Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru, salah satunya ialah media gambar. Penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran diharapkan mampu membantu peserta didik dalam memahami penjelasan dari guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah guru kelas IV yang dipilih oleh peneliti disesuaikan dengan apa yang akan peneliti analisis sehingga dapat memberikan data atau informasi yang lengkap dan sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa langkah yang harus diperhatikan oleh guru sebagai berikut: Guru dapat memilih gambar yang sesuai dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik, Memperlihatkan gambar kepada peserta didik, Mengarahkan perhatian peserta didik pada gambar yang digunakan guru dan mengajukan pertanyaan kepada peserta didik, Memberikan tugas kepada peserta didik sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Selain itu guru juga harus memperhatikan kriteria dalam memilih gambar. Kriteria tersebut ialah Gambar yang akan dipilih harus sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang akan dicapai oleh peserta didik, Gambar yang akan dipilih oleh guru harus menarik dan sesuai dengan tingkat pemikiran peserta didik, Gambar harus memiliki kualitas yang bagus serta gambar terlihat jelas, dan Ukuran gambar harus diperhatikan dan disesuaikan agar gambar bisa dilihat oleh peserta didik secara jelas. Abstract

The endurance of soccer players in Indonesia is generally still low. Aerobic capacity is an important component for improving physical fitness and endurance. When comparing several age groups, young players have less physical fitness. This study aimed to determine the effects of progressive training on changes in the maximum oxygen volume (VO2max) and heart rate (HR) based on recovery time. This study is quasi-experimental with a control group design and was conducted on student soccer athletes. Sixty athlete students who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group (n=30) and a progressive training group (n=30). The intervention consisted of progressive training for ten weeks with marathon running at distances of 150, 200, and 300 meters with rest intervals for each distance. The training load was gradually increased by increasing the number of repetitions every week. VO2 max, and Heart Rate were evaluated before and after the program. The results shown that the VO2 max was significantly different between the groups (p<0.001), and the Heart Rate of the subjects in both groups decreased from start to finish. Notably, the HR in the progressive training group was lower than the control group. In conclusion, progressive training is effective in improving aerobic capacity and physical fitness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement in the learning outcomes of mathematical elements through the implementation of a STAD-type cooperative learning model. The research subjects are the students of Class V-A at SDN 1 Sindang Marga, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The research objects are the students’ learning activities and their mathematics learning outcomes. Data on the students’ learning activities were collected using observation sheets, while data on their learning outcomes were gathered through achievement tests. The data obtained were subsequently analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The research findings are as follows: (1) Mathematics learning using the STAD-type cooperative learning model improved the learning outcomes of mathematical elements from Cycle I to Cycle II, and students’ learning activities increased from Cycle I to Cycle II, (2) The learning mastery achieved by the students in Cycle I was 76.47% with a class average score of 78.32, and in Cycle II it increased to 91.18% with a class average score of 86.41; (3) The students’ learning activeness, measured classically, was 65.45% in Cycle I, which increased to 81.82% in Cycle II. Based on these results, and considering the indicators of a fully implemented learning process, it can be concluded that the objectives of this study have been achieved and the formulated action hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The Problem Based Learning (PBL) instructional model is an approach used to address problems encountered in real-world activities. It is a learning model that also considers deep thinking styles and skillful problem formulation to help students gain an understanding of the main topics and key concepts. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, supported by Wordwall media, in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in the IPAS subject at SD Negeri 1 Bayung Lencir. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (PTK) method over four cycles. The study involved 21 fourth grade students, and data were collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes from the pre-test to the post-test. Before the model was applied, only one student achieved mastery. After implementing the PBL model with Wordwall media, the number of students reaching mastery increased to 11 out of 12. The use of PBL and Wordwall media proved effective in enhancing student motivation and learning outcomes, as well as in supporting active student engagement in the learning process. The study recommends that teachers adopt a problem-based learning model supported by interactive media to further improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

The aim of this research is to re-analyze the use of the drill training method in improving the accuracy of badminton smash shots. The method used in this research is meta analysis. Research begins by formulating a research problem, exploring research results that are relevant for analysis. Data was collected by searching electronic journals via Google Scholar with the keywords "drill", "smash accuracy". From this search, 20 relevant articles were obtained. Based on the results of the analysis, the drill training method was able to increase the accuracy of smash shots from the lowest 2.50% to the highest 41.94% with an average of 10.93%.

Abstract

Tujuan pembelajaran Penjas di sekolah adalah meningkatkan kebugaran siswa, sehingga mereka tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman teoritis, tetapi juga aktif secara fisik. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penting bagi siswa untuk memiliki minat yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Penjas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 85 siswa MTs Negeri 1 Merangin dipilih secara acak dengan tingkat signifikansi 10%. Data yang digunakan bersifat primer dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tanggapan siswa terhadap kegembiraan dalam pembelajaran Penjas mencapai 10, yang dikategorikan sebagai tinggi. Indikator ketertarikan siswa mencapai 6, yang termasuk kategori sedang, sedangkan indikator perhatian siswa mencapai 7 dan keterlibatan siswa mencapai 6, keduanya masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan sedang secara berurutan. Dari keempat indikator tersebut, minat belajar Penjas siswa di MTs Negeri 1 Merangin mencapai skor 30, sehingga diklasifikasikan sebagai tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, minat belajar Penjas pada siswa MTs Negeri 1 Merangin berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan perasaan senang dan perhatian siswa mencapai kategori tinggi, sementara ketertarikan dan keterlibatan berada pada kategori sedang.
