruption and excellent service, and the organization needs to have a strategy for preventing fraud and good corporate governance. This research aimed to determine the effect of the organizational culture, accountability, and internal control affect the fraud prevention and the impact on government service. This study uses a quantitative approach. The quantitative research method aims to test the established hypotheses. The data was collected by secondary data from the results of evaluation integrity development of 54 divisions of ministry in Jakarta. The analysis used in this study is a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS application. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between the variables of Organizational culture, accountability, and Internal Control on Fraud Prevention. The performance is able to partially influence the relationship between Organizational Culture, Accountability, and Internal Control on Fraud Prevention and the fraud prevention has a significant positive impact on public services. Organization must design the integrity framework which integrates the organizational culture, accountability, and internal control as fraud prevention to build anti-corruption and excellent service.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a large company in the manufacturing industry sector. In the last three years, the company has experienced business challenges, namely project declines and 22% delays in completion. The factor that most influences the delay in project completion is work productivity. The decline in employee productivity is influenced by work motivation and discipline. This study aims to determine motivation, work discipline and work productivity and their interrelationships with each other partially and simultaneously on employees of PT Dirgantara Indonesia Main Directorate Area. In this study, data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with descriptive methods. The sample was taken using a saturated sample, which used all members of the population as a sample of 117 people. The results of the study show that motivation, work discipline and work productivity of employees are included in the sufficient category. In addition, work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on work productivity with a contribution value of work motivation and discipline of 42.1% and the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Population growth presents significant market potential for Micro and Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), intensifying competition. This study aims to elucidate the impact of leadership and knowledge transfer on MSME performance, addressing the gap in academic literature. Employing a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data, non-probabilistic descriptive analysis was conducted to explore grounded theory. MSME actors transfer knowledge through traditional methods and utilize platforms like WhatsApp to enhance employee performance. Effective leadership practices, including employee inclusion and guidance, were observed. Integrating leadership styles and knowledge transfer can optimize SME employee performance, facilitating business growth and competitiveness. This research uniquely integrates leadership styles and knowledge transfer to enhance employee performance in SMEs, offering a concise perspective on their synergistic impact.
