Abstract

A culinary festival is an event that presents various types of food and drinks from various sellers, from street vendors to restaurants in one place over a certain period of time. Research on this culinary festival focuses on understanding the flow of booth sales in an effort to achieve booth targets at the Picnic Festival event and identifying the work system of tenants at the Picnic Festival event. To achieve a comprehensive understanding regarding sales flow and tenant work systems, research was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research show that at the Picnic Festival event, the booth sales flow in an effort to achieve the target begins with the approaching stage, filling in the form, and admin payment. Meanwhile, the tenant work system during the Picnic Festival event uses a revenue sharing system and ordering sponsored products.

Abstract

The event organizer services industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, driven by increasing client interest in event management. Event administration is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation and success of events. Event Account Executives play a pivotal role as liaisons between the company and clients or sponsors, responsible for collecting partnership data, preparing reports, and conducting final event evaluations. Post-pandemic, the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry has shown significant growth, with special events being integral to MICE activities. This study poses several key questions regarding preparation, implementation, challenges, and solutions faced by Event Account Executives in managing event administration at Setrise Culture. Data collection methods include fieldwork, browsing, insights from authorities, observations, and relevant documents. Data is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach to depict facts, situations, and perspectives relevant to the role of Event Account Executives. The purpose of this report is to deepen understanding of the pivotal role played by Event Account Executives in the event organizer industry, offering insights for practitioners and researchers. This study aims to enhance knowledge for the author, contribute to academic understanding, and provide practical guidance for companies seeking to optimize the role of Event Account Executives to achieve internal goals and client satisfaction.Top of Form Keyword: special event, account executive, MICE, event organizer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Off-Grid yang menggunakan Automatic Transfer Switch untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran dalam Mata Kuliah Pembangkit Tenaga Listrik. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai persentase hasil uji coba dari ahli media adalah 98,80%, dengan kualifikasi sangat layak. Sedangkan ahli materi mencapai 96,87% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak. Uji coba pada kelompok kecil dan besar juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik, dengan semua responden memberikan kualifikasi sangat baik. Dengan demikian, Media Pembelajaran Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Off-Grid Berbasis Automatic Transfer Switch ini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pembangkit tenaga listrik di Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Undiksha, dan mendapat tanggapan positif dari mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pepaya California sering dipilih oleh petani karena permintaan pasar yang tinggi, rasa yang disukai oleh konsumen, dan kemampuannya untuk tumbuh dengan baik di berbagai kondisi iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Membandingkan penerimaan yang dihasilkan usaha tani pepaya california organik dan anorganik dan untuk menganalisis perbandingan dan kelayakan Usahatani pepaya california organik dan anorganik di Desa Duampanua Kecamatan Anreapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif komparatif yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan pendapatan petani pepaya California yang menggunakan metode organik dan anorganik di Desa Duampanua, Kecamatan Anreapi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Rata–rata pendapatan petani pepaya California organik yaitu Rp 4.711.333 lebih tinggi dari pada petani pepaya California anorganik yaitu Rp 3.566.000. Nilai yang diperoleh adalah R/C Ratio usahatani pepaya California organik yaitu sebesar 3,58 lebih tinggi dari pada R/C Ratio usahatani pepaya California anorganik yaitu 3,55. Keuntungan atau B/C Ratio untuk Petani Pepaya California Organik yaitu 2,58, lebih tinggi dari pada Petani Pepaya California Anorganik yaitu 2,55 Menunjukkan bahwa usahatani Pepaya California Organik dan Anorganik layak untuk dikembangkan karena memiliki efisiensi R/C Ratio lebih dari 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) di Desa Kurma Kecamatan Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dan untuk mengetahui Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) di Desa Kurma Kecamatan Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Februari sampai April 2024 di Desa Kurma Kecamatan Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif di gunakan untuk menghitung pendapatan dan R/C Ratio yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penlitian pendapatan peternak Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) di Desa Kurma di Kecamatan Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, total penerimaan sebesar Rp95.088.075, dan total biaya sebesar Rp69.424.383, sehingga pendapatan peternak Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) sebesar  Rp25.663.692 per produksi. R/C Ratio (Return Cost Ratio) pada usahatani Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) dapat dilihat bahwa total penerimaan sebesar Rp95.088.075, dan total biaya sebesar Rp69.424.383, R/C Ratio usahatani Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) menunjukkan sebesar 1,370 lebih besar 1, sehingga usahatani yang dilakukan menguntungkan bagi peternak Ayam Kampung Unggul Balitnak (KUB) di Desa Kurma di Kecamatan Mapilli Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the preferences of the millennial generation in choosing Islamic banking services in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the Millennial Generation's consumer preferences have a positive and significant influence on the Millennial Generation's decision to choose Sharia Banking Services in Makassar City. The sharia marketing concept is expected to be applied in supporting the development of sharia products, especially for the millennial generation, which currently has a large population.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "retirement graduation" has become significant as a form of recognition and celebration of the achievements of individuals who have fully dedicated themselves to the mission and vision of the pendidikan.PT institution Telkom Indonesia routinely holds a Retirement Graduation Ceremony as a form of appreciation for the dedication and contribution that has been given by the participants to Telkom Indonesia. The purpose of this report is to present detailed information about the role of the Talent Division in the management of the performers, involving aspects of preparation, implementation, and closing of the event. The research method used is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that there are stages carried out by the Talent Division in the 2023 Telkom Retirement Graduation, namely the preparation stage, including the process of contacting talents to rehearsals. The implementation stage includes a mechanism process that is implemented in accordance with the Talent Division planning. The last is the obstacle faced by the talent division in the implementation of the 2023 Telkom Indonesia Retirement Graduation event. Keyword: Role, Talent Division, Retirement Graduation

Abstract

This study discusses incentive trips organized by one of the vocational colleges, the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ). In this case, D4 ​​MICE students master the practice of courses, especially regarding tourism management. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021 and to explain tourism management to manage incentive trips for the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021. The research method used by the author is qualitative research, with primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data is data that is first collected from original sources through observation, interviews with participant representatives from students who take part in incentive trips, and notes while in the field. While secondary data comes from libraries or journals as a review of the theory of research preparation. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the 2021 PNJ MICE study program can run smoothly with effective communication that has occurred so far. The implementation of communication during the bidding process to the evaluation is considered effective in making the incentive trip event process to Anyer Island carried out by the committee successful. Meanwhile, tourism management to manage incentive trips for the 2021 PNJ MICE study program requires caution, especially when making a decision. For example, in choosing bus transportation for travel incentives. On the other hand, the selection of accommodation is not only seen from star hotels. Abstract

Instagram has become one of the most effective digital marketing tools for shopping malls, including Botani Square Mall. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Instagram in enhancing customer engagement and supporting the marketing strategy of Botani Square Mall. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, which includes observations of Botani Square Mall's Instagram content, user interactions, and interviews with social media managers.The research results show that the use of interactive features Reels increases Instagram engagement at Botani Square Mall. Moreover, consistency in posting content and the use of attractive visual strategies also play a role in enhancing audience appeal. In conclusion, Instagram is an effective platform for supporting the promotion of Botani Square Mall, provided that content strategies are continuously adapted to trends and customer preferences.

Abstract

. As a major event involving thousands of participants and visitors, the smooth operation and management of the event heavily rely on an efficient and modern system, particularly in the registration and ticket management process. To support this, the use of digital platforms like Ticket Tailor becomes a relevant solution. Ticket Tailor, a web-based application, offers convenience in ticket sales and management, with key features such as integrated payment systems, customizable ticket designs, and efficient participant registration management. This application helps reduce human error, improves operational efficiency, and ensures the validity and security of tickets. The implementation of Ticket Tailor by GCM Group, the organizer of JFW, can optimize ticket management, streamline the registration process, and enhance user experience, leading to higher participant satisfaction. Therefore, the utilization of this technology contributes positively to creating a more organized, modern event that aligns with the evolving needs of the times and supports the overall success of Jakarta Fashion Week.
