Abstract

Caesar's operating rate continues to increase in every country, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends the ideal Caesarean Section Rate (CSR) for a country is around 10% to 15%. INA-CBG’s is a payment with a package system based on the patient’s illness. In implementing the INA-CBG’s system, problems often occur in the financing. The thing that often happens is hospital rates in the Caesarean Sectio exceed INA-CBG’s claims. The study aims to determine the difference between hospital rates with claims of INA-CBG’s in Idaman Hospital Banjarbaru. This study is an observational hospital study of direct medical costs, data retrieved retrospectively from the JKN participant claims data of patients with Sectio Caesarea in 2019 in Hospital Idaman Banjarbaru as many as 833 data samples using samples jenuh. Data calculation to find out the difference is done by subtracking hospital rates with INA-CBG’s rates. The result showed the difference between hospital rates and INA-CBG’s rates in Sectio Caesarea patients in Hospital Idaman Banjarbaru is a negative difference of Rp. 3.908.338.992 (n=833) and the difference between the average hospital rates and the average INA-CBG’s rates is Rp.4.691.884 per patient.

Abstract

The waiting time for prescription services is one of the services that can affect patient satisfaction. The main aspect that becomes an effect is that the faster the waiting time for prescription services, the patient will be satisfied. In terms of evaluation and service improvement, it is necessary to know the description of the waiting time for prescription services and the relationship between waiting time for prescription services to the level of patient satisfaction. This method of research is non-experimental with prospective data retrieval. The population are patients or families of patients who await in the service of prescription. Samples used consecutive sampling is obtained 169 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 is the Spearman test. The results showed that the waiting time for the non-blend recipe service and recipes blends as a whole meet the standard SOP Puskesmas Gambut. The level of patient satisfaction on the Reliability dimension with a percentage of 74.06% is in satisfied category. Responsiveness dimensions with a percentage of 76.33% are in very satisfied category. There is no (signification 0.306 > 0.05) relationship between the prescription service waiting time of the patient's satisfaction level in Puskesmas Gambut.

Abstract

In the process of drug management management, the selection stage is a very decisive initial stage in drug planning where at this stage the selection of drugs is really needed for most disease patterns, which must refer to DOEN and FORNAS. Furthermore, the planning and procurement stages are carried out. This study aims to determine the suitability of drugs available with DOEN 2017 and FORNAS TK.1 2017 and the suitability of drug requests with drugs received at Cempaka Putih Public Health Center in 2018. This type of research is descriptive research by collecting case reports. The population in this study is RKO JKN & LPLPO data based on the APBD for the period December 2017-November 2018 and JKN for the period January-December 2018. The sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique. The instrument used in this study used an observation sheet. Based on the results of the study, the results of the suitability of drugs with APBD funds refer to DOEN (45.59%), and with FORNAS (49.04%), the suitability of drugs with JKN funds with Fornas (50%) and with DOEN (55.55%), suitability of drug demand and acceptance in LPLPO APBD (44.70%), suitability of drug demand and receipt at RKO JKN (28.12%).

Abstract

Patients suffering from tuberculosis often experience failure in therapy, due to non-adherence to taking medication. An important factor in improving medication adherence is the presence of family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Public Health Center Central Banjarmasin area. The research method uses a cross sectional approach. The time of the study was carried out in May - July 2018. The sample of this study from January-April 2018 who treated pulmonary TB were 77 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling/total sampling, so the sample obtained was 33 people. The research instrument using a questionnaire was analyzed using correlation analysis using the Chi-Square test (a<0.05). Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the correlation test showed 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a strong relationship between family support and medication adherence in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Public Health Center Central Banjarmasin area.

Abstract

Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit melakukan pengelolaan obat diantaranya tahap seleksi, perencanaan dan pengadaan. Mengingat sistem pengelolaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (IFRSUD) H. Hasan Basery masih menuju dalam tahap pencapaian nilai standar indikator, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana sistem pengelolaan obat dalam tahap seleksi, perencanaan dan pengadaan di IFRSUD H. Hasan Basery pada saat era JKN.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan secara deskriptif eksploratif yang bersifat retrospektif. Pengamatan retrospektif meliputi laporan perencanaan dan pemakaian obat, laporan keuangan, laporan pengadaan obat, faktur, laporan stock opname. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang belum sesuai standar: persentase kesesuaian obat dengan ForNas II pada obat pelengkap, generik dan BPJS sebesar 0,12%, 55,22% dan 53,21%, persentase alokasi dana pengadaan obat tahun 2014 sebesar 42,56%, persentase kesesuaian antara pengadaan obat dengan e-kataloge untuk obat pelengkap, generik dan BPJS sebesar 2,94%, 69,78% dan 72,48%.

Abstract

Lotion pemutih yang  mengandung beberapa bahan campuran kimia dan campuran bahan berbahaya seperti merkuri dan dijual secara bebas di online shop. Merkuri yang digunakan sebagai pemutih kulit  tidak boleh digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang karena akan menyebabkan toksisitas terhadap kulit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kandungan merkuri pada lotion pemutih yang dijual di online shop daerah Banjarmasin.Jumlah sampel ada 9 lotion pemutih yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan sampling  incidental. Analisis kualitatif merkuri dengan menggunakan metode pereaksi NaOH, peraksi KI, pembentukkan amalgam dan uji organoleptis. Hasil uji organoleptis didapatkan bahwa sediaan yang digunakan mempunyai tipe emulsi o/w, mempunyai warna yang berbeda-beda dan bau yang menyengat. Analisis merkuri mengunakan metode konvensional menunjukkan dari 9 sampel lotion pemutih yang tidak terdaftar BPOM yang dijual di online shop daerah Banjarmasin terdapat ada 8 (88,88%) sampel yang positif mengandung merkuri dan 1 (11,11%)  sampel yang negatif mengandung merkuri.

Abstract

Bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi obat tradisional. Secara empiris, tanaman ini dimanfaatkan masyarakat pedalaman Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah untuk berbagai penyakit. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, batang bajakah tampala mengandung senyawa fenolik, flavonoid, tannin dan saponin. Zat-zat tersebut secara teoritis dapat memacu pertumbuhan kolagen dan pembentukan epitel baru (re-epitelisasi) yang mempersingkat penyembuhan luka. Namun hingga saat ini, pembuktian ilmiahnya masih belum ada.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas ektrak etanolik batang bajakah tampala (Spatholobus littoralis Hassk.) terhadap waktu penyembuhan luka. Penelitian bersifat eksperimental dengan desain penelitian posttest only with control group design. Metode penelitian menggunakan 24 ekor tikus Wistar yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok acak. Hewan uji diberi luka sayat setelah dilakukan anastesi lokal. Luka sayat kelompok I (kontrol normal) tidak diberikan perlakukan apapun, kelompok II (kontrol positif) diberikan basis salep sedangkan kelompok III sebagai pembanding diberikan larutan povidone iodine. Kelompok IV, V dan VI luka sayat hewan uji diberikan salep yang mengandung ekstrak etanolik batang bajakah tampala sebesar 10, 20 dan 40%. Proses penyembuhan luka diamati meliputi waktu, panjang, maupun kedalaman luka sayat selama proses penutupan luka. Data hasil penelitian kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala memiliki efektivitas terhadap penyembuhan luka sayat pada tikus putih jantan. Lama penyembuhan luka sayat pada area yang diolesi salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala 10% relatif lebih baik dibandingkan area yang diolesi ekstrak dengan konsentrasi 20% dan 40%. Hasil statistik  menggunakan  metode  ANOVA  diperoleh  kesimpulan  ada  perbedaan  bermakna terhadap efektivitas antiluka (lama penyembuhan)  antara sediaan salep ekstrak etanol batang bajakah tampala dengan salep povidon iodin, basis, dan kontrol normal.

Abstract

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and irreversible renal function disorder in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance. Chronic kidney failure can interfere with the quality of life of patients, it is necessary to measure the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure. Measuring the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure using the Indonesian version of the EQ5D questionnaire. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of life of chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin using the EQ5D instrument. This study is an observational study conducted prospectively. Data was collected by filling out the EQ5D questionnaire by all patients with chronic renal failure. The population of this study were chronic renal failure patients who underwent hemodialysis in Hemodialysis Outpatient Services at Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital in June-July 2018 as many as 360 patients and a sample of 207 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using non random sampling / non-probability sampling techniques accidental sampling. Based on the research that has been done in the Hemodialysis Outpatient Hospital Ulin Banjarmasin, it was found that the average quality of life was 0.792, with a quality of life ≥ 0.792 of 69 patients (33.33%) in the category of good quality of life and quality of life ≤ 0.792 138 patients (66.66%) in the poor quality of life category.

Abstract

Prescription service is one of the pharmaceutical at public health center. One of the minimum standards of pharmacy service at public health center is the waiting time. The prescription waiting time is the patient's waiting time for prescribing medicines that start from prescription received at TTK until the patient is finished receiving the medicines. A great service in waiting time can affect patient satisfaction, so the public health center should be able to control the service time to achieve patient satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know the illustration of prescription waiting time and the levels of patient satisfaction, also correlation between prescription waiting time with patient satisfaction at public health center Kelayan Dalam.The type of research is descriptive analytic. The Sample is done by non probability sampling using purposive sampling method and statistical data analysis technique is done by using SPSS 17.0 that is Chis Square test. The research was conducted from May to June in 2018, with a total of 178 respondents. Data collection was done with observation sheet for prescription waiting time and questionnaire about patient satisfaction which has been done with valid and reliable test.The results showed that of 178 respondents in the illustration of the waiting time for non-concoction prescription is about 4,25 minutes and for the concoction prescription is about 7,71 minutes, the results are in compliance with the standards set by the head of the public health center, the results of research in satisfaction level with the percentage of 74, 85% are in the satisfied category. And statistic result show sig value 0,001 <0,05 that there is a significant correlation between prescription waiting time and patient satisfaction level so that if the prescription waiting time can be faster then the feeling of satisfaction in patient can be higher too.

Abstract

The government implements a universal health insurance system for all Indonesian citizens, called the BPJS (National Health Insurance Provider). In the BPJS service there is a fixed financing package system based on INA-CBG's. The INA-CBG package for bone fractures requires planning. With the INA-CBG package rates, it is expected to be able to reduce the high health costs including the cost of treatment for the fracture. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the percentage of the total cost of using antibiotics and plates of the total cost of treating bone fracture patients in real accordance with the INA-CBG rates at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. This research was an observational study which presented quantitative descriptive data with retrospective data collection. The study sample used BPJS patients with the main diagnosis of bone fractures according to data from the medical records during the period January - December 2018 at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin in accordance with the criteria. The average value of bone fracture treatment costs by class are class III: Rp. 16,317,084, class II: Rp. 15,119,497, class I: Rp. 17,983,348, and according to severity, namely severity level I: Rp.14.825.222, severity level II: Rp. 29.409,525, severity level III: Rp.26,997,643. There is a mismatch / difference between the real treatment costs and the INA-CBG package rates for bone fracture patients. And the percentage of the total cost of using antibiotics is 0.9% and 45.92% of the total real cost of treating bone fracture patients at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin
