Abstract

 AbstrakKarakter adalah gambaran diri manusia secara bulat dan utuh yang membuat unik dari manusia lain. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk pemaknaan teks kepribadian Founding Fathers Indonesia (FFI) sebagai karakter ideal konseli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan hidup produktif menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 2) mendeskripsikan perilaku kerjasama menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 3) mendeskripsikan sikap menghargai menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli; 4) mendeskripsikan nilai kepribadian lain menurut FFI yang dapat diserap menjadi karakter ideal konseli.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe hermeneutik Gadamerian. Hermeneutik merupakan metode menafsirkan makna teks dengan pola part dan whole. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari lima buku primer Sukarno dan Suharto. Teknik mengumpulkan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi pemaknaan teks. Analisis data menggunakan teknik part-whole. Keabsahan data penelitian ini, dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber data, teori, dan metodologi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter ideal konseli menurut FFI terdiri dari hidup produktif, perilaku kerjasama, menghargai, nilai karakter lain yang mencakup religius dan nasionalis. Setiap karakter terbagi dalam beberapa aspek 1) hidup produktif: pola hidup sederhana, kontrol diri, dinamis, tidak bergantung pada bangsa lain, cinta produk dalam negeri, normatif, inovatif, rela berkorban, dan kebebasan; 2) perilaku kerjasama: rasa setiakawan, kesesuaian pedoman, dan nasionalisme-internasionalisme; 3) menghargai: musyawarah dan mufakat, bijaksana, dan toleransi; 4) nilai kepribadian lain meliputi 4.1) religius: keyakinan, pancasila sebagai pedoman dan rasional; 4.2) nasionalis: humanis, persatuan, dan cinta-damai. Sedangkan implikasi dalam bimbingan dan konseling sesuai dengan Standar Kompentensi Kemandirian Peserta Didik (SKKPD).Saran yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor seyogyanya dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan identifikasi karakter ideal konseli. Peneliti yang berminat mengadaptasi hasil temuan ini hendaknya menggunakan subjek yang lebih luas, menggunakan varian metode hermeneutik, menggunakan varian teori konseling khususnya rumpun humanisme atau teori konseling lain dari barat maupun Indonesia, dan menggunakan buku teks bermuatan karakter yang lebih variatif. AbstractCharacter is whole picture of human and fully unique of others. This research been conducted for meaning the text of Indonesian Founding Fathers (IFF) as counselee’s ideal character. The purpose of the research are: 1) describing productivity life according to IFF can be considered to be counselee’s ideal character; 2) describing cooperative behavior according to IFF can be considered to be counselee’s ideal character. 3) describing respecting attitude according to FFI can be considered to be counselee’s ideal character. 4) describing other value of personality according to IFF can be considered to be counselee’s ideal character. This research using qualitative approach by Gadamerian hermeneutic type. Hermeneutic is interpreting teks valued methode by part and whole form. The research data based on the five Sukarno and Suharto’s primer books. Collecting data technique by meaning text documentation. The data analysis is using part-whole technique The validity of research data, been done by triangulation data course, theory, and metohology. Result of the reseach show that counselee’s ideal character according to IFF including productivity life, cooperative attitude, respecting, other character value which including religious and nationalis. Each character divided into four aspect: 1) productivity life, simplicity life form, self control, dinamic, not depending on anothers nation, love domestic product, normative, inovative, sucrificion, and freedom; 2) cooperative attitude, solidarity, according to the rule, nationalism-internationalism 3) Respecting, disccussing and making decision, and tolerance; 4) other Personality value including: 4.1.Religion, belief, pancasila as rule and rational; 4.2. nationalism, humanism, unity, and love peace. Next, the implication for the guidance and counseling according to the standard compentency otonomy of student. The recomendation which is recommending on this reserch, counselor should be using the result of this research as course of counselee’s ideal character identification. The next researcher, whom interest adopting this result should using the large subject, using variaty hermeneituc methode, using variaty counseling theory, specialy in humanism area or other counseling theory form west or Indonesia, and using text book, which content variatif character.

Abstract

The results of a survey by Plan International and International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) survey released in early March 2015 show that 84% of children in Indonesia are experiencing violence in schools. Handling bullying behavior will not be effective if not accompanied by a prefentive effort. The lack of efforts and media prevention of bullying behavior becomes a problem that needs to get a settlement in order to realize the ideals of a character that can be realized. Individual abusers who refer to bullying have low empathy skills and high aggressiveness, so training empathy can be used as an effort to prevent aggressive behavior that refers to bullying.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of empathy based guidance package based on experiential learning in improving the empathy skills of elementary school students. This research is a type of quasi experiment in which there are experimental groups that will be given treatments in the form of application of empathy based guidance counseling based on experiential learning and control group which will be given empathy material expository. The research was conducted at SDN Bulu Purwoasr. The subjects used were class V students according to the characteristics of the empathy improvement guidance package, which amounted to 32 students and then grouped randomly into the experimental group and the control group. The control group will receive empathic treatments using classical methods while the experimental group will get treatments using empathy based empathy guidance package based on experiential learning. Each will get four treatments with a duration of 35 minutes each session. Empathic skills are measured using the empathy scale developed by M.H Davis, the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) that has been adapted to Indonesian children's language and has been through expert test, validity test, and reliability.Based on the results of data analysis, based on Independent T test scores, there are differences in empathy skills possessed by both groups both before and after treatment. It is shown from the score of the independent T test both before and after treatment, has a score of 0.37 and 0.02 or less than 0.05 which is the threshold of the significance score of the T test. In the postest activity, the control group has a mean more score high compared with the experimental group, ie 64.1: 62.9. However, after the treatment was given, the mean score of the control group was lower than the experimental group of 76.5: 79.1. The difference in percentage increase from pretest to posttest was also greater in the experimental group with 16.2% than in the control group with 12.4%. The effective contribution of the use of empathy based experiential learning guidance package is 25.8% -19.5% = 6.3%. It can be concluded that This means that the guidance package of empathy improvement based on experiential learning is effective to be applied to grade V elementary school students. Keywords: Empathy Improvement, Elementary School Students, Empathy Improvement Guidance Package

Abstract

Religious character is an important thing that must be instilled in students in current developments, especially in elementary school (SD) settings. Efforts to develop learning media related to religious characters have been carried out, one of which is based on information technology. Learning media innovations that are developed must pay attention to creative content packaging so that students can easily understand the material presented. Implementation in the field shows that the mastery of information technology in SDN Tanon 2 teachers is not optimal. The teacher has a strong motivation to learn to make learning media but there is no accompanying facilitator. Of course, this will affect the media content and the process of delivering maximum material to students. From this problem, a scheduled training forum for elementary school teachers is needed to develop good and interesting learning media. The method of service activities is carried out by carrying out webinar series activities, training in making learning media, and evaluation. The results of the service activities show that the trainees can improve competence in developing learning materials with the Canva application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan inventori karakter ideal konseli (siswa) berbasis nilai-nilai pribadi founding fathers indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan sesuai pendapat Borg & Gall yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyajikan data bahwa pengembangan inventori karakter ideal konseli berbasis nilai-nilai pribadi Founding Fathers Indonesia untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terdiri dari item terdiri dari 5 indikator karakter yaitu hidup produktif, perilaku menghargai, perilaku kerjasama, religius dan nasionalis. Berdasarkan hasil validitas dan reliabelilitas inventrori yang dinyatakan valid 30 item dengan koefisien reliabilitas tinggi sebesar 0,912. Artinya bahwa pengembangan inventori karakter dapat dipergunakan untuk menjadi alat ukur mengetahui karakter pada siswa SMK

Abstract

Psychological flexibility is essential for university students to adapt and succeed in developmental and academic challenges. This study examines the effectiveness of an Islamic guidance and counseling framework based on sufistic tadabbur alam (nature contemplation) in enhancing students’ psychological flexibility. A pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed with nine fourth-semester students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. The intervention included contemplative activities grounded in Sufi values and nature reflection, with a 60-item flexibility scale developed from the works of Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Arabi. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed a significant increase in psychological flexibility across cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions. These findings support the integration of spiritual and ecological elements into counseling models to foster resilience and self-awareness. This study contributes to Islamic educational psychology by offering a holistic and spiritually grounded approach to student well-being and personal development.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation by using the Punakawan board games. The scope is based on the findings of preliminary studies related to student motivation to decline during the COVID-19 pandemic, students show a lazy attitude by not following lessons, rerely appear when Google Meet, always late because they are tight by signal, cannot understand and understand the material. Overall, the value decreases, the enthusiasm for learning drops dramatically, there is a sense of boredom because the learning delivered is monotonous, wasting games and resulting in decereased learning outcomes for some students. So, it is necessary to make innovative media board games to increase student motivation. The method used is Reseach and Development (Borg dan Gall, 1983). This research only reached the fifth stage of testing, namely expert testing. In this article, we come to br conclusion of the result from expert test and 1 user test for Guidance and Counseling teacher test, it shows a score of 81% which is in the percentage range or the categories suitable for use so that the development of the Punakawan board games is suitable to br used to increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

Needs assessment is the main thing performed by school counselors as a basis for developing a guidance and counseling service program. In conducting needs assessment, problems that frequently occur are related to ratios, feasibility and practicality of instruments, as well as needs assessment procedures. One solution that can be used to overcome these problems is the use of application analysis needs of students based on text communication media. This research aims to determine the efficiency of students’ needs analysis application based on text communication media on vocational high school students. The research method used was experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design technique. The research population was 45 vocational high school counselors in Kediri city. The percentage of random sampling was 25% of the total population, so the number of subjects was 11 people. The research instrument was the Students’ Needs Efficiency Assessment Questionnaire by the school counselor and interviews. The research data were analyzed in descriptively and comparative tests. Based on the analysis results, the needs assessment of text-based media communication is to improve the efficiency of students’ assessment declared efficient.

Abstract

Phenomenon Students with low academic self-efficacy tend to avoid difficult tasks, because the task is considered a threat to him. Students have low aspirations and commitment in achieving the learning goals they set. When faced with difficult tasks, student is busy thinking about the deficiencies that exist in him, the disturbances he faces, and all the results that can be detrimental. When faced with difficult tasks, students with low self-efficacy will reduce their efforts and tend to give up quickly and slow to fix or regain their self-efficacy when experiencing failure. So we need a technique to reduce these rights, one of which is the application of modeling techniques based on cinema of educational. This study aims to determine the effectiveness modeling techniques based on cinema of educational to improve students' academic self-efficacy. This research method uses an experimental research approach with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The conclusion of the study showed that the Paired Samples Test score was 0.026 <0.05. These results can be concluded that modeling techniques based on cinema of educational are effective for increasing the academic self-efficacy of junior high school students.
